Fantastic experience: Fresh Smile has been my dentist for about 12 years. I have had excellent support with my dental problems. Ongoing support is very good and with that support I hope to have my teeth for sometime longer. Without Fresh Smile’s treatment I fear Dentures would have been my result ..Thank you.

Fantastic experience: A very professional experience. Staff are lovely and friendly. Dr Choudry explained every stage of the process and listened to my concerns. Very reassuring that I would have the smile I always wanted. Nearly at the end of my treatment, with aligners, and it really is worh sticking with the plan. It seemed a long way off when I started but time has flown by.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a dentist for a while (stupidly) for many reasons, time, cost and just in general as nobody enjoys having dental work done. I approached Smile Clinic and the experience has been fantastic, from the reception staff to the dentistry. I knew I needed a bit of work to bring my oral health in order which was another reason why I was reluctant to visit a dentist as I felt a bit embarrassed and ashamed that I’d allowed my oral health to decline so much. My dentist Dr Iftikhar Ahmad and his assistant are brilliant, I can’t praise them enough, I was made to feel completely at ease the moment I walked into the treatment room. X-rays were taken and Dr Ahmad did a full examination of all my teeth, mouth and jaw area. I was shown all the X-rays and a treatment plan was recommended, we have a chat before and after every appointment; he tells me exactly what he is planning to do and what I should expect afterwards. Negative experience: I have been using this practice for probably over 30 years. My wife and I have had great care and service. However and sorry to say there is always a however. The practice fails to deliver reminders of 6/ 12 month check ups. I have previously phoned to request a check up on numerous occasions. So no phone call for a reminder. After the last few years of having to chase them up. I have given up. I have moved practice. Shame really after 30 years. It’s always lest costly to keep existing customers than to spend marketing money to create new ones. Hey and I’ve literally spent thousands over the years. So I moved on. Oh and they offer you a free battery toothbrush if you give them a good review. Which unfortunately I did with my first review.

We were warmly welcomed and given a clear, thorough explanation of the entire process. The pricing was competitive, and I can confidently say the treatment lived up to and even exceeded our expectations. Umar and his team were outstanding throughout. They carried out the work with the highest level of professionalism and care. Every step of the way, they made sure all our questions were answered, gave us time to consider decisions, and never made us feel rushed. They truly listened to every concern we had, which made the entire experience feel personal and reassuring. I also had contouring done as part of the treatment, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. The attention to detail and overall service has been outstanding. Negative experience: Very disappointed after being a client here for many years and spending thousands. Totally unprofessional, customer care is zero, my complaint was handled so poorly, no accountability or acknowledgement with the practice manager Demi asking “what do you want me to do” -I’m actually quite disgusted and will never be coming back here again and would not recommend to anyone. All they want is your money.

Fantastic experience: The Fresh Smile Clinic has more than met my expectations. The quality of care was excellent and each step was clearly explained. The Invisalign was much more straight forward than I expected and the use of technology meant that I didn’t have to have weekly visits that would have been very time consuming in my busy life. Dr Choudhury, my practitioner, was professional and clearly highly trained and experienced. His assistant was pleasant, patient and approachable. I am very pleased at the result of my treatment and, throughout, I have felt supported and listened to - all my questions have been answered. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Choudhury and the Invisalign treatment at this practice.

Fantastic experience: Lyndsey was very persoable and booked je in really quickly. The dentist explained options clearly and the hygienist was accommodating and thorough. All in all a good experience.

Negative experience: I've been a patient at this practice for over 25 years and have always been happy with the care I received. However, I recently had to cancel my dental plan due to significant price increases. Over the past two years, the cost has risen by nearly 60% (a 35% increase in 2023/24 and a further 16.67% increase for 2024/25). It's very disappointing to leave after so long, but these price hikes have made it necessary. It seems the recent change in ownership has unfortunately impacted affordability.

