Fantastic experience: First visit to this dental practice and was very very impressed with the service by my dentist. She worked with my fears and her suggestions about further treatment were non profiteering like my previous dentist. She was so very pleasant and nice. So very encouraging. Nice to have found a new dentist who listens over profiteering. Reception staff were also very polite and efficient

Especially when I noted I was nervous due to a resistance to anaesthetic for my filling, she made sure to listen and her and are assistant took great care of me. My partner also has had great experiences here.

We need not have worried as everyone was really kind and supportive and more improvement was achieved than was expected. She was so happy and I was relieved! Thank you to everyone involved.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and welcoming environment with clean facilities. Was able to book appointments at my convenience and within short timeframes. Dr Bakhcha was very clear when explaining the condition of my teeth and gums. She was open and honest, giving advice on how to proceed and what steps to take in future.

Positive experience: Very professional care. The dentist i saw was very kind & thoughtful, took her time to do a though examination. The only issue I had was I am sure I booked the hygienist after seeing the dentist, but they had no record of it. I live over 30 minutes away , so it all makes sense that I book both on the same day , one after the other.

Fantastic experience: Pennypot Dentists - Edenbridge. I just had a check up with a truly lovely lady dentist at this practice. I have been a patient for about a year. The practice is modern and the reception staff are friendly & professional. My lady dentist today was so lovely. I just wish all other dentists could be like her! I was impressed with her calmness and kindness. She introduced herself and her dental nurse by name and then every procedure was clearly explained. I was consulted at every stage & left the check up with a clear understanding of my dental health, an action plan & Advice Sheets specific to my issues. So impressed with this practice and can only highly recommend, especially for children & anyone nervous about going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were both seen by Dr Bakhcha Jamal who was brilliant. I hadn't been to a dentist In a while and cannot believe the advancement in the experience and service provided! She was incredibly patient with our questions and took time to explain every detail. It didn't feel like we were rushed and by the end, had a very clear dental care plan which was tailored both to our specific dental needs as well as finances. It was clear she took a patient centred approach, unlike my previous dentist who would upsell treatment like his life dependent on it. So this was very refreshing and left us trusting her and the team, for which we are very greatful and will be recommending Pennypot to family and friends. Dr Bakhcha and the team were great. I didn't hesitate to book in my follow up treatments and will be visiting Pennypot for years to come. The clinic has ample parking and is very well presented.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I had to have a crown fitted! However, the whole treatment process across two appointments was very good. I did not experience any pain whilst sitting in the chair, obviously it’s not something you’d choose to have done but my wellbeing was always the priority. I would recommend this practice.

Had my first appointment today and to be honest it could not have been better every member of staff were so welcoming and i was totally put at ease. The dentist i saw was so friendly and calming explaining everything and being so very patient it made the world of a different.

Fantastic experience: I just had to share my positive experience for PENNYPOT DENTAL PRACTICE, Edenbridge. New to town they are an amazing dentist, staff fantastic and the team consists of six very special individuals. I first popped along here 3 weeks ago, with a visit to the hygienist. My teeth are now like new after having a brilliant premium clean overhaul I also had a nagging tooth ache and was advised that it really should come out. I didn't listen as I did not want to lose a prime tooth so close to the front of my mouth. Hence my 2nd visit today again in pain the tooth ache came back with a vengeance and I had to have the tooth removed. Which I might add was extremely comfortable and pain free. I'm booked in for 2 months time and will probably look at having an implant to replace the missing tooth. Such a great dentist and well needed in the town of Edenbridge. Highly recommend your teeth are in safe hands here

Fantastic experience: Got off to a shaky start, i am a nervous patient and like to understand clearly what is happening to me. Since i have been with the practice all is good now the reception staff are so helpful and friendly, my dentist is understanding we even have a joke now. First time i have booked repeat visits to a hygenist before. I only ever went to a surgery when i could no longer endure the pain, i now find myself booking repeat visits. I must say that all of the staff are fantastic.

This was my first visit and was made to feel a little as though i had done something wrong when the implement used for the x-ray was sharper and larger than usual causing discomfort. Think I just need to get used to it as the dentist i am leaving was so good but sadly too far away

Fantastic experience: I can't believe that this dental practice is also NHS. The receptionists are wonderful, so helpful and actually listen to me. As soon as I said I was in pain and may need to be pushed forward they came back to me with a cancellation and also phone checked in to see if I was ok. The dentist Dr Hari is kind, considerate and actually wants to help as much as possible. There is no judgement, there is no stress or pain (something I've experience with private dental care all my life) - best dentist I've ever been to. Highly recommend. Thank you Pennypot for being wonderful. From the receptionists to the dentist - all 10/10.

Negative experience: Made an appointment but became ill on the day. I gave them as much notice as I could when I asked to reschedule the appointment. I then complied with their request to turn up to the practice with a handwritten letter explaining why I couldn’t make my appointment, even though I felt barely well enough to leave my house. They subsequently told me that I’m no longer allowed to make appointments and have essentially banned me from the practice. It’s ridiculous to ban me only because I was medically unwell and didn’t want to spread anything to others.

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit and I was really happy with my experience. I was anxious because I'd recently had a difficult experience at a different dental practice. Pennypot Edenbridge has easy parking and a spacious waiting area which I appreciated as a nervous patient. The practice is very friendly from the warm welcome at reception through to the kind, patient and gentle dental team. I needed a filling replaced which was done there and then. I was offered several options and given plenty of time to decide. I was so nervous but Apil was amazing. He took things really slowly and explained everything clearly. He put on calming music to help me settle and was very supportive and encouraging as the treatment progressed. I can't say thank you enough to all the team for helping me overcome my fear of a dentist's drill!

Since moving to the Edenbridge area 3 years ago, I’ve been travelling back to my previous practice, but when NHS appointments came up at Pennypot, I decided to take the chance. The whole experience was very positive, very friendly reception and clear explanations from Apil and Ash. My mind has been put at rest and I’m very glad to have found Pennypot. Would recommend!
