Negative experience: Dr Hamid is excellent . However the receptionist was extremely rude when enquired about the appointment.

Fantastic experience: brilliant such beautiful human beings Dr hamid and his wife took my emergency case to the next level first of all i was 1H late to my appointment took me with a smile with no extra charges and treated my root canal prescribed me some medicine and even checked on me the next morning absolutely brilliant thanks a million time.

Fantastic experience: Have been with Macro Dental Care for 5 years now and had exceptional care and treatment throughout both for emergency and elective dental work. Very skilled and gentle in his work. Highly recommend !!

Negative experience: I have been to this clinic several times over the years and Mr Hamed (The Dentist) is a very polite and nice man who does a very good job. The issue i have always had is regarding his Receptionist (His Wife) who is the rudest lady i have ever come across. She needs to learn this is a business and she needs to be proffesional and not be attacking customers when a simple question is asked. I can assure you if this business was to close down it is solely due to the rude wife who has no manners, a poor attitude and who is very unproffesional. She makes the whole experience so bad that im anxious to go in for my appointment. Ater reading other reviews i can assure you they are 100% accurate. I would give a 1 star review but i feel sad to do that to Mr Hamed who has always been good to me. If you do not want to work at this place i suggest you dont and look for a career change as you are not good for customer service role. I would never go back to this clinic even if it was free of charge solely because of the wife.

Fantastic experience: I visited today and received a top class service. I've been with my dentist Hammid for 28 years he always provides a great service and I've never had a problem getting appointment appointment

Negative experience: Rude and inconsiderate. Called me five times within 2 hours and when I called back and asked if they had appointments they proceeded say okay and hang up.

Negative experience: Attended this clinic during childhood & into my 20s. Also had a "Six Month Smiles" work done (it took over year). Have since found that my other dentists are much better. The 1 star review is partly because the receptionist / assistant, Hamid's wife, has frankly traumatised me. Booking appointments was incredibly stressful and hard. I was in huge amounts of pain during my orthodontics treatment and my teeth would often move cm's within a week. Hamid would tell me I must come in after certain teeth had moved a certain amount. Yet when I tried to book an appointment I would be berated and insulted on the phone by her, then told to go away. Partway through my orthodontic treatment I had to move away for work and so travelling in would require 1.5-2 hours minimum each way. On one occasion I had a confirmed booking, I arrived and the receptionist (his wife) literally started shouting at me until I left. Her behaviour was disgusting, dehumanising and unprofessional. I felt horrible anxiety going to this clinic and I was so incredibly happy when my treatment finished and when I found out other dentists can fix/improve the work this clinic did on my teeth. I do not know if other patients experienced this but I can only surmise that the receptionist is either racist against immigrants or sexist against women. I found her behaviour completely baffling and unacceptable. I would actively pay money to not go here.

Fantastic experience: Modern dentistry at it's best. Hamed has helped me to look after my teeth effectively for 20+ years. He has also resolved emergency dental work for my family when their regular dentist was available. Friendly environment too so if you've left seeing the dentist for a while would be a good one to go to.

Negative experience: Receptionist very rude first time requested for a appointment. She sounded arab kept disconnecting. Asked for Mr Hamid she would not redirect. Please stay away from this dentist service, expensive and rude!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Dr. Rafa enough especially given the current lockdown that has severely impacted dentists. Dr. Raza’s assistance, advice and time, even though the surgery was closed, in alleviating a particularly painful tooth problem and abyss went far beyond a service I could have expected. Negative experience: Firstly receptionist did not know if the work i was carried out was under warranty (was on the phone to someone else whilst trying to deal with me too) . Secondly I was promised to get a callback prior to my appointment (next day) and I didn't get a call.. I had to call myself following morning to a pleasant gentleman I'm assuming the dentist who carried out the work originally, but stated I am not covered !Even though the work had been carried out less than 12 months ago.. (composite on a front tooth) Highly disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

Negative experience: Don't bother calling to try and change appointments the receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful!

Fantastic experience: A very friendly clinic that I have attended nearly for the last decade. I have been given exceptional service to me on the tap, the staff are attentive and welcoming. My worthy commendations of endorsement to mention are 'Hamid' for his unrelentless service and commitment to the dentistry industry & his lovely wife 'Naima' including their family, that had made my stay at the clinic extra special on every visit there.
