My 3 year old son also had an appointment and he was really comfortable being seen by Breej and not scared of the dentist at all! Fantastic experience: I was worried as i had to have a broken tooth removed and Ravi Jansari, my dentist of many years, skillfully saved me going to the hospital to have it removed by temporarily filling the tooth , what was left of it with cement . He then was able to remove it fully with no breakages, with his wonderful, polite hygienist, "Jordan", by his side. They both made me feel relaxed with a friendly atmosphere. Negative experience: I'm very nervous at the dentist. This place made it worse. While I was having my checkup, the dentist's assistant was banging around washing "pots" behind me and people kept coming in and out without knocking the door, also had to ask for the television to be turned off. I've experienced more care and consideration at a supermarket checkout.

Negative experience: I am not happy with Dr Jeevan Sandhur, she is not nice at all, she works very fast and skips things, she was supposed to clean my teeth, she did it in 5 minutes and kept telling me in a rude way how I should brush my teeth at home, as if she enjoyed working! Please, I want to change my dentist to Dr. Shane Patel

Negative experience: Warning be aware PROTECT YOUR TEETH FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS I had a root canal and might I say the excruciating pain I received from this root canal was worser then my pregnancy when i gave birth to my child. Die tho the careless actions of this dentist I am unable to eat meats I now have to adopt to a veggie diet because my teeth are so sensitive. The staff said you cannot take legal action they forced this upon me BE AWARE FELLOW VIEWER PROTECT UR TEETH AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Negative experience: WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! this is a warning to everyone with TEETH DO NOT COME HERE I had a slight chip in my tooth and instead of discussing with me the ways in which it can be fixed THEY SAID THE ONLY OPTION IS TO REMOVE THE ENTIRE TOOTH My mum was left with an incomplete root canal and my sister with excruciating pain after receiving treatment THEY HIT HER TOOTH WITH A DRILL IT HIT HER NERVE SAVE YOURSELVES

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. After three years my tooth is still hurting as they drilled too far into my tooth and hit a nerve THEN AFTER started a root canal and left it incomplete. I went to another dentist about this tooth and they told me ‘whoever did this has seriously damaged your tooth we cannot fix it’. They had to refuse and when I went back here they said well you can’t sue us…like what??

Negative experience: Went to them regarding pain in my tooth. No X-ray was done to investigate the tooth they just did a filling. Few weeks later I feel excruciating pain everyday until I go to a root canal specialist who tells me that the filling was placed on top of pulp infection and was pushing on a nerve. Don’t trust this dentist when it comes to tooth pain. I had to go turkey now to get it resolved by a specialist. Truly disappointed.

Negative experience: Can't recommend them. Kicked me off the list because I was taken into hospital the day of the appointment. I also received previous treatment here that made my tooth worse. Edit: As they've responded, I should clarify that I am disabled which means I can become unwell at short notice. They had no interest in making any adjustments to ensure I wasn't discriminated against because of my struggles. I should also clarify that the appointment I had booked was to fix previous work that has caused issues with my tooth for most of this year. So I shouldn't have even needed so many appointment in the first place. Even without all this, some of the reception staff have been quite rude to me in the past. So, I'm afraid I don't recommend this dentist surgery, particularly to anyone with a disability.

Fantastic experience: Great Service, Fantastic dentist, made me feel very comfortable. I suffer with very bad anxiety, but they made me feel very comfortable. I had a crown fitted and a tooth removed aswell as other work, all very well done. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Worst dentist in leicester , ive had 4 fillings which have all dropped out and been redone a numerous time. One back filling fell out that many times on my appointment i was told to either wait 3 weeks with it causing pain as my dentist was on holoday or pay private ! I went private at another dentist , ended up having a root canal due to how much they damaged my tooth with fillings falling out several times. Terrible dentist i do NOT recommend

Fantastic experience: Recently had an NHS root canal and a crown done by my dentist Gurdeep. She did an excellent job. She is very competent and made me feel reassured. (I'm a nervous patient) Thank you Gurdeep for saving my tooth. This positive review is specifically about Gurdeep as I have little and mixed experiences with other staff at the surgery.

