Concordia Dental Healthcare - East Grinstead

Negative experience: I have to agree with previous review. Closed in the middle of my treatment and now cannot find another dentist to take over my case and stuck with attachments on my teeth. Completely unavailable for contact as soon as I received an email informing me of them closing.

Negative experience: Complete con artists , promised to sort dental problems , which was a result of implants . Appointment in March 24 , but unavailable. Checked into the practice after many calls only to find the practice up for sale £800k . They took my cash £400 and promised to arrange treatment , then disappeared so bad

Fantastic experience: Pieter is an amazing dentist and has managed to correct my sons teeth perfectly. It also took half the time of others that I know of, even though it was extensive treatment. We have been seeing Pieter for 15 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even having lived outside of the UK we used to come back just to see Pieter.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing dentist. Super gentle and handles your phobia's extremely well. Having had now two root canal treatments done with Pieter, I can honestly say it was completely painless and a very relaxed experience. I would highly recommend.

I have been twice now and I find the staff very professional, caring, friendly and welcoming. The Dentist has been outstanding in his approach with my daughter who was afraid of having dental work. The work done is impeccable. I highly recommend for all aspects of treatment and service.

Fantastic experience: My teeth were in very poor shape when I went to Concordia several years ago and I was told by my previous dentist a number needed extracting. I still have them all so I would say try Concordia for a second opinion you have nothing to lose.

Fantastic experience: My treatments have been at Pieter's office in Hove. Really good and caring dentist. Basically he dealt with two teeth that others could/had not and he did this with true professionalism. Super premises that look really smart and a great team around him. Totally recommend!

Fantastic experience: I don't trust any other dentists, so have been coming to Concordia since I've moved to the area. Both Pieter and staff are warm and welcoming and good with children. The consult is always clean, professional and comforting as I'm quite a nervous patient due to past bad dental experiences. This time for my hygiene appointment, I saw a different dentist and she was just as good. It's a bit pricey, but I suppose those are the rates I'm willing to pay when going private.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been with Concordia for a number of years now and, due to previous neglect, had quite a bit of dental work done over that time. It's a friendly, caring and professional practice. All the staff are lovely. Pieter listens to any concerns you might have and always explains fully. This gave my wife the confidence to have an implant recently. My latest visit was for a new crown. As with all the previous work, both beautifully done. Thank you. Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I had teeth removed and implants in my lower jaw. I am terrified of dentists and can honestly say I felt safe in Peters hands, he explained what he would be doing all the way through my treatment. The lovely dental nurse held my hand when I felt scared. My experience with everyone at Concordia has been brilliant. If your looking for implants or just looking for a dentist I would highly recommend Concordia Dental.

Fantastic experience: I got my teeth examined, cleaned and polished by Emma (Dental Hygenist) at the surgery. I can say honestly this has been my best experience so far. I did not feel pain and my teeth are thoroughly cleaned feels so better. I would recommend this surgery and express my special thanks to Emma for her professionalism and great skills in performing the cleaning and polish.

Negative experience: Was told it's free appointment for infants over the phone and was charged £25! Very misdleading and spoiled all impression from the meeting with the doctor. Sadly, but I won't go there again as I hate liars!

Fantastic experience: Peter is the best dentist I've found in the UK - professional, informative and really good at his job. Despite moving miles away, and due to several bad experiences in the past, I choose to travel the distance rather than transferring to more local dentist.
