Fantastic experience: To say Angela Leech hygenist and her dental nurse are amazing is an understatement! After years of being an anxious patient following a bad experience at another dental practice, I now not only feel totally relaxed but actually enjoy visiting these two wonderful professionals. Thank you ladies.

Fantastic experience: Went today and received amazing treatment. I hate dentists and never go i have never looked after my teeth. I walked in yesterday at 5 not being registered there and theybsaw me at two today. They never judged me just have me 5 star treatment. Mr lulian popescu was more than great. I never felt a thing and tooth was out in seconds. I'm now at home with no pain at all. Thank you so much I owe you alot

From the moment I walked through the door, Hayley on reception made me feel so welcome with her warm and friendly demeanour. She was incredibly helpful in sorting out my appointment and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Angela, the hygienist, is an absolute gem. She was so gentle, yet thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which really put me at ease. My teeth feel fantastic thanks to her expertise! Lynn, the nurse, was also incredible. Her professionalism and calm nature made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. It’s clear that she is passionate about providing the best care possible. The entire team at Walton House Dental Practice is exceptional, and it’s easy to see they truly care about their patients. If you’re looking for a dental practice that goes above and beyond, look no further. Thank you all for making my experience such a positive one – I’ll definitely be back!

Positive experience: Can't really comment as I was just here to register! But the premises look absolutely splendid! It's the very first time I have ever taken a photo of a dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist. I have been with them for several years. All the team are lovely.

Negative experience: Was told we no longer on their books, that we were never NHS patients and last time I attended was 7 years ago. Wrong. Last time I attended Dentist he couldn't make his mind up what to do next or how much to charge me! 3 hygienist appointments cancelled in a row, so all appointments for 18+ months cancelled. Then covid. I was never told we were being closed to them, nor did I ever receive notification, as I used to, that we were due a check up, they just closed us, probably because we NHS, not private!!! Told if I want to return I have to pay about £100 upfront, just to be seen for consultation, even though they have all our dental records and we not been anywhere else. Hospital wrote to them to advise of treatment I needed, they not interested, unless I pay more money upfront and then pay them money monthly. This is outrageous.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience. I called for an emergency appt due to a hole in my tooth causing me discomfort. I was seen on the day! I saw Iulian and he was the most professional dentist I’ve ever seen. I’m very afraid of dentists and injections, yet he was very reassuring, telling me everything he was doing and if I felt any pain during the procedure to raise my hand and he would stop - which he did. He explained my treatment and the cost of each option. I left with a temp filling and a clear path on what will happen going towards. Thank you so much for showing me that not all dentists are horrible and uncaring. I will gladly finish my treatment here and continue using forever more. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The best dental practise as far as I'm concerned. I'm so nervous when i go but once i walk into Mr Manson's room they both make me feel relaxed and if they can do that to me it shows how good they are Thanks to all the staff

Fantastic experience: What a brilliant dental practice. I’ve been severely dental phobic since the 1960s. Was dreading an extraction but the whole procedure, by IUlian Popescu was completely painless. As a child of the 50s who has had a lifelong bad relationship with dentistry, I can say my very positive experience at this practice has finally allowed me to get the fear under control. I can highly recommend Walton House. All the staff are friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: Didn't have a dentist after moving to Felixstowe. Needed an emergency appointment and got seen the same day. Kirstin Hamilton was super nice, professional and made me at ease. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service! Called privately for an emergency appointment and was seen on the day! Hayley on reception was brilliant and Kirsten was really kind and put me at ease straight away! On top of all the nice staff that helped me, the price was the best I had been offered for an extraction aswell! If only more dentists were like this especially for people who are not registered and are in pain!
