Negative experience: Waste of time and money. Had me sat in the waiting room for an hour and was seen for 2 seconds to tell me something I already knew. AVOID

Fantastic experience: I always have full confidence in the practice. All dentists and staff are friendly.

Positive experience: I was seen as an emergency. An appointment was arranged with Clear instructions to get there, followed up with a text message. On arrival staff were helpful and courteous. The surgery is clean and modern. The dentist was clear about what could be done and proceeded to fix my problem. I would go again but hopefully I won't need to.

Fantastic experience: Politely greeted by reception and booked in. Kept informed as my dentist was running 10mins late. Each part of the procedure was clearly explained and the dentist frequently checked I was comfortable and happy to continue. I am delighted with the result as this dentist was correcting a very unsatisfactory procedure I had previously at a different surgery. I have recommended this practice to many people already and will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: Firstly I would like to thank this dentist who opened their door for NHS patient I had to travel all the way from Dunstable to their clinic I was going through pain went there for tooth and extraction was a long wait but how I feel I didn’t mind the wait I was called in 10mins I was out my pain was gone staff are very professional make you feel welcomed I will definitely go again 100% recommend them.

Dr Wong is a nice dentist with care and refer my care to another dentist Dr. Andrew . All they are professional, care with patience, explain me the case detailed and provide me a good treatment. The appointment resulted in me walking out feeling very uncomfortable with the way they handled the situation due to their lack of knowledge, the staff are nice to your face but that’s it. Too opinionated and rude

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Milton Keynes Dental Clinic since January 2025. It was a long time since I'd been to the dentist as a very unpleasant experience made me too anxious to attend. But after being recommended by my daughter and horrific toothache, I finally had to make an appointment and I'm so glad I did. I explained why I was so anxious and dentist Noor has been fantastic every step of my dental journey. She explains everything that needs doing and what she is going to do and just tells me to raise my hand if I want her to stop during treatment. Also, Holly, the young receptionist, has always been very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Positive experience: I saw one of the hygienists yesterday Natalia. She was excellent, explained what she was doing and gave good tips on how to do a better cleaning job myself. I cannot recommend her highly enough. The two young women on reception were pleasant and doing a good job. I've been with this practice since 1997 and have seen many changes but continue to attend as you are made to feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Three of the best… 27/06/25- 4pm appointment NOOR- DENTIST European woman Nurse (I’m sorry I forgot your name) RECEPTIONIST - a great welcoming to put you at ease before your appointment… I used to have a fear of going to the dentist.. But not no more.. Noor and nurse put me at ease… by clearly , slowly and explaining what they are doing to my teeth.. I felt relaxed and calm.. Asking them to repeat themselves 2or 3 times wasn’t a problem.. If you hate dentist or your autistic ..I would try to get an appointment with Noor and European nurse (again sorry I forgot your name ) Walking through that front door into reception and the treatment I receive this is .. NHS finest.

Fantastic experience: Experience with other dental establishments left me very wary of dental treatment. Not any more! Couldn’t wish to meet a nicer, professional group of people. From the moment you arrive to moment you leave you are cared for and looked after. The level of dental care I receive is 2nd to none. I highly recommend all aspects of Milton Keynes Dental Clinic.

Fantastic experience: Mr Vitiello, although now partly retired, stills provides the highest standard of care one could possibly expect, coupled with incredible skill and unrivalled knowledge. He's a hard act to follow. Although the practice has changed hands in recent years, along with a number of staff, administratively an excellent standard of customer service is still provided. The practice is fully up to date with all the latest technologies so you are assured that you get the best of what's available.

Fantastic experience: Amazing clinic! I've been an MK Dental Clinic patient since I moved in the area, around 30 months ago and have never been disappointed! The reception team are very nice, very efficient and will never miss an opportunity to make life easier for you. They will call you to offer you slots when appointments are cancelled. The different doctors i've seen have always been great... I had repairs, fillings, extractions & crowns and they've always been pragmatic and always took the time to explain treatment options and their financial aspects. Dental assistants will also do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Really excellent... I would highly recommend this practice!

