Fantastic experience: We asked to be putting on the waiting list back in 2022 after Ingrid was recommended to us, but in reality thought it would never really happen. I'm delighted to say that 2 years later (which is what they predicted when we first called) we got a call to say we could come into register and get a check up. All went smoothly and it is so reassuring to know we have access to an NHS dentist should we need one. So if you are on a waiting list to join a NHS dentist surgery- don't give up - your time will come eventually!

Negative experience: Google search and their website with fees list state this is private and NHS but when you call this is only NHS with 18 month waiting list

Fantastic experience: I was personally recommended to contact Ingrid Cubbon dental surgery, by a well known ex-dentist after explaining that my previous private dentist in Palace Avenue cemented a small front crown twice within a matter of months and both times charged me for the privilege. So I contacted Ingrid Cubborn and made my first appointment and what a difference, Ingrid examined my teeth and outlined my options with regards to my treatment and has now replaced my upper front crown with a new crown on a longer post. Ingrid and her team make you feel very at ease and explains exactly what she is doing and why. On top of this my boss was finding it impossible to find a dentist and was suffering with an abscess and Ingrid saw him the following day. Excellent dentistry, so impressed I will be having my two front crowns renewed in a few months time.

Negative experience: I have just the second most rudest phone call from this surgery in the past six month. Their Customer service is appalling. the staff seem to be very argumentative all of the time and show a total lack of empathy for the client. If i could give zero stars I would.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service!! Surgery is clean, warm and cosy. Nurses are friendly and polite, they even took care of my baby when she started to fuss so that I have nothing to worry about. Ingrid is really professional and caring which is not alwaise the case with NHS dantists. She even did X-rays on first check up and could see problem other dantists failed to notice. I'm really happy I got a place in this sergery!
