Fantastic experience: The courtyard are my hero's today had teeth out at a referal dentist Thursday stayed with friends got home yesterday had to go to courtyard today for them to numb And get some bone out and antibiotics it's heaven now. Thank god for a brilliant local dentist who are so caring reassuring and thorough it ment the world to me today you will never know the relief in my mouth many many many thanks id give you 20 stars but can't find my star emoji

Fantastic experience: Henry is the best dentist I’ve ever had he’s gentle and always numbs the tooth area well before any treatment. Henry has always saved me money too by completing repairs rather than carrying out new treatments. I can’t fault this dentist practice and have always been looked after by the staff every single time. Thank you.

Negative experience: Absolutely atrocious deregister you when they don't send you a reminder for an appointment that was made 6 months ago!! Even though I got 2 reminders for my daughters appointment so it clearly wasn't sent to me! What an absolute joke of customer care/service!!

Fantastic experience: Update The crown I had fitted by Henry is nothing but care, professional and exception Henry and his team takes good crab of you and at no point did I feel rushed at any of my appointments. In total my root canal and crown took 4 appointments. I have left the dentist with my teeth aligned...Meaning there isn't any bumps ...It's smooth Very very happy to have found this great dentist practice .......... Have been using this dentist for some years now and couldn't be happier. The advice they give is excellent. Having put off have my tooth fixed from a hair line crack I plucked up the courage to get it sorted. I had nothing to worry about. Henry is very professional and I didn't even feel the injection in my mouth, and coming home after the anethesic write off I'm not in pain.

Fantastic experience: After not finding a dentist for many years I was took on by this wonderful practice. I saw Angela the dental therapist for treatment which I was very happy with, she puts in a lot of effort to explain things and makes you feel at ease during the treatment - thank you again! On to my next course of treatment I've recently had with Henry i can't explain how happy I am with the outcome - what a man - all staff are great thank you all!

Negative experience: First I saw a 'dental therapist' which I wasnt aware of when I made the appointment, I wouldnt let a vet with two years training touch my cats! Then I got lectured about drinking 2 bottles of wine a week and asked to bring in my toothbrush. Thanks to the woman young enough to be my daughter for patronising me after a lifetime of paying NI. Disgrace. I only wanted a filling replaced.

Fantastic experience: Had treatment with Angela, the therapist. Angela is very knowledgeable & takes every care to explain the treatment & puts you totally at ease. This experience has changed my fear of dentists!

Fantastic experience: Very good dentist I came across this practice by accident I needed urgent treatment and was sent here. Probably arrived at the right time because they we're accepting new patients at the time and I was signed up. I have had a few more visits since then and the treatment was excellent. Sometimes things just seem to drop into place I needed treatment and dropped on this little beauty. Thank you to the dentist and staff.

Negative experience: What a joke 1st they lost my teeth but did not tell me for weeks then I had to go back went back got stuff done got told they would be here on the 6th wasted my time to travel 60 miles to get there for her to say they are not there after they said they are there what a joke
