Negative experience: My husband was super dissatisfied in cleaning service. They asked if he would pay extra for extra service and he said no. Then the doctor finished cleaning in 10 minutes including entering and leaving cabinet. The teeth were not properly cleaned and that’s not normal timing for cleaning service in general. Though they offered to wait till he finishes the other client, my husband felt so disappointed and bad, he didn’t want to wait, so Dr. Hamzal Patel is highly not recommended to be visited!!! They just wanted more money and ready to do the service, feels like we paid for nothing… We have other expensive service booked in this clinic but now we have to consider to cancel it. If they can’t do cleaning properly, can they do surgery And well we definitely not booking anything else for the future as well.

I’ve had 2 dental emergencies, one being today and both times they’ve managed to book me a same day appointment. Positive experience: I've been using this dental centre for the past four years and have no complaints. The guys behind the desk are brilliant, very welcoming and caring. I am undergoing treatment from my Implant Dr. at the moment and all is good. Willing to see me for any incidents and repairs. The only thing I found odd is that I was refused financial help the reason for my Implants reason for that because I would not be able to pay, yet I have paid for my previous treatment. Make it possible.....

I am a nervous patient, but they always put me at ease. Thankyou I've been again to day, 30th May and again the staff were so friendly and kind. I saw Dr Habibe, Dr Omar, Brooke and Amira who were Excellent. There was another young lady who kindly let me in early, but unfortunately I did not catch her name who was also very good at her job. I am 69 years old and this is the best Dentist I have ever been to. I joined when they opened and even though I am nhs, they treat me well and with respect. Positive experience: I had a crown replacement with Dentist for a cracked front tooth and full clean with a hygienist. Teeth feel great but gum disease and gum recession made this pretty sensitive and hard going although had sedation which helped a lot.

Negative experience: Couple of days ago, I was at the dentist in the morning to put my fillers.The doctor which takes care of me is DR Preyesh. As always, his very polite and he has very good bedside manners which makes me very comfortable and safe. However, in that morning it was another nurse with him. I didn’t catch her name. When DR Preyesh Was asking for anything she wasn’t paying attention. This lady in that morning wasn’t 100% receptive at all .My doctor needed to repeat his self twice for her to reply once or to give whatever tool that he needed for him to take care of me. I felt very worried . On top of that after my doctor put the filler ,after everything was finished she didn’t even Pass me a glass of water for me to rinse my mouth. I stood up and luckily that I saw the glass of water which I rinse my mouth with, but while I was talking to the doctor by mistake, I just spilled a little bit of water on the chair which I stood for him to put the filler in. I felt very very very humiliated after that. I have apologise to the doctor. I’ve wiped up myself that chair and this lady didn’t even bothered to turn around .she was doing something else. She didn’t even bother to look at me. You do imagine that this is unacceptable. No nurse in the history of nurses could treat another person with this disregard not even turning her back.!!!whenever I’m going to any kind of a doctor, I want to be taken care of not only of the doctor but of the nurse also I’m not rubbish I felt humiliated she didn’t even look at me!!!!! Because I don’t know the name of the nurse, i’m telling you my appointment was on the 20th/05/2025 at 09:15. This lady needs to get her bedside manner straight if she’s not in the mood I would let the management decide. Again, I’m repeating myself. I was trying to rinse my mouth. My mouth was still numb because of The anaesthetic and I almost splashed water on the doctor from my mouth. Luckily the chair was there and I splashed the water on the chair for you to understand that I am humiliated!!!!

Positive experience: I like the fact that Omar seems to know that I'm there to keep my teeth reasonable but am not looking for film star teeth, so I go in and tell him what I want done, he is never pushy.

Fantastic experience: Had composite bonding done by Dr. Preyesh Patel to close a small gap between my front teeth and fix a chip on another tooth. He walked me through the process clearly, did the bonding seamlessly, and made sure my bite was spot on. Really appreciated how he reassured me throughout and didn’t finish until I was completely happy with the result. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr. Jai Patel enough! I recently completed Invisalign treatment with her, and the experience has been amazing. Dr. Jai is incredibly patient and always makes me feel calm and at ease during every visit. She truly provides a personal experience, always checking in on how my kids are doing and remembering the little things, like my new sudden fear of cotton balls haha (which she carefully works around). When I first came to Dr. Jai, I was so embarrassed by my smile that I would constantly cover my mouth when I laughed. Now, I can’t stop smiling! My teeth are straight, white, and absolutely perfect. I get compliments on them all the time, and it’s all thanks to Dr. Jai. Not only is she fantastic at what she does, but her team is equally wonderful. The dental nurses who work with Dr Jai are just as kind and helpful, also I must mention the hygienist and the receptionist staff who are always so friendly and accommodating too. The entire experience has been amazing, and I truly appreciate everything Dr Jai and the team have done for me. Thank you so much!

My oldest son has additional needs an she spoke to him softly an explained what she was going to do before she did it an even put his favourite game on youtube for him to watch while she did his fillings, would highly recommend

Positive experience: Lovely dental practice in Dartford.Our family has been seen here in the last five years.Very good customer service and support from admin staff, nurses and generalist dentists. A bit of miscommunication with the hygienists as they should consider that some suggestions might not work well with all the patients. Mainly if you are nervous and not liking some noisy equipment, a bit more empathy might help and not imposing some treatment options, considering it's optional.

From the friendly welcome of the Reception Team & lovely modern reception area and treatment rooms, any fears are soon forgotten. My hygenist, Oormila & her nurse, Janaki are both very caring and professional. Oormila is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and takes time to explain the results of her examination and is always happy to answer any questions. I've learnt more about the importance of gum health from Oormila than my previous dentist of 30 years! Fantastic experience: I had a emergency appointment in November. I booked with ease online . I was seen by Dr Preyesh Patel and he was excellent I was really upset im tears as was in so much pain and Dr Preyesh put me at ease and quickly made sure he gave me an injection to take the pain away. He diagnosed the problem and started treatment . I have been back twice as part of the treatment plan and Dr Preyesh is extremely thorough and put me at ease. All the staff I have met there are polite and helpful. Thank you so much this experience although painful has made me want to join this practice permanently.

Negative experience: Probably the worst ever experience visiting a dentist. I found Omar the dentist to be very rude , with absolutely no manners how to talk with a patient. Went there as a nhs patient and not private, probably the reason why that sort of behaviour.Not going to visit him for sure in future, although I did find the clinic to be nice and other staff I met to be polite and respectful.

Fantastic experience: Today I have seen a hygienist at Dartford Dental and Implant centre and would like to thank him for working hard to get my badly stained teeth clean. He worked extremely hard and still made sure I was comfortable from time to time. So, thank you so much Hamzah Patel, I'll try and work hard myself to keep them clean until we next meet!

Positive experience: Went there for my loose implant. Implant was done elsewhere. Unfortunately they haven’t got specific screw driver to tighten the implant. Very nice doctor Habib and staff.

Fantastic experience: The place is great. The doctor who looked after me, was very professional and explained me what is happening with my teeth and what is the procedures. Only they have to update their policy etc, as when you call them, there is an impression, you can go there as NHS patient. It's private clinic and they don't deal with NHS patients. This is the reason to be expensive the whole treatment (but reasonable). Overall satisfied and recommend.

Fantastic experience: Maybe not the cheapest, but certainly one of most thorough UK implant centres. On saying that I did check other Implant centre prices , and Dartford Dental were the best price ! My new implants have made so much difference to my life , wish I had done it years ago. It was virtually pain free too so no worries on that front. If your teeth are as bad as mine were , don't delay , get checked now, you'll look and feel so much better.....
