Fantastic experience: I’ve been with this practice for years, never had a problem .Reception staff friendly and kind. Dentists always polite and do a fine job. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. They were very kind recently when I had to cancel my appointment on the day , I was awaiting an ambulance for my dementia husband, and was probably not very coherent, but the lady I spoke to was very kind and understanding. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Great service and very polite, went in to have a crown put back on, but they couldn't get it off where I superglued it on. Took out a wisdom tooth though, so very happy with their service.

Fantastic experience: I really recommend this dental practice, anytime myself or my children have had any problems the lovely reception girls have managed to fit us in on the same day or the day after. Thank you for looking after us all

Fantastic experience: Wonderful reception ladies, although I was very nervous about having a root canal the dentist Mrs Azma ( plz excuse my spelling) was wonderful and I didn’t feel a thing. Thankyou so much. I definitely recommend Hadlow dental practice.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, rude and completely unhelpful. They don’t even contact you to tell you they are about to remove you from their patient list and then refuse to see you in an emergency or add you to the list again even when your whole family is registered with them. Really not worth the bother for the terrible service you get - especially if it is an emergency!

Negative experience: Really bad dentist, had a filling Later on that night I was in emergency dentist because of the pain I was having. I also couldn't understand the dentists accent so I didn’t have a clue what she was telling me. Staff are rude. Would really not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended the practice for a new patient examination, and being a nervous patient, i was put at ease by the dentist and staff at Hadlow. I will be recommending family and friends to this practice.

Negative experience: I got an emergency appointment as I don’t live in the area. When I was finally seen 35 min after my appointment time I was confronted with a foreign female dentist who has absolutely no patient care whatsoever. She barely looked at the issue, my gum was swollen and my tooth was moving slightly. She insisted I had to get the tooth removed then telling me I had to hurry up and sign the paper as she doesn’t have enough time. She asked me to come back another time. I refused to be pushed into another apointment. I explained that this is an emergency appointment for a reason. Finally I was told I need an ex ray and my tooth removed. The dentist made no effort at all to make me feel at ease she injected me with 2 anaesthetics and immediately tried to pull my tooth out. When I tried to explain my mouth was still not numb and I can feel pain she then gave me another injection, I then asked her to wait for the anaesthetic to work. She was clearly not going to wait and started pulling my tooth out. She eventually removed my tooth the dentist didnt ask at any point if I was ok she dumped the tooth in a tray turned and walked away. At no point was I offered a root canal option or wether there was any way I could have saved my tooth. 5 days after getting my tooth removed I now have a sharp lump sticking out of my gum where the tooth was removed. I’m going to a dental hospital to get an X-ray and a second opinion what the lump could be. I have brought the removed tooth with me so I can get a second opinion if it was at all necessary to have my tooth removed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST IF YOU ARE AT ALL. NERVOUS. THIS DENTIST SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE.

Negative experience: Seriously dont go near, their admin is a nightmare. Not sure I have the time to explain fully. Through their mistake I ended up spending hours of time trying to get out of a fine from the NHS for non payment of something I had paid and intended to pay. I am still waiting for them to do what they said they would in correspondance wit the NHS or we will all go to court. They have just changed hands in ownership but still their admin seems pretty unprofessional and scarily below par for a UK dentist. Go elswhere is my advice.

Negative experience: Cancelled the appointment as I got there. Said she couldn’t get ahold of me but clearly didn’t even attempt to contact me. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: More so aimed at the reception than the dentists- Almost impossible to get through on the telephone. Appointments are cancelled without informing patients in advance. Details are not captured correctly. No responsibility is taken for errors.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentists, as a nervous patient I was so surprised how quickly my confidence grew with the support of the staff. Also as an NHS dentist they give you the option for private treatment or products which I have had for an improved aesthetic.

Negative experience: There is a reason this NHS dentist is one of the few in the land that are talking new patients! The lady i saw was very rude, and if you are a nervous patient, she will put you off for life!

Negative experience: I made an appointment with them, they wrote it down incorrectly, now they won't treat me as an NHS patient. Really, really not impressed. Also, I have never been to a dentist that recommended seeing the hygenist so often - seems to be a bit of a money making scam if you ask me, especially as they are trying their best to get rid of their NHS patients.
