Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient I was not looking forward to having a tooth extracted. I was invited to have a chat with Lynsey and Sunny the week before where I was reassured and had the sedation side of things fully explained to me. On the day of the extraction I felt a lot more relaxed and the sedation certainly helped. There is plenty of information given for aftercare regarding the do's and don'ts. A big thank you to Sunny and Lynsey and also to the other young lady who's name I didn't catch.

Fantastic experience: I had a polyp in my lower lip removed by Sunny three weeks ago. (laser treatment) I felt before the treatment nervous but Sunny talked me through the process and during the laser treatment I felt save. I had my check up this week and the heeling process is great. Fantastic experience: Having moved into the area recently, I was wanting to change my dental practice. As always, these things can be very hit and miss. Luckily for me, it was a hit! I registered online and was called a week before to check that I was still able to attend, along with follow up email/text. Great customer centric service from the get-go! The morning of my first initial new patient check up, I was greeted by the warm and friendly (+ smiley face) of the wonderful Lynsey. Lynsey was very organised and available to answer my questions, I felt like I was being given the time and space to register properly. My initial check-up was with the equally reassuring and considered Shaila, who talked me through the check up and options for my oral care. I was then booked in for my (overdue) routine hygiene appointment by Lynsey with the lovely Amrit. I've been seeing Amrit for 6-monthly check-ups at a previous clinic, so it was great to have this familiarity too. Fantastic experience: I’m now one week post–wisdom teeth removal, and the entire experience—from extraction to recovery—has been smooth from start to finish. My dentist referred me to Dan at 34 Dental after I’d been suffering with my wisdom tooth, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Lynsey kept in touch ahead of my appointment and was always on hand to answer any questions and offer reassurance. On the day, oral surgeon Dan and Becki were amazing and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The procedure itself was incredibly quick—I was in the chair for less than five minutes. Fantastic experience: Service at 34 dental was calm, less painful and quicker than I expected. I had been booked earlier in the year for a frenectomy but I missed the first appointment. Diya responded to all my emails and even provided an official letter when I needed one. Dr Dan was also great, talked me through the whole procedure and just like he promised very little to no pain. Everyone at 34 was amazing before and during my visit and the procedure went well. Big thanks to Dr Dan, Diya, Charlie and Lynsey.

Fantastic experience: I recently was referred by my regular dentist to have 2 teeth extracted under iv sedation. I had never had any extractions before and was very nervous about the process, coupled with a strong gag reflex. I should not have worried. The whole experience was fantastic. The team went out of their way to reassure me and explain the procedure, calming my fears and addressing my concerns. Lynsey and Dan were very reassuring , making numerous calls to address my questions about the sedation and how I would cope with the extractions. Fantastic experience: I Highly recommend this practice. I was referred to 34 dental for a tricky extraction that my own dentist could not do and also due to me having dental anxiety and needing IV sedation . I had the most personal and assuring advice and service from Lynsey leading up to the appointment with any questions or concerns I had, nothing was ever too much trouble for her, even on her days off . On the day of my treatment Lynsey was there to greet me at the entrance with the warmest biggest smile and immediately made me feel reassured and more relaxed . My treatment was provided by Sunny (dentist) Lynsey (sedation nurse) and Diya (trainee sedation nurse) and from the moment I entered the room they all did their very best to put all my anxieties to one side in a kind patient and caring manner . They even asked me what my favourite music was for me to listen to during the build up and the procedure itself , which made things even more personal . Iv sedation I would recommend to anyone who has had traumatic tooth removals in the past like me or has a fear of the dentists . I am certain I was asleep as I do not recall any of the procedure and it was surgical too so slightly complex. I have always had a huge phobia about loosing teeth and regularly have nightmares about it . But I can honestly say if I did need a tooth removal again in the future I would be back to 34 dental in a heartbeat and I would never have the weeks of dread/sleepless night's leading up to it . Full detailed aftercare was provided and Lynsey has checked up on me 24 hours later even though it’s the weekend along with Sunny checking I was ok too. Really great people and worth every penny . Lynsey as sedation nurse is a total asset to the practice, .. everything she assured me of was correct so thank you she really goes above and beyond !

