Fantastic experience: I recently had my hygiene appointment at Arndale Dental with Ahmed, and I wanted to share my positive experience. He was extremely thorough, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. The cleaning was meticulous, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, offering helpful advice on improving my oral hygiene routine. Fantastic experience: Such a great visit to Arndale Dental today. Firstly Annette, the receptionist, was so warm and welcoming - and was especially good with my four year old daughter. Then Dr Heba and her assistant Maisie were so lovely. Dr Heba explained various things to me, including about my daughter’s dental injury which she’s had for three years, which no one had explained before. She was so playful with my daughter that it made the whole experience - including fixing her broken tooth - a breeze. My daughter even enjoyed the experience. I’d definitely recommend her - especially with little ones!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Manchester Arndale Dental & Implant Clinic on 10th July 2025 From start to finish, my appointment was smooth, efficient, and completely professional. Dr. Zayed Al-Zubaidi and his assistant were amazing so gentle thorough, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The hygienist, Dr. Jay Ferns, along with his assistant Maisie, was equally wonderful. They listened carefully to my concerns and provided excellent care, leaving my teeth feeling fantastic! A special shout-out to Annette at reception, who was so helpful and welcoming. The whole team is kind, professional, and truly cares about their patients. I absolutely love this dental office. Everyone is kind, professional, and truly cares about their patients. 10/10 recommend, this is the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

Negative experience: Where do I start?... Terrible service from start to now. After paying £2.5k for composite bonding in NOV, I've been back and forth 3 times with issues after chipping occurred after only weeks. Now the bonding is peeling! Waiting to hear if this is a dentist issue or a practice issue which could take 3 weeks. Not fair at all..... please see video of bonding where you can see a cm of tooth after less than 2 months!

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth on Easter Sunday. I was able to get an appointment on Wednesday where it was fixed in lesscthan 20 minutes and only cost me £27.40… result!

Fantastic experience: Everybody hates visits to the dentist, let’s be real! But my cleaning with Ahmed was fabulous, he’s super gentle, very knowledgeable ((I mean, did you know that you floss then use mouthwash if you want and then the final step is brushing? I sure didn’t! Receptionists were also super friendly! A1 service all around !

Negative experience: I have no problem with the actual dentistry I have received over many years but I am totally fed up with the number of times that they have cancelled my appointment despite it being made 6 months before. No reason is ever given other than it being due to unforeseen circumstances. I will now go elsewhere and pay extra.
I am sorry to hear of your experience Paul but I am sure you can understand we can not divulge why clinicians are not in practice sometimes. I have been in the process of recruiting two new NHS dentists who start next month to increase availability and cover if anyone is off for unforeseen circumstances.

Fantastic experience: I've had nothing but good experiences here, especially after having had bad experiences previously at other dentists. After they fixed all the bad work a previous dentist did, I now have regular checkups and I'm always well looked after. The staff are always friendly, and the work they have done has been excellent. I'm sure I'll continue to be a patient here for a while.

Negative experience: I have had several hygiene appointments with Jay, who has always been incredibly courteous, friendly, and made me feel at ease. As I had already been to the clinic several times for hygiene appointment, when I booked online for a dentist appointment I booked as a returning patient - given that I was returning to the clinic. For some reason, in the weeks between me booking the appointment and the day of the appointment itself, nobody thought to tell me that I had booked incorrectly and therefore paid a lower amount than I should have done. Nor did they think to tell me this at reception when I arrived for my appointment. It wasn’t until I was in the appointment that I was informed that I had booked incorrectly and therefore owed more money. This made me extremely uncomfortable and by this point I felt I had no choice but to go ahead with the appointment that I was already in. The dentist then prioritised attempting to sell me a £400 course of teeth whitening over telling me about the dental work I actually needed, a filling. I paid the extra amount for the appointment, not feeling as though I had any choice and paid a £120 deposit for my filling. After giving it more thought, I decided I wasn’t comfortable with the service I had received and would therefore find another dentist. I requested my deposit back and was told on 22 February it would be processed. Nearly a month later, I am yet to receive my refund, or a response to my email querying it. Made the right decision in finding another dentist.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for Jay the hygienist. I have very sensitive teeth and a fear of any dentist. Jay always checks in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I am comfortable. The price has steadily risen over the last couple of years, unfortunately it’s getting too high for a simple clean.

