He fitted an implant more than a year ago and although I was largely very happy with it, there has been a niggling issue with food trapping below the gum line. Despite the time that had passed he has taken a minor query and resolved to make things better - seeing me for a follow up, looking into solutions with real rigour and offering to rectify the situation with no cost to me. He is always warm, polite and professional - explaining the options and what’s happening at every stage - an absolute delight to be looked after by.

1 year ago Positive experience: Treatment by the dentist Yousuf Bashir was very good. The problem I had was getting an appointment. It took me 9 days to get the appointment and then that was an Emergency appointment. Admittedly 2 days were lost due to Easter but that still seemed a long time to me. Just as well I was not in any pain as no alternative appointments were offered. If my condition had become painful I would have to have found another dentist.

I was examined & had X-rays taken. My options for treatment to my broken tooth were clearly explained & arranged. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: I was away on a weekend break and developed an abscess very painful I approached another branch of Damira dental surgery they accessed my records and saw me within hours gave me the required antibiotics! The receptionist was most helpful and kind the dentist was not rushed he took his time and treated me I was very impressed and grateful

For the SECOND TIME visit my credit /debit card was rejected but after several tries was accepted. I have never had this embarrassing experience anywhere before but feel it very necessary that you should know and possibly take some action.

I was attending for 1 small filling, lovely receptionist, very professional thorough dentist, called Yusef, no injection, however shocked when I came to pay the bill £220.00!!! 2 years ago Fantastic experience: I used the online portal but to me it has a small flaw in that anything not itemised i.e. a broken tooth in my case, unknown to me is classed as an emergency which It was not as I was not experiencing pain or major discomfort. Anyhow the work done was excellent. The procedure was well explained and the treatment choice exactly what was necessary. Fair to say i was very impressed and would not hesitate to use DAMIRA again.

2 years ago Positive experience: Not great , thought there was more interest in trying to sell me treatments , not sure why I needed new X-Rays , but regardless surely they should have looked at previous to see if / what had changed Also was told I needed a surface filling 5 five of them , never heard of them and even though asked what they were I’m still not clear apart from they would be between £130 to £200 each

2 years ago Fantastic experience: Just registered with Damira and was not sure what to expect. It did not disappoint. Staff is friendly and helpful and I found both the dentist and the hygienist to be really knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They put me at ease by explaining every step and their advice was very welcome. Definitely happy and relaxed about future appointments.
