Fantastic experience: the best service i’ve ever had from the dentist. i was due to have 2 fillings done by Daanish and I honestly cannot fault his professionalism. My heart was beating out of my chest with nerves whilst waiting for my appt but he made me feel so at ease and talked me through the process and let me go at a pace that was comfortable for me, affectively letting me ‘lead’ the appt whilst he did his thing. I was shocked at how painless the anaesthetic felt, and I feel he’s helped me build up a sense of trust with the dentist after not having been for a while. (that’s on me…) Thank you to Daanish and to his assistant and the welcoming girls in reception, I am grateful! Spa Dental is a gorgeous setting, and THE place for your dental needs. X

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Spa Dental for approx 20 years and can honestly say that they have gone from strength to strength. I always feel at ease, everything is fully explained and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. I’ve had lots of treatment over the years and it has always been carried out with professionalism, care and most importantly completely pain free. I would absolutely recommend Spa Dental and a special shout out to Nazia who has always gone above and beyond to put me at ease and is always so lovely and cheerful, and it makes a trip to the dentist a much more pleasurable experience.

From the first initial appointment, everything was explained throughly and the support throughout my treatment was amazing. Dr Naz is incredibly thorough and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The support that Amy the treatment coordinator offered was also amazing. The initial consultation was clear and informative, and I was shown a simulation of what my results could look like. The first couple of weeks were tough, but thanks to Amy’s support, I adjusted quickly. Weekly check-ins kept me on track, and in just 16 weeks, I saw incredible results. Seeing my new smile was like looking at the AI image from my first visit — spot on. Thank you for giving me a confident, brighter smile!

Negative experience: My first appointment was on the 07th Jan 2025 for partial dentures. after numerous visits my dental work getting lost being told I must start from scratch. Then finding my dental work it is now the 02nd of June and I still do not have my new dentures. My dentist also left and I was just passed onto someone else. After putting in a complaint for the waste of time and money so far. I have been contacted and told they will refund my money and I have to start from scratch somewhere else. Five months down the line. I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment and behaviour of the clinic. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!! Five months, they have wasted of my time and now I have to start over. And all I get is an apology now go somewhere else

Fantastic experience: Had a my first tooth extraction at the age of 59. Very good communication about what to expect and received an A4 page detailed what to do after to reduce the risk of inflammation or infection. Very professional and although they broke the tooth in my first visit they got the root out in the second soon after.

Fantastic experience: Dr Natasha Fraz has allowed me to feel calm and confident with my smile. She’s an absolute professional and very respectful in her work. She has helped me get new retainers fitted, after my pair from a separate clinic broke, which has relieved me from stress that my teeth would move back to their original position. And also gave me a normal check-up with some cleaning. I have left feeling refreshed and will certainly be returning regularly for my future check-ups. Thank you Dr Natasha!

Positive experience: Booked in for an Air flow dental treatment which I was told over the phone would cost me £65. I paid a £35 deposit to secure the appt. The dentist tried to upsell me a scale and polish, and x rays which I said I was not interested in. Didn't ask me any questions in what I was hoping to achieve with the treatment and wasn't very friendly. I don't have the money for "extra's" I don't know who does these days. Made to feel awkward for needing to stick to my budget and communication between dentist and reception was poor as I had to explain myself when I got to receptionist and she tried to charge me for extras. Bad energy, whole place needs a sage IMO.

From the moment I walked in, he took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and ensure I felt comfortable throughout. What is usually a dreaded appointment felt so much more pleasant (well, almost!). His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. Thank you for making the experience so much better!

Negative experience: Signed up as an NHS patient a few years back, needed to book an appointment and tried to charge me as a private patient, when told I’m a NHS patient I was told as I hadn’t attended an appointment I’ve been put as a private patient.

Positive experience: Great friendly service but now i have lost my job to health halfway through my treatment they will not treat me on nhs, Things are only going to get worse if you are British

Negative experience: Rude,unprofessional,and no patient care whatsoever highly recommend going elsewhere if possible,this is coming from someone who works at a hospital with professionals daily,it's a shame really because I've been with this dentist for years but recently changed because of these issues.

Positive experience: Was kept waiting for at least 25 minutes which I had to double check I got the right time with Reception. I found the Dentist to be rough with my gums therefore leading them to be sore that evening and the next day, not had another Dentist like that before! First time going there so not a great impression of Spa Dental Clinic.

Fantastic experience: Love Spa Dental Clinic which is pretty rare to be said of any dentist I feel. From reception (Julie in particular is wonderful) through to Dr Hasnain Kanani who we see, the whole practice is really good. Hasnain has been so careful and kind to my needs and is always such a lovely person to see, even if you are having dentistry work done, it seems to take the edge off. Can't recommend Spa highly enough.

Negative experience: Never will I step foot in spa dental clinic, time and time again they keep cancelling my appointments, with poor excuses. Two separate days off work so I can make the appointments and both days they cancel, absolute disgrace

Positive experience: My new dentist Grace is great, so personable, friendly and calm, really put me at ease and helped me to understand treatment needed for my teeth. Sadly this place did not allow me to use my exemption when pregnant which left me paying hundreds as I was a private patient but have since managed to get an NHS place and now being seen by Grace. We have had variable experience with reception staff, increased communication would help improve further.

Positive experience: Originally i would have given 2* as the dentist I saw, who is no longer at this practice, was not clear with their communication at all, and the clean left me in quite a bit of pain. However! First appointment with their other dentist, Dr Waseem Khan, and he was professional, thorough, made me aware of what needed to be done and why, and the pro and con of treatment. Even showed me my xrays and explained it all to me. I really hope that our future appointments continue like this and have finally found a good dentist for our family

Fantastic experience: Hadn’t been to the dentist for 10 years due to intense fear. Finally booked in because I broke a tooth - Grace was amazing and explained everything she was doing at every stage, drilling out the old filling and rebuilding the tooth with composite filling - I even agreed to a scale & polish (which for me is similar to drilling in terms of its potential as nightmare fuel) AND booked a check up in 6 months’ time - I think I might be cured??! Reasonable prices as I had to go private and was a bit concerned about cost, but honestly NHS prices don’t seem to be much lower - I think it would have cost over £100 if I’d been an NHS patient, and I paid around £200.

Negative experience: Always rearranging appointments always a long waiting times prioritise private customers too much over NHS customers as well as changing treatments times with no warnings terrible consisted staff

Negative experience: First and last time I’m not going on a Friday and seeing another dentist. I love my teeth being cleaned and the experience was so painful there was lots of blood. To be told it would be a bit sore and swelling would reduce in 48 hours! Ruined my weekend and 14 days later my gums and teeth felt back to normal. My checkup was so quick and £70 later I was not impressed (and in pain and I gave a high pain threshold).

Negative experience: Been at the practice a while and it’s the first time I’ve been disappointed. Dentist saw my daughter for her first paying appointment as now out of FT education and decided she needed a filling that hadn’t changed since she’d been seen the last time when the charge was free but now requires it (although no change so why now). Because they can get money from me!

Positive experience: Saw the advert for checkup and clean, so booked. I know my teeth aren't in the best shape but was still a little surprised to find out the extent of work required. I'm nearing 70 years years of age and not sure if I can justify £2000 to get itt all sorted? Have a appointment later this month and still unsure unsure whether to cancel?