Fantastic experience: Had yet another wonderful visit at Arndale Dental clinic (formerly Ocean Dental). I am always apprehensive as I have TMJD and partial trismus. I saw Dr Nidda Manhaz and she listened to me so attentively. Reassured me and checked on me throughout to ensure I was comfortable and not in pain . I then asked about some concerns I had re my gums, she gave me wonderful advice on the fact I was Overbrushing (something I didn't know about) and how to stop this. Such a kind Dr and due to finish for Maternity leave, I hope she has a wonderful experience with her new baby to be, and hope to see her in the future for a y further Dentist appointments as she really is my favourite!

He was very professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Fantastic experience: The receptionist was very friendly on my initial introduction and waiting and was very helpful with questions I had regarding to after appointment requirements I am in need. Also the dentist himself was professional efficient, it was a quick appointment with little time to wait, they also took their time to explain what would be required for my teeth. Overall experience good, best I had compared to others from home.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is based on the 2nd floor in side boots. A friendly welcome by the receptionist. Dental service very professional. The place is clean and bright. Chairs in waiting area need a good clean or better still replacing. Also if you miss appointment will cost you 30 pounds that they take out of your bank when you make the appointment . So if you don't turn up they have 30 pounds of your money. Just an Hygiene clean will set you back 80 pounds . Bit pricey but then what price do you put on your dental health. Your never see a poor dentist only a rich one ( Smile )
Thank you for your 5 star review of Arndale Dental. Unfortunately we have to take deposits but if someone has a genuine reason for cancelling we wouldn't keep the deposit. We aim to be competitive and keep our hygiene charges as low as possible, many offer only 20 minute appointments so are cheaper for this reason. I review prices locally regularly and the main three I recently reviewed were charging £75, £84 and £89. One way of spreading the cost is our monthly plan which does offer a saving, call our team if you would like further details 0161 660 220. Fantastic experience: I want to say a massive thank you to the team at Arndale Dental. I experience extreme anxiety when I visit the dentist, so having a filling was incredibly nerve wracking for me. The reception team were so understanding of my anxious state and were incredibly supportive. I want to pass on my deepest thanks to Dr. Zeyad who was absolutely fantastic. He was really patient and ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. Negative experience: I had a filling exchange at my lower 7 so after filling the number 7 was in touch with upper teeth more than other teeth . However I was only in pain for an unlevel filling for a month , she didn't even notice this second time when i was extremely in pain . Advise antibiotics, guessed internal fracture and in case antibiotics not working I had to extract my tooth , simple as that. So I could lose my tooth , my money and my time over a dentist who didn't even test a filling right after the jobs done. At first step i said it was too high however she was believing that it was fine !!! 3rd time when i got back to lower the filling she looked in my eyes sayin that it happens...!!! ? She wasn't even sorry for her mistake and causing me inconvenience for a month. Never come back again.

Fantastic experience: A First class service . From the moment you check in- to the moment you leave it will be a very pleasant experience . Each time I attended I could guarantee that I am visiting a very clean and calm environment. The Reception staff are very pleasant and helpful especially Adam and Annette. Toilet facilities-pristine. Negative experience: Paid them over two grand for fillings on two separate occasions. The first time was okay, the second time I was given a different dentist and he didn’t even X-ray my mouth properly, only on one side. Not long after I started feeling as if I need a filling again but on a different tooth this time I thought I’ll go to another dentist as I had only last been 2 months ago - low and behold she needs another three fillings. They were so deep also near the root which would mean that they have been there for quite some time. Do your job properly if you’re going to charge premium prices. Don’t waste your money, I’m sure they write notes about your sessions so that they remember what you last discussed so the next time you come in they can mention it and it seems as if they have great customer service and that they care about you. I go Stretford now, same price but a dentist who *actually* cares.

Fantastic experience: Superb treatment from James Travis this morning. I’m not sure if he did the extraction with forceps or a magic wand, but he painlessly removed a tooth that was already more fractured than UK politics. He miraculously removed it in one piece too, but I don’t really believe in luck or miracles so I attribute it to his skilled hands. With some dentists, I know, I’d have ended up with two broken fragments stuck in there and it could have looked like a horror film to get them out. I was fully warned about the possibility of course. Supremely organised dental nurse and friendly receptionists too, as always.