Negative experience: Worst experience and treatment time done there lady dentist was such in a rush without proper scaling and skip polishing and forced us to open jaw without bite support while having anaesthesia on both sides of inner jaws. And my 12 years old was shuddering as he had anaesthesia in inner jaws and without bite support dentist was forcing him to open on its own and filling cavities. I felt NHS patients like animals and leaving main cavity parts and insisting me to do with private dentist which is upstairs her colleague, what a rude principle dentist was not concerning about my pain and swelling but keep saying idk why you have pain !! Which all caused by not taking care properly by his colleague he is principal dentist without any principles of humanity.

Fantastic experience: Omg I had several rotton tooth left in my mouth.I had to have sedation..The dentist Shane Patel and his nurse Hayley were beyind amazing I had worked myself up so much and within minutes the teeth were gone...One more appointment three more extractions and my dentures will be fitted cant recommend highly enough...Edit these are the best Shane his assistant the last few times Demi held my hand today Shane's regular nurse Lorenza was so lovely...To say I was in so much pain and I had to take a tooth out during lock down with pliers this dentist is the best in Leicester...

I couldn't believe it when the dentist said all done just the fillings to go in. Fantastic, the whole experience was amazing. I just wish the sucker was warm air. Would I recommend this to anyone with fear of dentists? Absolutely.

Fantastic experience: I have had such a pleasant experience and been looked after by breej and jade today, both excellent at their jobs and would highly recommend the practice and service!

Negative experience: I attended here for a number of years, initially I was happy with the service but appointments got increasingly more rushed as the years went on. I’ve moved my children away as well, their appointments were so short, they barely sat in the chair before they were done. My toddler had had a bump and a subsequent grey tooth, I was told in a blunt way that ‘it’s a dead tooth’ ‘it’ll just be like that until it falls out’ - essentially that it wasn’t a big deal (incidentally the greyness has actually improved a lot and is barely noticeable now so it was temporary in his case). There was little attempt to build rapport with the children - coming from someone who works in paediatrics, this is so important when it comes to getting the best out of kids. I have now de-registered from the surgery, after an incident where X-rays weren’t done for many visits (despite a history of dental issues during and after pregnancy) which eventually ended in Pulpitis and needing a root canal. I ended up going privately as I had lost trust in the dentist; and I’m so much happier at the private practice (Oakdale). The quality of care just doesn’t compare and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to NHS dental care due to my bad experience here.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to have several teeth pulled by Dr Breejesh Patel and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience at Fosse Dental Care! Recent visit was a 6 months checkup and here was discovered by the dentist that I had gum infection due to a tooth that needed either root repairing or extraction, I chose the tooth to be removed and could get an appointment for the very next day for this procedure. Removal was a blessing as I felt almost no pain due to the friendly team that did this procedure. Very happy (even the next day) and definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Never ask for my medical update, never take any time to explain my kids about brushing teeth or ask, dentist name Jeevan. Jeevan gave no feedback about any of our teeths at all or clean!!! I spoke to the manager thinking they wil improve the service. She ask me to move to other dentists. Today, I was seen by Dr BS Patel. No confidentiality, he asked front of his staff that what problems did you have with Jeevan so I told him. He said why don't you move. So I said not the answer I was expecting but you should improve your 0/10 service. Also rip you off with the money so Jeevan never explained to me that £150 is private and £70 is NHS filling so don't trust blindly and read the documents. Ask questions please. Dr BS Patel have lots of attitude problems and definitely no customers service standards at all!!!!!!!!!!! Also they wrote something on my records because when reach the reception to confirm I was there. All the staff came out of their offices to look at me!!!!!!? I will take to GDC for everyone so we don't get ripped off!!!! I am not having some dental practice treating me like piece of rubbish!!!!!!! I will not put up with this behaviour and I am paying your wages so definitely not!!!!!!!!! When I asked to move my kids to Dr BS Patel he said no unless they are having big treatments. Not once anyone apologize to me!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please please do not trust or go there if you somewhere better dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Ravi is an amazing dentist. He’s super kind and friendly! My mum is an elderly woman who suffers from anxiety and depression and speaks very little English and somewhat scared of going to the dentist. Ravi was so understanding of her needs and dealt with her in such a gentle, compassionate manner. He made her feel so comfortable and relaxed that she didn’t even realise that he had finished. Ravi is such a friendly and caring dentist that he went out of his way to talk to my mum and help her understand what she needs to do to look after her teeth better. A top bloke!!! 100% recommend this dentist because of him.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for over 17 yrs and have always been very happy with my dental treatment. The reception staff are always polite and are able to deal with any queries I may have and it’s always service with a smile! My usual dentist is Dr B Patel and he has always managed to put me at ease as I’m a very nervous patient! His chair side manner is polite, professional and friendly and he will always talk me through my treatment and what to expect. The practice is very clean and recently they have redecorated and fitted out the waiting areas which look great this adding to the whole experience!