The dentist and his nurse were lovely, explained everything, and took it slowly, checking I was ok all the time. I can honestly say that ALL the team are very friendly and helpful plus the treatment has always been excellent. I have full confidence in any advice I have received and have never felt any incling of upselling. I would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My most recent hygienist appointment was less unpleasant than the previous few appointments. A hygienist session is never particularly enjoyable but the new hygienist was very careful and the experience was less stressful than previous appointments. My teeth feel good and she didn’t tell me off for not flossing enough. Already booked the next appointment.

Negative experience: Been back here for the 3rd time for the same tooth , was charged over £300 to repair a chipped front tooth , after getting home an realising the tooth had been repaired wonky I had to go back for them to rectify this , going forward 4 weeks the repair had stated to chip away so had to go back again ,after they fished this time the receptionist charged me another £50 I will now go to another dentist for their view on the repair itself as it is still not right after 3 visits an over £350 I would not recommend this dentist

Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience with Dr. Noor Huda and her assistant Stephanie during my dental appointment. Dr. Huda took the time to really listen to what I expected and made sure she understood what I wanted done. I could tell she was doing her best to get everything just right, which I really appreciated. She was gentle, patient, and explained things clearly. Dr. Huda is highly skilled and takes real pride in her work – careful, precise, and always aiming to do her best. That kind of care and attention gives you real confidence in the treatment. Stephanie was also lovely – friendly and supportive throughout the whole appointment. She was kind, reassuring, and clearly very experienced in what she does. They both made me feel comfortable and well looked after. The way they both worked together so smoothly made the whole experience feel very professional and helped ease a lot of my usual anxiety about going to the dentist.

Negative experience: I would give the cleanliness of the practice 10 stars.always clean and staff polite. I have tried other practices over the years to try and save costs but come back here as my teeth are extremely sensitive and I am a nervous patient. Mr V is a fantastic dentist. I do have issues with the fact that I am down for a 20 minute appointment with the hygienist @ 15.10 at a cost of £55 with a minimum of at least 5 minutes of talking. then at 15.30 an appointment with my dentist. At those sort of costs I'm sure it will not be long before £60 for 15 minutes will become the norm After this scale and polish appointment I will change to once a year. Just had another scale and polish from yet another different technician 4/8/22 seem to change ever time I go but the pair of ladies who did it were superb and I hope these two stay with the practice they will be an asset. No change in price either which is good although £50 a time would be fairer in my opinion especially in these difficult times at the moment. well it's now becoming a joke £69.00 for hygienest ( 2025 ) I promise you in the next 5 years it will be £100. Told the hygienist that I have super sensitive teeth and that previous hygienists put special cream on and gave me a couple of injections. She ignored what I said and for the next 10 minutes had to suffer in pain then a 5 minute scrape and polish. Unacceptable

Negative experience: I have been with this practice for a few years now after my previous dentist retired. Today I had to get an emergency appointment as had been in pain and awake all night. After a lot of prodding and poking, and unsuccessful attempts at X-rays due to my gag reflex, the dentist agreed to remove a filling and re fill, however he could not make me numb enough to continue. I went home in tears and in pain I don’t know how to resolve this now except maybe to go to another dentist. I am still in pain!!

Fantastic experience: Had a filling replaced today. The dentist was gentle so I didn’t have to have an injection in my gum, which I hate. He was very thorough, the filling felt smooth, like part of my real tooth. I also had no pain afterwards. Very good experience, I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Always very good, my requests for any treatment usually very prompt The other members or staff are friendly I am usually recognized by the older nurses, Carlo is a good friend of about 60 years standing and often contacts me for advice on technical matters, some to help the practice. Now that the lakes in the car park have gone I am 100% happier.