Negative experience: I have done whitening recently and the end of teeth close to gum are still yellow. I am veryungappy with their service. I complained and I was told it is normal. But before doing they did not tell me at all. I paid 700 pound for ugly result.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been an NHS patient of Ocean Dental in Market Street for over 10-years and have also had some private treatment carried out there too. I’ve had some excellent dentistry by some very competent young dentists, whose approach to dentistry is totally refreshing. They have each been happy to provide treatment options based upon budget and advising on some of the limitations of NHS versus private treatment. It’s a great shame that some have moved on to other practices but I would highly recommend Mahesh, who is yet another talented and patient dentist with a really nice manner about him. In an earlier review I commented upon the Ocean Dental hard up-selling of private services but more recently this seems far more subtle. If you’re a NHS patient, it’s worth knowing what is and is not included in each of the 3 NHS Charge_Bands to better understand and help make well-informed choices. It’s important to recognise that certain treatments and materials are only available privately. I had two large white composite molar repairs carried out by an excellent dentist, these were both totally pain-free, aesthetically pleasing and have and still are standing the test of time and at reasonable cost. It seems sensible to cherry-pick using a mix of NHS and private treatment to balance budget and wider available options. The practice is very modern with fantastic facilities that inspires confidence. Reception is professional and well-organised and they always try to accommodate patient preferences, I’ve found Adam to be particularly friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ocean Dental to others. I have appended this review from June 2024 to the one that I left 6-years ago, where I reviewed Ocean Dental as being 2*; this illustrates that things have greatly improved. ==================================================== 2* REVIEW FROM 2018 A smart looking NHS/private dental surgery and waiting room with plenty of modern facilities but, in my opinion it’s spoilt by the relentless hard selling of their private services. Both my fiancée and I found this same tactic used by several of the dentists working there; I don’t know whether they’re on commission or not but it certainly feels awkward when they’re browbeating you and upselling! Neither of us have had any serious dentistry carried out there, only check-ups and the odd filling so can’t really comment on the competence of their complex dentistry. Good location and smart facilities but hold on to your wallet and don’t be afraid to stick with the NHS choices that they offer.
Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this dental office! My hygienist, Jay, is consistently brilliant—professional, reassuring, and incredibly patient. His assistant, Caron, is equally impressive with her kindness, attentiveness, and friendly professionalism. Annette at the reception is always wonderful and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
Negative experience: Left my partner with a severe tooth infection that led to loss of bone in jaw and major surgery. When we tried to ask this practice to help or provide treatment when the infection was progressing they refused to even prescribe antibiotics. My partner ended up needing major surgery to fix the problems that Ocean Dental caused. That after performing procedures without gaining consent from her. They basically did what they wanted, charged what they wanted and ignore the fact it was a person's mouth they were dealing with.
Negative experience: I phoned on a Monday morning to cancel my hygienist appointment on the following day as I had developed a bad cough/cold over the weekend. I was told in no uncertain terms that I would forfeit my deposit as there is a 48 hr cancellation policy. As a regular NHS customer and having paid privately for a dental implant last year, I thought this strict adherence to the policy was unnecessary. As I was not prepared to lose my deposit, I honoured the appt. This meant of course spreading my germs in the reception area and with staff and the hygienist which I would normally not wish to do. It also meant that it was uncomfortable having 30mins of treatment in the chair. Although the hygienist provided an excellent service.
Fantastic experience: Mahesh is an absolutely incredible dentist. He is patient, caring and has taken his time to make sure my treatment was the best it could be. Adam and Annette are always very helpful and the dental nurse Sophia is the loveliest person and has taken great care of me.
Fantastic experience: I have been with Ocean Dental for a few years. The staff are all lovely and have the perfect touch for nervous patients. They are very professional, everywhere is spotlessly clean and bright and they work with you to get the best appointments and treatment. Olivia is my dentist now and she is wonderful. Fantastic experience: Such a refreshing and positive experience to be treated so well at a dental practice. Everyone I have met so far from booking appointments and having a consultation has been considerate, kind and genuine. Today I was treated to the gentlest hygiene treatment I have ever experienced in my life. I'm 60 with complex dental issues and have developed anxiety around dental care. I've a feeling I've found the best level of dental care in Manchester. Many thanks to Annette, Adam, Dr Bhatt, Ahmed and Kica and the team at Ocean Dental.
Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience here, getting a routine checkup and cleaning. The dentist Ahmed Elqassas is very professional efficient and gentle. I usually dread going to the dentist for clean up because of horrible past experiences but honestly dentist Ahmed today changed my mind I'm really pleased and would highly recommend him to everyone.
Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful appointment with the hygienist on Friday last. I am usually so scared, that they cannot complete the procedure. However, I was so at ease and persevered to the end of the procedure. The kindness and professionalism of both the hygienist and the assistant are very much to be commended. Thank you for your kindness to me over many years now.
Fantastic experience: Frequent customer. Most recently had a wisdom tooth taken out which I was very terrified about. The dentist and nurse answered all my questions and helped me calm down during the process. Would highly recommend!

