Dago is very skilled as a dental surgeon and uses his experience to overcome any difficulties in the course of the surgery. Most importantly, he explains very clearly what the problem is and offers options for me to consider - joint surgeons and patient partnership at work to good effects . Thank you

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth filling today. The dental surgeon, Raquel, calmed me and reassured me, explaining the procedure in detail at every stage. The anaesthesia was pain free and she did her best to cause me the least discomfort possible. All in all a superb experience. I felt in very safe hands. This is a practice of quality service.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Dr Dagoberto and was for a general annual check up. I must say it was the most thorough first visit I have ever had to a dentist. Dagoberto’s examination was comprehensive, and he checked every bit of my mouth. As well as my teeth, he examined the roof and floor of my mouth, the state of existing fillings, the gums and even the bones supporting them. He explained everything very clearly, and I appreciated his pleasant and relaxed manner. I have every confidence in him going forward.

Negative experience: I called the dentist today, been told I have been out of registration because I didn’t go for two years, but they never warned me about that. I did understand that but when I wanted to talk about options the receptionist just been rude and cut me off soon as I said that am an elderly NHS patient. I had bad experiences before there so am not that surprised. Sad to see how they treat us, like we don’t matter, especially when we are elderly. Very sad

Raquel was wonderful she did some tricky work on the few teeth I had left She quickly sorted me out with a new plate so I can now smile again. All my life I've been petrified of Dentist but Raquel was wonderfully reassuring and knowledgeable. My treatment caused me no pain . I would recommend Raquel 100 percent. Fantastic experience: It is extremely rare, much too rare, to encounter such a wonderful Doctor as Dr Raquel. She embodies a virtue that seems at times long forgotten : humanity, in the classical sense of the word: she is interested in human beings, wants to know their story, takes the time to be with them and enjoys it, and of course wants to help them. This is where seriousness and competence comes in. Not as something disconnected from the encounter, but as its natural auxiliary.
