Fantastic experience: I had a routine check up with ria who then talked me through what treatment I’d need and asked me if I was happy with that.. I then had a appointment with Humayra today and omg she was outstanding she made me feel so comfortable I was a nervous reck she talked me through my options of treatment for today I had two choices and then picked and she happily did that her assistant was great too.. my fear is the injection but she numb the area with gel then injected didn’t feel a thing checked if I was ok throughout the treatment.. I would highly recommend this dentist.. don’t waste time going else where..

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her routine check up and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were extremely friendly and always willing to listen and help. The Practice is extremely clean and also child friendly. The Practictioner performed a cavity fill on my 4 year old daughter and even though my daughter was scared, he was ever so gentle and didn't rush the procedure. The receptionist went out of her way to gift my daughter a sticker. Highly recommended XxX

Fantastic experience: I have been in 3 separate times over the last month or so. I was having some pain in my mouth/teeth and had the pleasure of having Ria and her assistant to go through a examination. I told them before we did anything my nervousness and how scared i was and they were nothing short of amazing. They explained everything in detail and were extremely understanding. I then followed up with the hygienist named Amir and his assistant hannah who again were amazing and also supportive. Any time i felt uncomfortable we immediately stop and gave me time to relax and continue whenever. Finally i had one major tooth extraction, a filling and a minor extraction back with Ria and was amazed on how painless and smooth the whole experience was. I have some follow ups in a few months and am happy about going back and knowing im in extremely good hands. Fantastic work! Also the ladies at the front desk are amazing, supportive and are alwaysvhappy to help! Lovely dental team!

Very pleased that he managed to fit me in for his colleague for a same day appointment for a tooth extraction as it was causing me agony. Kirti who did the extraction was friendly, thorough and professional. A company with integrity at heart is what I would say.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting the clinic for appointments with the Dentist and dental hygienist since around September 2022 as they accepted my application to register as new NHS patient ( including my 6 months+ baby then ), benefitting from the maternity exemption certificate. The interaction with the whole team from receptionists to the healthcare personnels have been positive and professional so far. My only wish is if the clinic could improve a little bit on being more children-friendly and welcoming. Some kind of toys/distractions in the surgery rooms i feel would be beneficial to make the little ones less nervous.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service. My mum had her tooth extracted by a dentist 20 miles away from home who did not give her enough dental gauze. The local pharmacy did not have any and the amazing member of staff at Knighton Dental was kind enough to give me some gauze for free.

Negative experience: So this have to be the worst dentis I ever been. From the start on my appointment there wasn’t any dentist it was clinician. After few scan of my teeth she said I need to have root canal with gonna cost me more than 800£ or I have to take my teeth out. I was thinking about it because something doesn’t seems right to me, I go to different dentist they prefer scan and didn’t see nothing wrong especially for root canal. They save my teeth, everything is fine and well. No pain nothing. I wonder why they want to root canal or take healt teeth out even when it’s not need it!

Fantastic experience: Been here twice now, Himesh does a thorough job with his check-ups and feel the care through his sessions! Also very glad Suraj (dental hygienist) has joined the team, I've seen him twice back in London. Will be booking in with him next week, just as good with check-ups, genuinely cares and the tips he gives for optimal care. Will not be leaving this practise until I move out of the city. Fantastic experience: My wife visited Dr. Amin today for a tooth filling, and she couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment she walked in, he put her at ease, taking the time to explain each step of the procedure thoroughly. His comforting approach made the visit much less stressful than she anticipated. Her tooth feels great, and she’s very satisfied with the work done.