Fantastic experience: This place is fantastic if you are nervous. They really understand my anxiety. They take time to explain my treatment before and during treatment. They notice immediately if I am in distress and stop. Then we work out how to continue. I feel fully in control. They do not need to sedate me they work with me around my fears. The only drawback is no NHS you pay for what you get. But so well worth the cost if you are anxious.

Fantastic experience: After an accident a couple of years ago, I lost all confidence when it came to my teeth. I have always been a nervous patient, Fresh Smile clinic made me feel extremely comfortable, from the lady on reception right to the nurses and the dentist I saw. The clinic was really nice and with comfortable atmosphere inside. The dentist who assisted us was super friendly and answered all our questions without hesitation. I feel relaxed when there. I am happy with the treatment I receive at every visit. Today I had a very thorough check up with Kate who took the time to make sure I was in a comfortable position in the adjustable chair. I appreciated the advice she gave me with a problem tooth. Fantastic experience: I required a new dental bridge, this was to be a replacement for the one I had broken. I had never used the clinic before but after reading the reviews I thought I would give it a try. The work I required would be substantial as I had broken a tooth the bridge relied on! I received a review of all the work required which included, root canal treatment and also a rebuild of the broken tooth. Throughout my dental work they were complete professionals, kept me informed of how the procedure was going and once complete I had a follow up consultation which included how to maintain the bridge and keep a healthy mouth and gums. First class service from start to finish, from the reception team through to each individual dentist who took care of me (root canal treatment by another dentist within the practice)Thank you so much, I can smile again. Negative experience: Doesn’t reply to emails despite sending a reminder. Spent over 3k here getting Invisalign. Wanted more whitening, asked them how to order, got ignored. Sent another email asking for a reply, no response.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant place! Have signed up for the monthly subscription already as I know I’ll be using FreshSmile from now on! Made me feel very relaxed, despite my nerves!

Negative experience: Two implants placed in July. One immediately had an infection. Initial antibiotics did not remove all the infection. Three months later, after repeatedly telling the dentist that something was wrong, (but being assured it was 'clinically sound') the implant had to be removed. Felt I was being bulldozed into completing the treatment and the infection was only recognised when I refused to continue treatment until the underlying problem was addressed. Dentist had very limited interpersonal skills, but dental nurses and reception staff were lovely. Appreciate that implants can fail, but failing to recognise an infection for three months is worrying. Discontinued treatment as I've lost all confidence in them.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed an extensive amount of treatment with Dr Kirrin Punia which included four implants and several veneers, the work has taken several months to complete. I am extremely pleased with the results. Right from the start I have felt in very safe in her hands, she has been realistic about what was achievable and throughout the treatment has gone over and above to produce the absolute best results for me that were possible. I have no reservations in recommending her to family and friends, in fact I have already done so.

Fantastic experience: Having being informed that my faulty, infected crown needed attention/removal. Following a recommendation, I contacted Fresh Smile Clinic. What a good decision that was. Having initially attended for a consultation, I was impressed with the advice and clarity of my options. Since then, I have had an extraction, an implant procedure and also Zoom teeth whitening. Throughout this treatment, especially in these trying Covid-19 time’s, I have been highly satisfied with the additional safety measures in place. Fantastic experience: Sarah Steele is caring dentist who does everything to put you at your ease and make sure she does not hurt you. She is an expert dentist doing root canal therapy and implants. She also does acupuncture if you want which helps nervous patients.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever attended. I did attend a while back in 2019 and received a very good service then, but on 03/07/24 I returned after a terrible night of pain, I rang and made an appointment on the same day. I paid £49 for this via the phone and with a lovely lady called Lynsey who was very helpful, kind & understanding. I’m a very nervous dental patient due to previous bad experiences at an old dentist in which made me fearful of all dentists. Some don’t have compassion but here at fresh smile, the team they have - you can tell they’re amazing! I had an appointment with Dr Iftikhar Ahmad and dental nurse Chloe. From the second I walked through the door the dentist knew I was anxious, emotional, he instantly put me at ease and spoke me through the whole process step by step ensuring breaks, he confirmed so many things I’ve been noticing myself and spoke me through my examination in great deal making sure I was aware of everything. Dr Iftikhar Ahmad And Chloe was amazing! As we’re my last dentist I met here! So I know they have an amazing team. I go away this Friday but as soon as I arrive back, my treatment with fresh smile will be starting and I will not go else where other than fresh smile clinic. My review is lengthy I really hope this helps another patient who is nervous of the dentist and gives you confidence to book with this amazing practice. I’ve never been so ready to start dental treatment and this is all thanks to you guys! You restore more than smiles!

