Fantastic experience: I can't recomment this practice enough. The whole team is consistently fantastic - friendly, professional and genuinely caring. They always take the time to listen and make sure you feel comfortable, and their work is of the highest quality. This is honestly the only dentist I go to without any fear of pain. They do such a great job of putting you at ease, and you really feel like you are in safe, capable hands throughout your visit. They're also incredibly responsive, quick to reply to emails and always willing to find a slot if you have an emergency, which makes a huge difference. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Negative experience: Quite a wait to be seen and then the telly was on while my filling was done, actual treatment was completely fine, but the rest of it was quite odd

Negative experience: First time at this dentist, waited for over 30mins upon arrival with nobody attending to me. I was looking forward to getting my teeth checked out but I had to leave because I had other appointments. Terrible service, perhaps my skin color was not appropriate enough. No respect for time.

Fantastic experience: Excellent professional for a very cheap and excellent price. He charged me half price compared to all other quotes that I got for a canal treatment. I had to do 2 root canals and I didn’t feel any pain. Great dental centre.

Negative experience: Turned up last Tuesday at the Ottershaw surgery for an appointment to fix a broken filling which the dentist at that surgery had fitted a few weeks prior. When I arrived, the Dentist was waiting outside, bemused he was unable to enter the premesis as the receptionist had not turned up. When he phoned him/her there was no answer. In the end, I was told to go. (Not ideal to say the least!?!) but was assured I would be able to come back later that day. I was left a message a few hours later stating that the receptionist did not show atall and to call back to rearrange an appointment. I called a number of times.... but there was no answer and despite leaving many messages STILL nobody has called me. I’m writing this with a raging toothache from what feels like substandard work. This is completely unacceptable and I am at a loss as to how this practice manages to stay in business with such poor levels of service. Will certainly be taking this matter further...