Jay provided me with valuable advice and went above and beyond to ensure that my teeth were impeccably clean. His professionalism and helpfulness were truly commendable. Negative experience: They are very quick to take a full deposit for a booking, amounting to £70 for a basic consultation, but not so quick on refunding the deposit back. It took them 5 months to refund me so be aware of this aspect when making a booking @ocean dental.
Negative experience: I made an appointment for toothache. The first consultation was with a regular dentist who didn’t do anything other than tell me to floss and get dental hygiene which I did, and advised to book with the Endodontist. I booked this, it was expensive and the endodontist didn’t even take the xray as the machine didn’t work, asking me to rebook an appointment, which is very inconvenient. I was overall disappointed with the appointment, such a waste of time and money. Please check that all your equipment actually works before taking on clients. I don’t think I will rebook as I was not satisfied with my appointment and being told to rebook for just an xray and then paying all over again at the fault of the clinics broken equipment.
Fantastic experience: Dr Nilesh Bhatt is the most awesome dentist I've ever met. Extremely professional and dedicated to his job, with the ability to put patients at ease with his friendly disposition and calm demeanour. He always takes the time to welcome you, go through each procedure in details and to address any questions/concerns. He, together with the entire team at Ocean Dental, always delivers an impeccable level of care and makes me smile whenever I visit.
Fantastic experience: Great dentist. I signed up privately a few months ago, their costs are very reasonable and the dentist I see is great at what he does, very patient. I've had 2 fillings so far, during the procedure they placed a protector in my mouth to stop the water going down whilst cleaning. This made it an extremely pleasant experience. I had a few adjustments needed with my fillings which they were very attentive on fixing. The first one required filing it down a few times to get it comfortably sat in my mouth (they saw me twice for this on short notice). Another time, I accidentally broke off a bit of filling overhang (my fault from picking it) and they saw me the same day! Given how busy they are you won't get much places that provide that kind of service in the heart of the centre. I've already signed up for teeth whitening and will be looking into teeth straightening at some stage. The reception staff have always been super nice/attentive, and I was thoroughly impressed one time when I accidentally submit the form on their website without finishing it, and they called back immediately! I hope more people are understanding/kinder to the staff as they are always keen to help despite being clearly very busy.
Negative experience: Feb dentist but the reception staff need to treat patients with respect rather than playing law and order when you can’t make appointments due to health reasons. I find they are just trying to cut the number of NHS patients as they state you will loose the NHS registration most likely to make you go private with them! How can you tell them you are available and in three months time when things in life happen and you may need to change dates but yet you are threatened to be removed from the practice if you do so. Shocking attitude and ludicrous waiting times, if you can have an appointment within a month it’s easier to make plans to attend if specific appointments do not crop up. For example I had cancer and missed an appointment as obviously I had bigger things on over a dentist check up but yet I am constantly reminded and threatened to have my registration removed as I have had to change an appointment also for having a check ups which I can not get around which they know but I am now reminded if I change one more appointment they will refuse to see me. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! I can not say the time I have ever been and been seen within a reasonable time however if someone was late they will give you a warning.
Fantastic experience: My last visit at Ocean Dental in Boots Manchester was on Sat 17/09/22 with Jay Ferns, the Dental Hygienist. As always the dental practice staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Jay did a wonderful job of making my stained teeth look amazing with the cleaning equipment he used. Thank you to both the Receptionist on duty, Annette and Jay.
