Fantastic experience: I've been using this practice for well over 10 years and have always been very satisfied with the treatments I have received. All the staff are welcoming, friendly, caring and professional. The dentists are easy to talk to and reassuring when explaining the treatments you need, which they perform quickly and painlessly. The nurses are very sensative and caring and put you at ease during the treatments. As this is a small practice I feel I get a more personalised attention and do not hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Bridge Dentist practice enough! They are all fantastic! My three children have been here since a very young age. I went for the first time in 8 years recently as was terrified, they were all amazing with me! Everyone is so friendly and patient! I have now been to the dentist for treatment and to the hygienist and feel so much calmer all thanks to the dentist’s and staff on reception just being so great, you can always get an appointment easily, and they are beyond helpful!! The best dentist practice!!

Fantastic experience: I had a broken tooth and asked Bridge Dental Practice if I could get an emergency appointement as it is a 3 minutes walk from home. Luke at the reception was great and he could offer me an appointement the very next day. The said day at the scheduled time I was treated by Dr Avraj Sohanpal who did a great job despite my small mouth and strong gag reflex. Unfortunately, the tooth had to be removed and Dr Avraj took care of that immediately with a quick and mostly painless procedure. A big thank you to all the team (even if I wish I won't have to come back anytime soon).

Fantastic experience: After breaking a tooth I was pleasantly surprised to be offered an appointment within days. My dentist Dr Gustav Engelbrecht used cream to numb my gum prior to the injection which no dentist has ever done for me before! The treatment was painless and comfortable. He is always so relaxed, yet professional which I find very calming. Luke the receptionist is always very friendly and approachable as are the nurses I have encountered there. All my immediate family now visit this dentist on my recommendation. I moved away from the village earlier this year, but didn't think twice about returning to the surgery for my treatment.

Fantastic experience: After 20 years at various practices in the area I was reluctant to 'go private' imagining it would cost the earth! However, that was not the case and instead I found an excellent practice that ran very efficiently and was affordable too! I never felt pressured to have a particular treatment, the options were carefully explained to me and the decision was made by me. I've had two hygienist appointments and two dentist consultations in the past and today had two fillings. The experience today was excellent as all previous visits, however, there was a special 'twist' to the visit. As usual I was greeted by Luke who is always very knowledgeable and efficient. He often rings up on the day to remind you too! When I went through to the dentist we chatted about music and I told him I had a playlist of music my band was working on, I was surprised that he offered to connect up my phone to their system, which I did, and had my treatment to the sound of some great beats! Made me forget all about my treatment and felt like a party! The treatment was excellent and I've recovered already due to my fun and easy experience this morning. Thank you Avraj and to the new nurse and of course to Luke. I highly recommend your dental practice!

Negative experience: Don't think of coming this Dental MONEY Practice.. they are liar!!!! They had given me a temporary denture and paid almost £1900.. I came back thinking that they will give me my permanent denture but they told me to pay another £1700 disgusting!!!!... Believe it or not.. You take a risk of loosing teeth and loosing lots of money..

Fantastic experience: From Luke answering the phone to having my tooth filled the whole experience was professional and caring. I saw Beata, and explained I had a real dental phobia since childhood. I had put off having a filling and now it hard started to hurt. Beata was calm, professional, explained everything and was able to help me through the filling. She has a lovely bedside or chair side manner that instills confidence and calmness. She is gentle and I felt the most comfortable I have ever been at a dentist before. Beata and Ruth, one of the dental nurses, were able to quickly calm me and help me through it. The practice environment is reassuring in its clean but calming setup, use of modern equipment, clinically excellent but also designed in a tranquil manner for the nervous patient that starts sweating before going in the door, let alone sitting in a dental chair. The gentle calm reassurance really helped me. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Beata has done an outstanding job at fixing my problem tooth! Thank you so much - I’m delighted with the result. I broke a tooth and she worked very hard to save it (when others wanted to remove it completely) and has made a perfectly fitting porcelain crown that has restored my smile. She and her team are fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend them.
