Negative experience: Feel downhearted when I left no encouragement from dentist whether am doing what am supposed to be doing in relation to doing the best I can. Understanding the health of my teeth is not down to the dentist however Little empathy shown, which does in most cases along way

Fantastic experience: Good service as always. Been working with my dentist forgot her name :( her and her dental nurse are fab, have looked after me during my journey to get my new crome pallet. She listened to my concerns and now I have a new denture with no gap:). When had the first trail of them I was not happy and she agreed with the issues I had and made sure that it was fed back to lab. Even now I have new denture they have re assured me any issues can just book back in. FAB service as always and from the front team as always happy to help x I can now smile with confidence again x

Positive experience: Very good, although it is getting harder to manage the stairs. So thankfully they are going to sort it out for next time.

Fantastic experience: Saw a lovely Dentist called Jess today and her assistant. They were both amazing. I had to have a filling and Jess was so good. Really calming and explained everything to reassure me. I would highly recommend her and this practice. Everyone from the welcoming reception staff to Jess and Ricci they are all lovely.

The dental nurse and her assistant were both amazing to the point where I could have had a snooze whilst getting a filling. The whole team make something noone particular likes a pleasant experience. Fantastic experience: My dentist who I've been with for a long time has recently retired, and I wasn't comfortable with his replacement. I checked the reviews, not the dental house, and went today for an first check up with Stuart. He was very professional and I felt at ease straight away. And feel I've made a great choice for joining the dental house!!

Negative experience: Was disappointed had to pay £60 for a dental check up even though i have my own dentist elswhere and was just wanting new retainers off yourselves because i had my braces done there. Wont be coming back if my retainers break again.

Fantastic experience: I visited The Dental House, on 07/May/25, to see Fadil re aligning my teeth. Fadil gave me a thorough check over and explained the intricacies of the treatment. He then set up a referral with Manchester Orthodontics hospital. I was text the reference number and I feel that the practice itself, is immaculate and well decorated. The staff are helpful and dedicated to giving great service. I would definitely recommend the Dental House practice.

Fantastic experience: Visit to Dr. Rik today. Had my bridge reinstated. Seemed very tricky, but no issues whatsoever. Everything was well alligned and I did not require any follow up filing, fitting, etc. Casey and Rik did a sterling job in a supportive and considerate environment