Negative experience: On my very first appointment at the branch in the city centre, I was late for my appointment due to being stuck on a tram but the receptionist exaggerated my lateness to 15 minutes and rudely told me to sit down while she speaks to the dentist. I felt like a little boy who was late for school the way she spoke to me and the face she pulled. She then returned 5 minutes later to inform me that the dentist will not be seeing me and that I have the option to reschedule at a cost. Granted I was late but honestly as a new customer they didn’t show me any flexibility or customer service. The thought of dealing with the receptionist again put me off so much that I was no longer interested in rescheduling and accepted losing £59.
Fantastic experience: Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a dentist. Online booking so you don’t have to call and wait on hold for ages. Such friendly staff and the dentist was really cheerful and fully explained everything which actually made it interesting for me. The appointment was pretty much on time whereas every other dentist I’ve been to is running at least 20 minutes late by midday! Would really recommend.
Fantastic experience: Impressed with Ocean dental, both the dentist Lucy and hygienist Jay spoke to me like a valued patient and customer, lots of great advice and guidance. Very convenient location in Manchester City centre and better than most other private / NHS clinics in getting a first appointment, timescale wise.
Fantastic experience: Ocean Dental is about an hour from me but I still make the effort to go to them. The receptionists are always very welcoming, all of the hygienists are friendly and thorough. I will continue to make the trek to city centre despite there being a dentist at the end of my road now. Cannot recommend enough. Great practice.
Fantastic experience: By far the best dentist I have been to ! From the minute you enter you are greeted with a lovely warm welcome.before going to ocean dental I used a NHS dentist and would never go back again they all are the best down to earth staff and dentist who take a interest in how you are aswell as your teeth ! I used to be scared of the dentist and now I look forward to going.Its class A service from start yo finish.
Negative experience: I have been a patient for a good couple of years and every appointment I had was really positive experience (apart from the reception staff constantly gossiping so you just can’t help but overhear all the drama they went through last weekend). My tooth cracked so was painful to chew and I rang OD trying to get an emergency appointment I was told there was one available in an hour. I live an hour away and had to arrange childcare promptly, get the train ticket and run to the train station to make it on time. Sadly, my train was 6 minutes delayed which made me 4 minutes late to my 10 minute appointment. When I tried to book in for a normal check up (as I thought 10 minutes might nit be enough) I was told it is impossible and I need to have an emergency appointment first, however in the end was told to book check up anyway?? When I arrived to reception I was told I am too late (although I was made to wait 10-15 mins when I had my previous appointments). This made me extremely upset as the stress I went through that morning to get to Manchester was not worth someone saying I can’t be looked at being 4 minutes late. More than that, I was told they don’t really do 10 mins appointments anymore and the lady on reception was not sure why it was booked. After going through total meltdown and speaking to the manager I was seen by the dentist who put the temporary feeling on. It was so temporary it fell out completely by the time i reached home so I had to come back again two days later. Now I am sat at the reception and my appointment is late again, although it is ok to be late for them. I am not sure anyone cares about the feedback on here as I have not seen any responses on negative feedback, but I feel it is worth posting here.
Fantastic experience: I had a clean and polish today with Emma and she was brilliant! It was one of the most pleasant dental experiences I have ever had, not to mention the receptionists were friendly as well! I am still amazed at how good Emma was with me and how comfortable she made feel.
Negative experience: You have to pay 50% of your treatment to get your first treatment appointment after check up a new Procedures never heard anything like it in my life I'm 39. An the dentist tells me I need 2 appointments but then 3 does he even know what he's saying and I had to tell him about a tooth that was something wrong because he didn't see it so what was I actually paying for ?? I feel like I got robbed for £25 I will never go back . about £500 just for first appointment get so an the girl behind the desk didn’t even look at me until I had a problem with new procedures and talked down to me like a child that's when I started to get mad absolute joker's

