Positive experience: Cannot fault the service but found the cost of the filling replacement very expensive at £229. This is on top of the £60 paid for initial assessment. Also as I was originally booked in for a double slot I question as why the treatment could not be done then and there, instead of having to return several days later?

Fantastic experience: First class treatment from Quest Dental Care in Ipswich. Unfortunately an extraction was needed with an immediate denture. Dr Payal Bhalla was brilliant, from administering painless injections, to pulling the tooth, I felt nothing throughout! Fantastic experience: I was very nervous as I was having 2 teeth removed. It wasn’t the extraction that I was worried about. But the needle placement. I was offered numbing gel which really helped. Yes I did still swear when the needle went in. But it wasn’t as bad as it would have been without the gel. The dentist and the assistant were both very kind and made sure I was doing ok.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Quest Dental Care for at least a couple of years now, and the staff are always really friendly. The atmosphere at the clinic is also very calming and relaxed (and importantly air-conditioned on a hot day like today!) I have always been a nervous patient and dread going to the dentist regardless of what I'm there for, but have definitely felt more relaxed as a result of how I am treated each time I attend Quest. This morning I had my first experience of the new Airflow cleaning as part of my hygienist appointment with Cathline and Danielle. I was anxious of trying something new but Cathline assured me that it was a more gentle and less invasive cleaning method than the usual. Whilst the usual cleaning methods have always been fairly stress-free (especially with Cathline!), the Airflow cleaning was indeed gentler and my teeth certainly look better as a result! I will definitely opt for this method again when I return for my next appointment in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this clinic since early this year. Each time on arrival the welcome is lovely. I have had a check up, x ray, referred to a hygienist and if late had some composite bonding and other treatment. I have been treated with respect, appointment times have not been rushed and nothing is any trouble. I am very satisfied and happy for this place to be where I choose for dentistry. I can recommend you give them a go. I feel you won’t be dissatisfied. 4-4-25, had my hygienist appt. Wow, I had the ‘AIRFLOW’ I cannot believe how good it was for me. Pain free, silky smooth teeth. Needed a little original care at the back but really good experience. It cost a little more but completely worth it. As always, wonderful staff. Routine check up. Efficient appointment, so kind and courteous.

Negative experience: No mistake on marking you a one out of five. The way you have dealt with a family member recently has been utterly disgusting. No help or support when visiting as an emergency. Charging for everything under the sun and at prices 2/3 times higher. Clearly just money grabbing.

Negative experience: Disappointing Invisalign treatment overall. Encouraged to end treatment when refinements were needed. Teeth have shifted back only a few months later due to not being straightened correctly. Asked for refinements had one round and the issue still not resolved then charged £400 for new retainers after a request for another set of refinements was refused.

Fantastic experience: Have had a very positive experience with my Invisalign journey. I’m 70 years old so thought maybe too old for treatment and my teeth were very very crooked. It’s taken 36 weeks with another 6 weeks in final retainers and the results are amazing. Both Justina and Pearl and been terrific throughout the whole process. Fantastic experience: Not being the most enthusiastic patient when it comes to dental treatment, I was very apprehensive attending Quest. However, my worries were soon gone with their professional approach and attention to detail. Everything they said was exactly what happen whether regarding treatment or cost, there was a real sense of care whether from a financial or patient wellbeing.