I had a hygienist appointment at 1st with Kate who was extremely thorough & she gave me some excellent advice for my dental care to continue at home. Then I saw Dr Patel for my routine appointment & he’s such a just such a great dentist, I know I’m in safe hands with him looking after me. I’ve been a patient here for a good few years now & have always been impressed by the high quality of care. I finished my Invisalign journey a couple of years ago here & couldn’t be happier with how everyone, from the ladies on reception, to the dental nurses & especially Ella & Dr Patel, looked after me. Ella was always there at the end of the phone with any questions I had, she’s caring, friendly & genuinely just a pleasure to deal with. Dr Patel is always there to welcome you with a smile & a chat, very unlike any of my previous dentists. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: I don't know what to say but my experience with this place has not been pleasant. I've had a root canal where the tooth has failed and needed pulling out. Another molar which had been filled by knighten dental split and needed pulling out. Problem is the smug overly young dentist to me felt as if he was avoiding working on my my teeth, he told me " it would get better by itself", I had to come back the next day still in pain and was told the tooth was broken and had to be pulled out. This was done privately and to my unfortunate discovery the neighbour tooth had been broken. I won't be returning to this place. I work in engineering and throughout my 20 years I have noticed whether qualified or not skill and professionalism is not earned by an educated theory. Where are experienced professionals they don't seem to exist anymore? I've received a reply which I want to share with you all, apparently I'm not on the system. I can't be found on the system except for when I come in and pay. Then my name is found on the system? Ridiculous

Negative experience: This concerns an incident that happened some months ago. Both our children were registered with the Clinic as NHS patients. Some days before an appointment for a regular check-up for both children, we called the practice to change the appointments to another day. Apparently, only one appointment was changed, as one day before the earlier appointment, we received an automated notification about the next day's appointment. I called immediately to clarify the situation and change the appointment to match my other child's appointment, but they told me that the first child was deregistered as she had missed her previous appointment and she could no longer be considered an NHS patient there. I told them to check their records to clarify the misunderstanding and call me back. They agreed but never called me. The previous week I submitted a rating, and today they called me after all these months (probably without remembering the incident) to ask why I submitted a low rating and whether there was a way to revert it. I described the incident, and they offered to review it if I was willing to revert my rating. I refused, reminding them of the reason we would stop visiting their practice, even for our private appointments, as it is evident that they place their earnings over their customers. By the way, with this call, they managed to upgrade my rating to a complete review!

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice that can always be relied upon to use the most up-to-date dentistry in terms of both knowledge, skill and equipment. I recently had a crown come loose which was quickly and efficiently cemented back in; with clear guidance and options laid out should it come loose again. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this dental practice as I have a long history of dental work done at various practice's in Leicester from a young age, and nowhere else I've visited comes close to the exceptionally high standard of dentistry carried out here.

Negative experience: I give this clinic 1 star. They charged me over £400 for a simple tooth extraction that took only 4 minutes. I felt they took advantage of me because I am a foreigner and not very good at English. Later, I found out that other clinics charge around £270 for the same procedure. I feel ripped off and do not recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: Absolutely awful service from this practice, booked my 7 year old in to have a tooth out, 40 minutes of trauma for him and the lady says let me see if a dentist can take it out? Thought they were a dentist. Child so traumatised that wouldn’t let dentist see him so now need referring to elsewhere so they can do it properly. If had dentist in first place it would of been done, don’t know what this practice think they’re doing, no wonder people are afraid of the dentist, particularly children.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an implant to replace my front tooth. I would like to say the service received from the treatment coordinator, dentist, dental nurse and the whole team was exceptional. Really happy with the result.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted with this place as an NHS patient they took me on as an NHS patient but for my first 3 appointments they charged me privately. Then I had a really bad infection and the dentist himself made it very difficult for me to get the antibiotics in which I ended up going to a dentist in turkey to sort out the infection when my mum went over for a different reason. Thank goodness as when they looked at my infection in turkey they said it was very very bad and they gave me 2 boxes of antibiotics after as I told them what this dentist had done so she gave me an extra box in case I needed them again. This was back in January 2023 now in December 2023 I rang to book in my daughters appointment who is 7 years old. When I rang to book the receptionist said they took her off the books and she won’t be taken back on. Let me guess because she is a child and you can’t charge for that. My daughter is at the age of her teeth falling out and re-growing a very important time to see the dentist. This dentist is all about money, they don’t care about there clients what so ever but you have the money they will pretend to care. Even the receptionists when I have been in and spoken to them. They are rude and act like they are better than anyone who walks in. This place should get shut down.

Positive experience: Generally I have a good experience, minor gripes are a lack of eye contact from some of the receptionists when you are checking in for your appointment and I've sometimes been sat waiting for my appointments for half an hour or so, which can be inconvenient when trying to fit it into a working day.