Fantastic experience: I went to this practice and the reception was very friendly. The dentist (Dr Nilesh Bhatt) was very professional and made a thorough examination including an x-ray of my teeth. The assessment took about half an hour and he gave me an in depth explanation of what was causing pain in my tooth. I am coming back for further treatment, but I am very satisfied with the quality of service.
Positive experience: Super friendly and welcoming staff. Nonetheless, very high turnover which impacts the quality of service. I was even asked to book another dentist consultation because the previous dentist I was seeing left the practice. I was told to be contacted for a follow-up meeting but this has not yet happened.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding reception service and amazing dentist! I went there on 3rd of June and I explained to the gentleman in reception Adam I think is his name that I called the reception 2 months ago to get an appointment as I had broken front tooth and I been told that they have removed me from the list and I had to wait till June to get registered again. Adam then not only registered me again but also arranged for me an appointment an hour later!! This amazed me and I told him that you have made my day! I went back an hour later to my appointment with Dr Michael and he was very gentle. Dr Michael explained to me that he is going to do a temporary filling for now and also explained to me every step of the treatment making me feel very comfortable. After Adam continued his outstanding service! He managed to arrange another appointment for me in 5 days. Thank you very much for this amazing experience!

Fantastic experience: All the team are lovely. I'm always greeted by 'Hi Pauline how are you.' The clinical expertise is the best I've ever had. I have paid for two sets of false dentures from other dentists. I kept taking them back because they didn't fit. I gave up in the end. Now I have a perfect pair of dentures that fit. Nilesh Bhatt is brilliant . He spent so much time making them perfect for me. I cannot thank him enough. Thank you all again
Fantastic experience: I always receive a fabulous service from everyone at Ocean in Boots, Market Street. I am an NHS patient and feel the care and service I receive is simply the best. I highly recommend this practise and if you are able to register count yourself as very lucky!
Negative experience: Overall I was very happy with the treatments received over several years of being a patient, however I have now been struck off the list for reasons unknown to myself and have been left struggling to find another dentist. I received a letter from them I think around last September asking me to make an appointment as I was overdue a check up. I had delayed going as I was nervous to go during the pandemic however I eventually called to make an appointment around November to be told I was no longer a patient as I had missed 2 appointments. I think maybe once I was late turning up by about 10-15 minutes as my bus was delayed but that was a couple of years ago. I've never missed any other appointments and if that was the case why was I sent the letter? I believe the real reason I was taken off the patient list was because I hadn't been for a while and I would rather have been told that if that was the case than a lie. I have also experienced the thing that someone else here has mentioned regarding hygienist appointments and felt pushed towards £50 each private treatments rather than being offered a scale and polish as provided under their contract with the NHS. It feels like there's more focus on private treatments as they can make more money from these and they really don't want to deal with NHS treatments if they can help it.
Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff. Enjoyed my experience. Would recommend Ocean Dental. Went in for a full check up and had a scale and polish. The check up was well explained that I understood what needed to be done next with the orthodontist. Was pleased with the scale and polish too. Made me look forward to my next appointment.
Fantastic experience: Thank you to the dentist Michael and staff for making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the whole process. My first visit because of toothache. The treatment was second to none. Would highly recommend this practice.
Fantastic experience: My overall experience with the dental clinic is excellent. The staff there are friendly and helpful with any questions I ask. Asked about being NHS patients, but apparently waiting time for NHS patients are 8 weeks and therefore the clinic is no longer taking an NHS patients. Went as a private patient but it’s a little pricey for a student. But 100% worth every penny. My first initial consultation was booked immediately for next day. Dr Michael was patient and explained everything clearly. He didn’t rush and was really nice person to talk to. My bleeding gum issues resolved within two dental treatments. Feel so relieved that my mouth feels healthy again. Total spent so far £510 which includes initial consultation, X-ray, dental hygienist and periodontal treatment and PPE charge. Not really nice on my bank account as wallet but again 100% worth having my mouth feel healthy. Plus the clinic doesn’t have that weird dentist/medicinal smell.
Fantastic experience: I regularly attend at this surgery for dental and hygienist appointments. The service is always excellent and the treatment is thorough and painless. I was particularly impressed with the extra care that was taken whilst I was wearing my fixed braces. Highly recommended.
