Fantastic experience: The dentist we saw for the first time today was friendly and kind, and immediately made my slightly nervous children feel comfortable and cared for. Fantastic experience: 22/07/25 None of us want to start our day with a root canal procedure but this morning I found myself in the caring hands of Godfried and Tiffany. Precision dentistry, cheerful communication and some welcome humour throughout my 90 minute visit. Thanks to you both. ***** MJB Chichester. I’m very fortunate to be treated at this Dental Surgery. The staff are polite and professional and my Dentist has the gentle touch when working on my teeth. Fantastic experience: The treatment was explained to me by Godfried and he answered all the questions I had before and during the treatment. He was made me feel comfortable and kept checking on me whilst drilling. My treatment lasted about an hour and although nervous I had confidence in what Godfried had explained to me and it didn't hurt!

Fantastic experience: As always from the minute you walk into the surgery to the minute you leave every staff member makes you feel welcome. I was treated with respect and dignity by Jayson and his assistant. He explains everything step by step and answered any questions I had. He makes you feel relaxed from the minute you walk through the door until you leave. I was exceptionally happy with the treatment I was given today.

Fantastic experience: Jason and his lovely dental nurse Shirley were amazing with my elderly dad, who struggles to hear, and despite being rather stoic, suffers with many ailments now including a lack of mobility. Jason has a wonderful welcoming and caring attitude with a rare 'can do' approach in these challenging times with the NHS and Dentistry. I felt that the best care and problem solving solutions were evident from the word go, and the experience was reassuring, despite my dear dad's dental challenges and health issues. Empathy and commitment are all to often sadly lacking in today's world, but I feel there's some refreshing positivity and hope with these inherently caring commited professionals to ease some of the challenges we all face. Thank you Jason and Shirley and all the reception staff, who also do a brilliant job in a challenging world, much appreciated...we have been coming to this practice for many years.♥️

Positive experience: The dentist was running late by over 20 minutes for which no apologies were given, he was then rough and rude. The receptionists however are welcoming and helpful. On another note entirely, I live in the same road as the dentist surgery and I am sick and tired of them parking inconsiderately. The patients aren't too bad they're generally gone within half an hour but the people who work there are here all day. Please be more thoughtful and respectful of the residents, there really isn't " plenty of free on street parking".

My youngest was very anxious and he was so good with her, she went from crying in fear almost having a panic attack to crying with laughter in the chair! They now can't wait to go back again!