Fantastic experience: From my initial consultation every step of my treatment has been handled with expertise, professionalism and care. All the staff are kind and considerate and make you feel at ease. It’s reassuring to know that they always follow through with what they promise and the aftercare is excellent. It’s complex dental surgery done with attention to detail and everything is explained to you clearly at every step, I always felt that I was in safe and caring hands. My treatment isn’t finished yet but based on the work undertaken so far I cannot recommend Dr Punia and her staff highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Hi my name is Lianne Cowlam I visited the fresh smile clinic twice this week due to been in pain with one of my teeth, the dentist I saw, dr Iftikhar Ahmad was absolutely fantastic with me I was in a great deal of pain he made me feel so calm and relaxed and talked me through everything step by step what he going to do to help me. Fantastic experience: Over the years I’ve had multiple dentists and really struggled with anxiety from past experiences, which resulted in missed appointments. When I found the fresh smile clinic I was a little hesitant and worried as I was with my previous dentists. However the impeccable service they offer goes above and beyond with great explanation and a caring approach. I have used Iftikhar and Adam who are exceptional dentists and I can’t thank them enough for restoring my trust in a dentist. Fantastic experience: Being a nervous patient, I was always very apprehensive at the thought of dental visits, however I wanted a bit of cosmetic work to give me a symmetrical smile and found Fresh Smile Clinic via an online search. Fantastic experience: As an Invisalign patient I couldn’t rate it anything less than 5 stars. It was competitively priced, the staff made the process incredibly easy & straightforward - no time wasting. My treatment was ~10 months plus 6 months of full-time retainer wear, when was previously quoted 24 months by a different provider. The clinic is beautiful & impeccably clean. Thanks to Fresh Smile Clinic I can now confidently smile in the photos :)

Ever since signing up I've had nothing but the best service and friendliest faces, and I'd like to especially thank both Gabbi and Dr Ifti for always providing a welcoming and calming atmosphere, which has certainly helped to quell any fears I previously had!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this clinic. I had my Invisalign here a couple of year ago and stayed to have my regular dental treatment. Everyone is so friendly and the clinic is lovely. They always go above and beyond and it’s really refreshing! I have now started a membership scheme with them which makes it really affordable for such a great clinic.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant. I'm over the moon with my new smile. I had composite bonding on my top and bottom teeth. I had a tooth knocked out when I was young so it was quite a complicated procedure. The results were excellent and Adam was amazing. I felt that he really took his time and cared how my teeth looked after. He explained the process throughout and answered all questions in detail. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpfully. The place as a whole was very clean and tidy. Highly recommend*****