Fantastic experience: I needed a last minute emergency appointment due to a cracked front tooth and walked in when they opened and managed to get an appointment within 30 minutes with my usual dentist, Dr Patel! The receptionists were welcoming and put me at ease immediately and I was given a full check up as well as getting my tooth fixed easily and even better is that it looks great! Fantastic experience: My dentist is called Jeevan and the nurse is Charlie, I want to say home much they made my mum Jodine feel relaxed as she hasn’t been dentist for a few years, Jeevan was so patient with her and so understanding, both her and Charlie are great, my mum suffers from panic attacks and they made her feel like they didn’t judge but supported her, thanks so much to you all.

Fantastic experience: I am an extremely nervous & anxious dental patient due to health conditions & past experiences at dentist. Registered with Fosse after seeing reviews and recommendations. Got my first appointment for next day which was a godsend. Saw Saja (dentist) & Bec (dental nurse) on Friday 27th October who were the best team I've dealt with. They were really sympathetic and caring and helped put my anxiousness at ease. They worked really well together. Really appreciated their professionalism and caring nature. They are a credit to the dental industry. Highly recommended Fosse Dental Check up performed and treatment plan set up. Had moulds done which for first time in my life (I've had several moulds in past resulting in breathing & gagging difficulties) it wasn't torture and went smoothly with no problems. Fantastic experience: My experience was very positive. Handed in the new patient form and within 10 minutes I was in the dentists chair having a check-up. An appointment was made for the next day to address the issue. 24 hours after the diagnosis the work was complete. Very friendly and efficient. Special mention to Becky and Leanna on reception who were incredibly helpful.

Fantastic experience: I had my tooth extracted today by Dr Jansari. The procedure was pretty straight forward. However I was super nervous but both Dr Jansari & Sam put me at ease. Fantastic experience: Where do I start?!?! As an extremely anxious person who was quite frankly petrified of going to the dentist, it was going to be the hardest thing for me to find somewhere I felt comfortable just getting through the door. I always put off any kind of dental work as that fear always got the better of me. When an old filling was lost resulting in a chipped tooth , I had to go somewhere. Fosse Dental Care was recommended to me by another’s fellow dentist anxious friend. I took the plunge and booked a consultation appointment. As soon as I walked in I instantly felt at ease, the practice is lovely and every single member of staff I came across was amazing. Dr Patel who would be doing my teeth instantly made all those fears go away. Dr Patel and the whole team totally changed my outlook and the way I felt about going to the dentist! I couldn't be happier and am so grateful To Fosse Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: I registered with fosse dental care last year after not having seen a dentist for a few years, I had developed some issues which were swiftly addressed and treated over several appointments at the practice. I have to say I have been very pleased with the level of care, as someone who can be quite anxious about dental treatment I was made to feel comfortable.
