Fantastic experience: Always a good service apart from waiting times for treatment is months , I understand that most dentist are the same , but it’s not good waiting when your teeth are falling apart and results in loose your teeth which is a very large cost to replace them with implants etc

Negative experience: They re arranged my appointment which I agreed to only to be told when I arrived, it had not been added to the system and I had to wait 30 mins to be seen. I had another appointment straight afterwards. Very poor communication and organisation sadly

Negative experience: After another trip to sort same tooth after filling came out and some of the tooth came off, i phoned Thursday constantly engaged left a message final.came back Monday took till Thursday 5th to get in unless i paid £170 to get in quicker. Jane sorted again really grateful what let this down i was still charged for the consultation even though this was an ongoing issue from a botched filling.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment today with a dentist called Anna, she was excellent, she was patient with me and showed me a lot of empathy. My assessment was very thorough and Anna explained my x-rays highlighting my dental problems. This is the first time booking with BUPA dental services, all the staff were kind and helpful. Sophie the dental nurse who was working alongside Anna was kind and very helpful when escorting me through to the dental examination room. I wish to show my gratitude to all the team and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had a early appointment at 8am the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful only wait a few minutes before I was seen. My dentist was Tim north and very nice man who talked me through the procedure step by step and put me at ease. I can't fault the service provided
