Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Kori and Elly today for a routine dental check up. They suggested a full dental cleaning, and the results were fantastic. The treatment was completely painless, and the entire experience was professional and comfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Negative experience: One star I am being generous Absolutely appalled by the treatment and lack of professionalism from this dental clinic. I attended this practice for an emergency appointment and from the beginning the experience was traumatic. The dentist injected my cheek so aggressively that the entire side of my face and even my neck became numb and swollen. After the injections, I was told to wait outside for the anaesthetic to take effect while the dentist saw another patient. I am not sure whether this is standard or the safest thing to do, but it left me feeling very uncomfortable and unsettled. By the time I was called back in, my face and neck were already heavily numb and swollen. Despite remaining calm throughout the procedure, when the drilling began the cold water was clearly hitting the exposed nerve and I was in severe pain. Instead of listening to me or taking my pain seriously, the dentist became visibly irritated, repeatedly dismissed me as “nervous,” and acted as though I was exaggerating. For the record I have previously had two teeth removed at other clinics without any problems whatsoever. I know the difference between anxiety and genuine pain. I was not panicking. I was physically hurting. I was then told they would simply “medicate and close the hole” and that I should “see someone else.” Even more concerning, I was told they would not offer root canal treatment because it was “too expensive,” and would rather extract the tooth instead. No patient should feel pushed toward losing a tooth because a clinic does not want to provide proper treatment. I left the clinic with a badly swollen face after the injections and felt completely distressed by the whole experience. Despite this, I still acted respectfully. I cancelled one follow-up appointment FIVE DAYS in advance. I only missed one appointment afterwards because, quite frankly, I felt traumatised about returning after the way I had been treated. Today I called the clinic simply asking for a referral because I found another clinic willing to actually attempt to save my tooth with root canal treatment. The way I was spoken to on the phone was shocking. The staff member constantly talked over me, would not allow me to explain anything, repeatedly interrupted me, aggressively told me to “stop talking,” and then said there was “no point continuing the conversation.” I have genuinely never experienced such rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behaviour from a healthcare provider. Patients deserve to be listened to when they are in pain. They deserve respect, compassion, and proper communication not to be ignored, spoken over, humiliated, and pressured into extractions. I would never return to this clinic and would strongly advise others to think carefully before trusting them with their dental care.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this dental practice for nearly 40 years and lucky to have an NHS dentist. A few weeks ago i had terrible tooth ache, called on a Monday and had an appointment on Wednesday, was willing to wait to have my wisdom tooth extracted which my dentist did for me that day. I am very happy with the treatment and advice i receive. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful that I found this dental practice. The people here are amazing and trustworthy. I was always scared to go to the dentist because of terrible experiences in the past, but Mohammed (the dentist) always reassured me, which comforted me a lot. He did a fantastic job, and now I have no worries or hesitation when I come here. I am also thankful to Elly (the assistant), as she always makes sure everything goes smoothly.

Fantastic experience: It's been a long time since I've been to the dentist, mostly due to monetary concerns and what can only be described as a crippling fear of them. But when the time came to have fillings done, I needed to swallow my fears and so I decided to register with Lasalle; it was much easier than I had anticipated. The receptionist was professional and understanding of my worries, it was a rather easy process. The dentists I saw (Mohammed and Ellie) are two of the kindest and friendliest people I've ever had the fortune to meet. Again, very professional, very understanding of my fears and made sure I never felt uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to the dentist here for solving our issue swiftly and professionally. She was very kind and helpful working with a 90 year old man, relieving his toothaches and pains. Overall very happy with the service we received for our first time visit.

Negative experience: Never come to this dentist they are money hungry and will charge you even if you are on benefits My 16 year old daughter is forced to pay for dental care even though she is full time education they told me I need to get a teeth cleaning appointment every 3 months I'm on benefits and I should be getting free service yet get forced to pay and threatened with fines if I don’t .the dentist is rude and looks down on patients. In September I was told I needed a new night guard when I explained my one is fine I was told it was routine to get a new one every year and it would be on the nhs (free). In December when I came for my appointment to get my night guard and got told I have to pay almost £400 for a new night guard THAT I DIDN'T NEED AND CANT AFFORD when I told her that she said it would be free she refused ever saying that I was left in difficult situation and had to call my friends, family and had to use my food shopping money. if you’re looking for a dentist DO NOT COME HERE.