Fantastic experience: I was referred to 34 Dental for an extraction under sedation due to my anxiety with having dental work. During the pre-sedation meeting with Lynsey she wanted to understand my concerns, put me at ease about the whole procedure and I went away feeling reassured. There was a last minute cancellation the following day that I took. Again, Lynsey greeted up at reception and reassured me about the process. Sunny put me at ease whilst preparing the sedation, and completed the procedure with Lynsey and Diya supporting. It went well and I didn't know it happened, due to being totally relaxed. Fantastic experience: Wonderful dental practice! The whole team are so professional and welcoming, from Diya on the front desk to my usual dentist Shaila and nurse Charlie. My treatment was with Viren, the gum specialist, and the experience has been outstanding. He explained everything so clearly and thoroughly, which really put me at ease, and thanks to his expertise most of my severe gum issues have now been resolved. Fantastic experience: Amazing. Shaila is really lovely, herself and Charlie replaced my fixed retainer, thank you! Shaila and Charlie made it a calm place to be for treatment. You can see they work great together. My new fixed retainer feels so smooth and perfect. Shaila goes above and beyond- She took an X-Ray and checked extra little things, and when at first she wasn’t happy with the retainer being a slightly different material to my previous retainer, which had worked well for a number of years- she asked if I could come back when she had it available, so she could finish it to the highest standard possible. Fantastic experience: The whole practice is run very professionally. I just had two implants handled by Sunny and aided by Charlie the nurse. Sunny is so thorough and precise in his work and explained each stage of the process. Fantastic experience: I had seen Sunny at my dental practice; I had tripped and lost both my front teeth. He spent a lot of time explaining my options, and on deciding on sedation for my implant treatment referred me to 34 Dental. From the first contact from the lovely Lynsey, who was just wonderful at allaying my fears (I am a bit dentist phobic after a bad root canal experience) to Sunny again discussing the procedure I was less nervous than I thought. The sedation definitely helped :-) but I cannot fault the care I received from Sunny, Lynsey and Diya . Sunny even called me the following day to see how I was doing. From start to finish the treatment was exemplary, from true professionals and in a calm environment.

Fantastic experience: This is not my regular dentist but I have come for specialist dental treatment. The service is amazing. I was having major dental treatment in a day and Lindsey got me a glucose drink as I was feeling a bit weak and had not eaten anything. Lindsey took her time and chatted with me which was lovely, did not feel I was at the dentist or rushed. Viren my Periodontist was amazing, he took the time to explain the whole process and the cost, he made sure no unnecessary work was carried out. He made sure I was comfortable continuously as I am afraid of needles. Charlie the nurse also made sure I was comfortable when I got anxious. I would definitely recommend this dentist if you need some good dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to 34 Dental by my local dentist.A fantastic first consultation with Damian, using cutting edge scan equipment which revealed a large cyst at the base of ancient root canal work. Dan Saund was the most skilful and caring oral surgeon, ably assisted by Becki. Lynsey coordinated my treatment so professionally. She even arranged an ad hoc meeting with a practice dentist just ahead of the procedure to steady my nerves. All of the team were aware of my treatment plan. Fantastic experience: I've been to Damien for a root canal twice now and both times he's been amazing, no discomfort at all during the procedure. He's very knowledgeable and clearly cares about what he does and is always happy to take the time to explain everything. Fantastic experience: This is not my regular dentist, but I had to attend for a difficult extraction. There was a friendly greeting from the receptionist and I had a short wait in the pleasant waiting area. Sunny made me feel at ease and explained what the procedure involved. The tooth was removed in a relatively short time and then the after-care was explained to me. An email was also sent with details of post-operative instructions. The whole experience was very well managed and I felt at ease and in capable hands at all times.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience having two wisdom teeth out! Dr. Daniel Saund was super calming, gentle and slick at what he does. My first proper dental treatment and local anaesthetic and didn't feel a thing, the numbing worked so well - didn't even realise when the teeth came out. Fantastic experience: I had 2 implants done by Sony Kotecha and his team. From the outset they were thoroughly professional keeping me informed of what they were doing. I was provided with a detailed programme covering the work including when each payment would be required. The practice is fully equipped so that when scans were needed I only had to go into the next room. Throughout I was confident in the work being done and I am completely satisfied with the outcome.

Fantastic experience: I came to 34 Dental for a specialist root canal treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Shaila is very knowledgeable, friendly, and put my mind at ease. I had a tight timeframe due to an upcoming flight, but Shaila did everything she could to ensure my treatment was completed before I left. Fantastic experience: Professional, friendly practice with highly skilled trained staff. I needed a re-root canal treatment and had been advised by a few dental practices (in Birmingham) that it was a complex procedure with no guarantee of success. I was riddled in pain. In my desperation, I travelled from Birmingham to Leicester, having heard that Damien, had carried out such treatments with success. Suffice to say the procedure was successful and more importantly I am no longer in pain. This is hands down the best practice I’ve been to. I would travel from Birmingham to have treatment again at this practice - as we all know finding a good dentist is difficult! Yasmin

Viren was great and put me at ease, and the dental nurse (Rashma?) was so reassuring. Post-op recovery was fine, and I followed the clear instructions I was given.
