Anu made me feel at ease, he was meticulous from start to finish, had upper front teeth done with bridge, porcelain crowns and veneers, I even nodded off during treatment as it was so calm and relaxing, cannot recommend Anu enough and his team, all super friendly and professional

She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Fantastic experience: I had a full lower jaw implant which was finished in Feb 2026. It was done by Dr. Anupam Nandi (Anu). I had many concerns beforehand but Anu did a fantastic job. To be able to chew properly after many years is fantastic. Anu was really good. He had a very notable attention to detail. He made me feel calm and confident and the latter appointments were actually rather pleasant. I’ll put that down to Anu. A great dentist and all round nice guy. Would recommend the institute and Anu to anyone.

Negative experience: If your over 70 dont bother save your consultants fee You may pass to the other side or have to take a mortgage out before they get done ! FIRST APOINTMENT FOR STUDENTS 9 WEEKS AWAY AND OVER 1 YEAR FOR TREATMENT! I finish up with a leaflet with lots of options! More expensive than other dentist £8000 all on 6 top only plus lots of extras it a scam !

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth implant fitted by Ekow at ICE dental and am so happy with the result. The process was brilliant throughout. Ekow listened carefully to my concerns and provided excellent care and treatment at all times. I had absolutely no pain during or after the surgery which surprised me! Fantastic experience: I started attending ice dental around 9 months ago. I needed lots of work to restore my teeth to a healthy state. I was an anxious patient and Dimitrios and the team put me at ease. The treatment plan I needed months of work and time. The plan was set out, costed and easy to understand. Treatment to clear my mouth of infection started quickly and every time I visited work was explained in detail. After any procedures the staff called me the day after to check on my wellbeing and recovery. The hygienist provided advice about oral healthcare in detail. I had five implants placed and every step of the way I was informed of the next steps. Communication from the practice was excellent at all times. My smile is not restored and the work carried out is exceptional. I highly recommend this practice. Top quality and everyone professional from reception team to the owner. Highly recommended.

Professional, friendly service with exceptional knowledge of the procedures. We both had implants. We were fully informed and re-assured every step of the way. The pricing was discussed and completely transparent with no hidden fees. We were given all the information we needed to make the best choice for us. It was refreshing to receive such excellent service. We are both happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Negative experience: we had had a disappointing experience at ICE DENTAL Manchester. While the staff were friendly, I found the pricing to be inconsistent and felt unsure about the transparency of their fees as they changed with every single visit then they wouldn’t provide a breakdown. It's unfortunate because the clinic has potential, but I left feeling uncertain about the value of the services provided, seems they favour specific minorities which you will figure out yourself should you visit. Poor experience as a result of pricing but the dentist technicians were lovely but don’t recommend as it’s all about money money money go to Bupa where you will pay the same price for treatment with fully trained dentist technicians and better service. You can also pay on a payment plan rather than be expected to pay £9000 at once (only specific groups obviously ✡️)

Fantastic experience: Dr Rabia is very professional, gentle and excellent in explaining the treatment process and provides painless facial injections, I am her permanent client from now on, she is the best.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved the place, the ICE team is really cooperative in terms of Consultation and treatment process and Dr Rabia gave me the best results I would highly recommend her!

Negative experience: I went for an implant, which started to hurt straight away. This led to removing it within less than 3 months of the date of fitting the implant. The bad job contributed to a massive loss in bone. Also, it made my smile ugly. I would never recommend this clinic as in addition to the above, the surgeon was very arrogant and unprofessional. On many occasions, he did not provide me with the PPE kit.

Fantastic experience: My treatment was complex and took a full 11 months, but I am so glad that I had the treatment at ICE. My dentist, Anu, was excellent. He was very professional, supportive, caring and considerate, and if any of my family ever need treatment I would certainly recommend him. I emailed the surgery once because I was worried about something, and literally 2 minutes later he phoned me to offer advice and reassurance. The treatment you get at ICE is second to none. It is expensive, as all private healthcare is, but if you can afford it I would definitely recommend.