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service from fresh smile clinic, I started Invisalign treatment Oct 22 the whole process took less than 12 months, painless and the aligners were virtually invisible. Great dentist (dr choudrey) and great reception/admin team. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first appointment at Fresh Smile Clinic Brighouse and I'm amazed the dental work I had done rebuilding and filling my tooth was brilliant, from the injection to numb my gum (that I never even felt) to the drilling and filling was all done with precision and care. Fantastic experience: My Fab experience at Fresh Smile Clinic. My dental problem: I damaged a front tooth many years ago which was since becoming v discoloured (especially in photos) and the nerve inside has been dying (delayed cold pain test and X-ray) risking secondary infection. Solutions: - treatment plan led by Dr Iftikhar Ahmad - oral hygienist appointment with Sara - root canal surgery of front tooth with Dr Mike Clark - internal tooth whitening home kit to administer inside tooth cavity (thanks Ifti) - external whitening (same kit as external whitening) Leading my care The dentist who led my care was Dr Iftikhar Ahmad. I would describe Ifti as approachable, kind, articulate, professional and thoughtful. I like the way he individualises care plans whilst taking into consideration my concerns and preferences. As you can see- my treatment plan was not a light undertaking - in fact it appeared quite daunting to start with, but as he promised, Ifti kept me under close review and had a number of appointment availabilities to fit in with my own tight work schedule. The think I liked the most about Ifti is his clarity, willingness to repeat himself when I didn’t quite take it all in, and his willingness to offer time for me to ask any questions I wanted. Sara Dental Hygienist He referred me to Sara where I completed an oral hygiene appointment. This is like routine dentist clean but much much much more thorough. I was nervous at first- about the pain it might cause me (drills and all to get any tartar or stains off) - but in the end it genuinely did not hurt, and I felt it really made a difference. Sara was attentive, persistent, thorough, and caring, really making it my mission to clean my teeth well, and she also gave me some helpful advice afterwards. Root canal Mike was a hero. I think we had a few things in common which sparked some initial conversation, and once pleasantries were over I discovered he was an immensely professional and capable clinician indeed. He made his own pre-procedure checks to confirm readiness and proceeded with care and precision. To be able to perform invasive root canal surgery on a front tooth, with such care, skill and expertise, is something I have to take my hat off to. He took X-rays through the procedure to monitor progress and even showed me them at the end. He left the top half of the cavity open to allow internal whitening afterwards- again a highly technical and delicate procedure that he carried out expertly. I know this was carried out expertly due to the effectiveness of internal tooth whitening afterwards. I have a feeling that root canal surgery is not an easy feet- and Mike was definitely, without a doubt, the right man for the job. And what’s more- you won’t believe this- but it was not painful during the procedure, and not painful after the procedure. I honestly mean this. I took a couple of paracetamol and an ibuprofen afterwards just incase- but then just stopped after a couple of doses. No joke. Kayleigh the nurse assisted during your root canal treatment and was an immensely caring lady and helpful second hand. The surgery would not have been as smooth without her there offering her assistance and expertise too. Thank you Throughout my experience there (which is still ongoing) receptionists Dan, Lynsey and Gabbi have helped me feel at home and been through my journey with me. At one point they helpfully arranged an alternative appointment in order that I still had continuity of care when someone was away. In summary - Ifti you are amazing leading all this for me. I really appreciate your thoroughness, clarity and kind manner. - Sara your hygienist service was fabulous, caring and meticulous. - Mike - bravo+. Your kindness and technical ability as a root canal surgeon coupled with your kind and professional manner is absolutely first class. Fantastic experience: I have now reached the end of my Invisalign journey at Fresh Smile Clinic. I’m so happy with my result so far. My first step into the practice was greeted so warmly. The Clinic is very clean and smells lovely. The reception staff have been so friendly and informative throughout my experience. My Invisalign doctor Dr Choudhry is very professional and personable. Dr Choudhry was very informative, he gave me some options of what could be achieved depending what I wanted as result. He gave me options that I didn’t even know were achievable so I am so happy. I have not completed my whole journey yet but I am excited for the end result. I feel my journey so far has been so easy. Everyone who I have had the pleasure to interact with have been so nice. The interaction between the staff is really nice to see. A great working environment which makes your journey a nice one. I completely made the best choice travelling from the midlands.

Any concerns with my teeth's tracking progress were notified immediately, and any further adjustments upon the original finalization stage were corrected to my standards. I am now satisfied with my teeth, and it's all thanks to Fresh Smiles Clinic for their hard work and perserverence. The staff are all accommodating, polite, and concise with your chosen Invisalign plan, and they are more than happy to prolong your journey with refinement trays until you are happy with your new set of teeth. Fantastic experience: Amazing & friendly staff! I have just returned home from my appoint at Fresh Smile Clinic. When arriving I was greeted by lovely Gabbi and Lindsey they checked me in and provided me with a warm drink as I was a bit early for my appointment.