Negative experience: Avoid. Everytime we go there we get negativity and bad vibes from the dentist. Clearly by the comments I could see she doesn't seem to appreciate the younger women/mums. She had the nerve to ask if social services are involved in my life, what the actual hell? I take the time out of my busy schedule only to go to this sham of a dental practice and the dentist having the audacity to interrogate me?! Unprofessional. Absolutely Terrible

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting practice . The way they treat mothers with mental health issues is disgusting . I’ve been to the practice a few times with my children for their appointments never had a problem I’ve never been rude , never spoke out of line. Always spoke politely . We are on NHS as I am low income and on UC , The dentist herself is very patronising , blunt and rude . Looks down her nose at you . I went for an emergency appointment ( before my first check up ) Regardless of check ups etc I’ve never heard of being registered filling out details for a dental practice and that not meaning you are registered as an nhs patient . But apparently here it does . Anyway I was told after waiting an hour in reception ( I might add the dentist had come out to call people before hand so could of spoke to me quietly regarding their problem at their own fault ) that because I’ve not had a check up I am not an nhs patient and I should be made pay to privately … I then replied , well why make me sit there for an hour to tell me this why wouldn’t they have told me that on the phone yesterday when booking the appointment. I went to walk off and she said she would see me anyway due to them not telling me on the phone. She kept on talking about my “rudeness” how that was rude I don’t know ! Anyway she kept on so I’ve asked her to stop now and please just check my teeth I was crying my eyes out ! Don’t even offer a tissue ! Looking down her nose at me some more she then replies I will only see you on private due to how you’ve reacted today ! Obviously after that she then saw what rude was! I have put a formal complaint in with the ICB, nhs care ward and the general dental council ! I won’t let this go the woman antagonised me and pushed me to react the way I did with her nonsense on not being a registered as nhs patient because of not having a first appointment. It seemed she wanted a reaction like that so she had to get paid privately Disgusting woman !

Positive experience: I've been registered with the Dental practice for a few years. Dr. J Padda is a very professional and friendly person. It is easy to book an appointment, the receptionist send a text message reminder or call.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist! Registered with this dental practice approximately two months ago as was recommended by a friend. On my first appointment was given a thorough check-up and a proper dental plan going forward. On the following appointment Dr Padda and her assistant Ellie managed to repair and save my back tooth when I thought it would need extracting, can't thank them enough,Would highly recommend this dentist.

Negative experience: Currently 35 weeks I spoke to someone. On the phone she was claiming she was the manager . Had an appointment spoke to them because I couldn’t make it due to Covid 19 just called for emergency help she said you are not registered with us. Really really rude . Disgusting how they can treat a pregnant women with disability like this .

Negative experience: Worse dentist in enfield, messed up my tooth for years

Negative experience: It's a terrible place. I went to have my teeth cleaned, I paid for it and he cleaned only part of my teeth. I have to make another appointment. To clean the other half of my teeth. So you pay and they only clean the visible part of your teeth.

Fantastic experience: Attended this practice yesterday and met the new team for the first time. Pleasantly surprised at the warm greeting, smiles and very efficient outcome of my visit. Anyone of a nervous disposition need have no fears. I have every faith that you will walk out happier than you walked in. Can’t praise them enough.

Fantastic experience: Had not so good experience in other dental clinics, tried LaSalle and found them to be extremely professional and friendly.

Negative experience: Terrible dentist - Avoid that at all cost. They apparently don't have any equipment to do the basic jobs. All they want is to ripped you off. Booking an appointment is like getting blood out of a stone if you are booking on the NHS. However if you are paying privately - appointment is available. My partner was told that to find another practice who could accommodate her as they don't have the correct tools - they didn't bother to follow procedures by referring her correctly. Needless to say even I had a terrible experience. I had a filling done and within a couple of month it fell out. This was done privately. Went to another dentist who did a fantastic job - 4 years and still counting. Lack of experience - I would say. Will be taking this further with the local paper to shame this institute and contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO).

Fantastic experience: Let's be honest, no one likes to visit the dentist! But the staff here are excellent, I have seen Rishi a few times over the last couple years. He is highly skilled, I like how he explains things aswell, he always makes me feel comfortable. Also, all of the ladies that work there are beautiful which is a nice little bonus, haha! 10/10 will return when I abuse my teeth some more!
