Fantastic experience: This dentist is the best by far. They are so polite, friendly ,and very hands on but most importantly so caring. Dr Alex is a wonderful dentist, in my whole time of using dentists which is 30 + years I have never had such fast and efficient care and all done with the up most professionalism. Negative experience: My appointments were blocked due to them being missed because of my mental health I’ve sent countless amount of emails to get them unblocked as all of my family attend this dental practice and I’ve not had no response even since the new ownership

I am so grateful for my fantastic dentist Ash who is able to deal with my nervousness around the dentist and put me at such ease. My children also see Ash and are both very comfortable with visiting the dentist which I put down to his great service. Michelle on reception is also fantastic and is always so helpful, she is such a credit to the team. I have always received fantastic service from both Ash & Michelle.

Negative experience: Terrible service, dentists arrive to work extremely late even though they have appointments booked in. Receptions give the excuse that the dentist lives far? If they can’t make it on time, they should not have patients booked in so early. They don’t seem to accommodate at all even after being so difficult.

Negative experience: I’ve called Enfield Smiles multiple times today about a dental emergency, and no one has answered. I’m experiencing significant tooth pain, facial swelling, and throat discomfort, which feels serious and requires urgent attention. It’s extremely frustrating not to be able to reach anyone when I need emergency dental care. I understand clinics can be busy, but timely access to urgent care is crucial in situations like this. I’m hoping the practice can improve their response times or provide guidance on the next steps for patients with emergencies.

Negative experience: I was requested for Register but they said next month 1st day call since February 2025 to August 2025 still saying next month. They can say we didn't register so I can register somewhere else than this surgery.

Negative experience: The people working at the reception are very rude and uninterested. I don't know who they think they are. You make an appointment and go, they keep you waiting for too long, but if you are five or 10 minutes late, they don't keep your appointment.

Positive experience: Had my tooth extracted not an issue paid for the service or whatever they wanted me to pay then a day later they ring me to tell me I owe them 40 odd pounds and if I don't pay it today debt recovery will be involved even after they released ne after I booked my next appointment no one said a word of any payment the fact that they thought threatening me with bailiffs would work is so stupid as I'm not going to pay for someone's mistake

Negative experience: Diabolical service in a grubby little practice. The practice Manager and the receptionists have such attitude problems it's unbelievable, what sort of professional uses the word 'aggy'?! They are rude and incompetent, avoid them at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I was with hygienist Neli at this clinic. She did a deep cleaning of my teeth and gums and also to treat periodontal disease. I am extremely satisfied with the procedures. Always smiling, very attentive and caring. I highly recommend everyone to see a hygienist. I had never gone before, but it helps to keep my teeth and gums in perfect condition.

Negative experience: Awful attitude from receptionist. Very rude. No help at all. Shouts over me when I’m trying to explain something over the phone. Don’t think she realises she isn’t actually a dentist but a receptionist. All she needs to do is give me an appointment not shout over me.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. I went in for scale and polish. I Was seen 15mins late, no one apologised for keeping me waiting. The Receptionists are unwelcoming and dont make you feel comfortable at all. This dentist is poorly managed the manger must be not fit for the role hence why it's so unorganised. finally I was called in, only to realise the hygienist was alone instead of there being two people so she left the suction pipe in my mouth as she had no assistant to help her, but the suction pipe kept falling out and she kept putting it back in my mouth, where is the infection control procedure in this place?? plus she had gloves on which she was wearing before i even went in and then she continued to work on my mouth with the same gloves. She rushed the process and got me out within 10mins as they only give 30mins per patient but she saw me late so had to rush me out. So she was 15mins late and did 10 minutes of treatment which totalled to 25mins spoke for 5mins and kicked me out. My mouth was not cleaned properly at all. When I explained to her she said this a a basic clean so you have to come back a few more times then I will clean it fully? I paid £50. What a scammer. How about doing the job properly and seeing patients on time specially when its being paid for and not free and even if patients was getting it free its not really free because NHS pays for it so do the job properly. I will not come back to this place its poorly managed and they don't have any care in the world regarding infection control. They Properly just put on a show to pass audits but they really do not follow infection control procedures in this place.
