It's fantastic to be treated as an individual and not just a patient, Polly has always found time to listen and help me understand what's going on when i've been in pain. Fantastic experience: My husband and myself always more than happy with treatment we receive at pontefract dental care. The staff are so friendly and polite I never feel worried about a trip to the dentist. Our dentist we see is Polly who is the loveliest girl always a smile and conversation. Fantastic experience: Popped in for a hygienist appointment and also had an appointment booked later in the month to review a potential filling, as time allowed, the filling was reviewed by the dentist and the hygienist did it all in one appointment. I am a nervy dental patient and felt very relaxed and comfortable. Fitting it all in to one appointment really helped as I struggle to fit things around work!

Fantastic experience: Saw Holly for the first time today. She was absolutely lovely, really put me at ease and explained my treatment plan in detail. Dentists are not my favourite place but will not be nervous about going back. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Went for 2 filling in my wisdom teeth. Not great with injections but this was relatively pain free. Was in the chair 45 mins and was relaxed the whole time. Very good dentist and assistant, made me feel at ease.

My teeth were also cleaned as part of the treatment which was really good and this was a comfortable experience . Fantastic experience: Brought my grandma for an emergency appointment - very quick service with the friendliest staff. They took time to ensure my 97yr old grandma felt both comfortable and understood and explained things slowly for her. She came out very happy and wanted me to pass on her thanks!

Fantastic experience: My visit today was to see the Hygienist who was very helpful friendly and whilst doing her work noticed I had got a problem with one of my wisdom teeth. She advised me to book an appointment with my dentist, which I did -and as luck would have it, i managed getting an appointment to see my dentist in the same visit with just a short wait. Overall it was a very relaxed and pleasant experience and would highly recommended

Fantastic experience: My second appointment requiring a tooth extraction. Gareth put me at ease and was careful with the local anesthetic injections. I didn't feel the needle at all. The extraction was carried out with care and minimal force. I was given comprehensive instructions on care of the cavity. Hopefully when the anaesthesia wears off it won't be too painful. Happy with the work carried out.

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience here, the receptionists are lovely and the dentists are knowledgeable and gentle! I had my root canal done today by Dr Sean and it was the most comfortable, reassuring experience that I've had with a dentist by far (his assistant was lovely and helpful too). Very pleased and looking forward to finishing my treatment!

Fantastic experience: Amazing care, making sure every step is explained properly, ensuring peace of mind. Very professional and painstaking cosmetic work, done to a very high standard. I was very worried about how I would look/feel (isn't everyone?) after the initial work but I needn't have worried. 24 hours on I'm pain-free and the temporary front tooth looks like my own! This practice was recommended to me by a friend as my current dentist had changed owners. After today I’ve no regrets changing; the staff were amazing and wished I’d changed years ago. From the lady I spoke with on reception through to the care and service I received from the dental nurse and dentist (I think his name was Sean). Just so glad I’ve found a professional practice that I trust - Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Very good practice. Can’t fault them. Always thorough in their work and on top of their game. My dentist (Gareth) is especially nice, making me feel at ease, I always had a fear of dentist, not having pleasant experience in past , but ever since I have been coming here I don’t feel as anxious anymore. I mean, sure, prices are not the cheapest but their monthly plan and regular check ups means we can stay on top of my dental health and i have never had any major issues that required spending enormous amounts of money.
