Since English isn’t my first language, I was worried that I might struggle to communicate or fully understand the treatment process. From the very first visit, all my concerns disappeared. Fantastic experience: Easily the best dentist I have ever been to. From the reception staff to the Dentist and his team. Everything is explained very well and nothing is rushed or to much trouble. The surgery is a bit chaotic at the moment but when the building works are finished I'm sure everything will be fine and a relaxed atmosphere

Fantastic experience: Excellent. Friendly staff. I recently had a partial root canal treatment & a replacement filling. Neel explained everything in detail including price & payment plans. The celling mounted TV & headphones were a brilliant distraction as it took my mind off of the work that being done. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Staff were very lovey and accommodating. My dentist took me through my procedure and explained the reasons for the decisions. They also use a film and bite guard type thing to keep your mouth open so it’s not tiring and so none of the bad tasting stuff gets on your tongue. A great experience all around.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, professional service and reasonable prices. After a 2nd Dentist from another practice agreed that Lakewood were correct to advise a tooth removal, I had it removed. Lakewood have a Dentist;Alex that comes in on Mondays for specialist treatments. She was very professional and kind. It only took her just under 10mins to remove my stubborn molar. It was painless and the after care advice and service was excellent. Cost me £350;private booking. I would definitely recommend this Dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I had my first check-up and clean in November, and hadn't been in a few years so was quite nervous. All was very pain free and very accommodating. I got sent an excellent detailed report on the findings, which also uses AI, to better help interpret the result. Dr Neal spent a decent amount of time explaining all the options, but it ended up being the dreaded root canal. He explained all the financing options and we worked out the best way to suit my needs. Root canal was terrifying before hand, but Dr Neal was incredible, I didn't even feel the local aesthetic go in!! He had a TV for me, so was settled in for 3 hours - was as pleasant as it could possibly be. Now signed up with their monthly subscription, which spreads the costs of treatments, and ends up being better value too! My fear of the dentist is certainly being reduced by Dr Neal and the team.

Fantastic experience: I had a consultation for Invisalign back in 2024. Neel was great. He explained everything to me step by step and the equipment these days is amazing. I could see how my teeth were going to look at the end. That gave me the confidence to invest the money. There were a few payment plans offered which really helped me budget. It took just over a year and I finished off with some composite bonding. At no point did I feel I was being offered anything I didn’t need, just the opposite. I am so happy with the results. I have the confidence to smile now. I also lost a stone as the Invisalign stopped me picking. I couldn’t be happier. All the staff there are lovely.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, 5 starts dont seem enough for Neel "The Doc" and his team. The level of professionalism, care and advice they offer to their patients is second to none. If you suffer from dentophobia like I do I strongly recommend these guys. Great, thorough clean both times and also gave me tips on cleaning. Highly recommend Lakewood Dental Practice! I had a really awful experience with my previous dentist a couple of years ago so I was very anxious for my first appointment at Lakewood. However, the staff were welcoming and Dr Neel Patel made me feel at ease and talked me through my treatment plan. Fantastic experience: I had the most pleasurable experience having a filling done, I was made to feel so comfortable by Nadia. I had headphones and a tv to take my mind of off what was being done. I cannot recommend enough. Also, My son has started the process of having Invisalign, and the work that has gone into this process in just one visit is amazing. He cannot wait to have them. Lastly, Cleo the hygienist has been so amazing and patient, I have never been to a hygienist before so my teeth were not as clean as I originally thought, but they certainly are now, after just one visit with her, I now have minimal bleeding from my gums. Where as before it was A LOT every-time I brushed. Thank you all of you, weirdly I look forward to coming back to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a bad experience with the previous owners of this practice but dr Patel since taking over has turned this practice into a well run practice that cares about its patients. I’m not a fan of injections but dr Patel made this as pain free as possible. I had a route canal done and the team were simply superb throughout the whole process and helped ease my fears of going to the dentist. He made sure that my treatment was pain free and managed to save my severely damaged tooth. If you need any dental work then this is the place to go to!

I saw Cleo Clay for my hygiene visit and was so impressed with how professional and thorough she is, Cleo explained step by step and I felt at ease straight away which is amazing because usually I can feel anxious. She was so gentle it was the most comfortable hygiene visit I have ever had, I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Wow, This is how to do dentistry! Managed to get booked in with Neel the same day due to a cancellation. He was so professional, gentle and extremely informative. He took the time to explain every procedure, and I love that they use modern technology and equipment, allowing everything to be explained clearly on a screen. I've had a badly done filling for around 10 years that I have just put up with, but as Neel specialises in restorative dentistry, he fixed it perfectly, and now I don't have to carry around floss with me everywhere I go! I watched Netflix throughout the procedure, and before I knew it, it was over. Pain free and very relaxed. Also had a full scale and polish with the hygienist who again was so gentle and professional. You have a great team, and I'm so happy that I made the switch to this dentist that my wife has done the same. Thanks again guys, and will see you in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: What a amazing experience, I couldn't be happier! I was recommended to Dr. Nadia by my daughter who had a good experience. I had a broken front tooth which was causing me pain and stopping me from smiling. Nadia stopped the pain and rebuild my tooth with a crown and it looks better than it did before. She got this done for me all before Christmas. I have my confidence back and feel I can enjoy Christmas with my grandchildren. The reception team were lovely and the practice is so modern. Fantastic experience: I have been visiting this dental practice since I moved to London. Having been under a few others due to moving, this is by far the most professional and welcoming! I actually enjoy going for my check ups now! I've been seen by both Nadia and Neel for treatments and they both put my mind at rest as I am quite a nervous patient. I've had multiple dental check ups and treatments, including Botox in my jaw which Nadia suggested as I have an issue with clenching which caused me many headaches - now fully resolved!!! (I also have a phobia of needles and she is really great at accommodating that)!! If you're thinking about switching dentists or moving to the area then I 100% recommend Lakewood Dental Carshalton!!!
