Fantastic experience: I went in absolutely petrified but both Jan & Alara soon put me at ease. After having xrays taken, Jan talked through all procedures of what work needed to be done & explaining each step of my treatment in a calm manner & answered any questions I raised. I left feeling calm & less stressed. Thank you for alleviating my fears of dentists.

Negative experience: Not good waited 45 over my appointment. No checked on me .dentist was chatting. Maybe a appointment over run no apology from dentist. I was also late for an appointment and work after. Great service

Dr Risha Sethi was so kind and considerate, she explained all the different options and made her feel so positive about the treatment. My daughter felt calm and not at all nervous. Fantastic experience: I was so happy that Dental Beauty managed to save a badly cracked, upper left tooth. I was firstly referred to Ali for very thorough root canal treatment and then Payman designed an onlay (partial crown) which was cut out of a block of enamel in a sophisticated machine in approx 10 mins and fitted like a glove! Amazing! The state of the art equipment also created 3D photos of my teeth - incredible! Thank you to all at Dental Beauty for your consideration and care! Every single staff-member I meet, whether at reception, or in the chair, or even just passing in the corridor, is a warm, friendly human being.The advise I get has improved my self-care, and that together with the treatment in the chair is sorting my gum issues and prolonging the lifespan of my teeth, some of which were falling out after years of wandering in the dental wasteland! Fantastic experience: Katie is one of the hygienists, she carried out a very thorough check and clean for me today with much consideration to my future gum health. She was considerate of discomfort and offered numbing if it got too intense. She gave a hands on detailed demonstration on how to clean my gums properly with brushes/flossers in the mirror. I have had negative experiences with other hygienists outside of this practice who have been very aggressive towards my gums. Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed dental veneer porcelain replacement for my four top front teeth at Dental Beauty in Bromley. The service they offered was so professional and I felt supported and put at ease throughout the weeks of treatment and consulted on what I exactly wanted. The difference has been brilliant. Whereas I had started smiling on photographs with my lips closed in later years and feeling quite conscious as time passed, I am now confidently back to a full smile When we looked at the before and after photo results I can only say - amazing. Fantastic experience: After breaking a crown while on holiday, I contacted Dental Beauty who booked me an appointment upon my return. The treatment was outstanding from start to finish. Owen and his assistant Ildi, put me at ease from the off. Owen explained exactly what my options were including the cost. There was absolutely no up-selling, and I felt that my best interests were always put first. The new crown looks amazing and can't be distinguished from my real teeth. A very big thank you to Owen and Ildi and I would recommend them without any reservations.

Fantastic experience: I went for my Invisalign consultation in November 2024 and started my treatment in December 2024. I finished my treatment by May 2025 with perfect white teeth just in time for my wedding! Risha was amazing - she was incredibly friendly and professional, answering any questions I had promptly and being flexible with my appointments because I was working full time. I would 100% recommend getting Invisalign with Dental Beauty if you’re on the fence. Yes, it’s expensive, but you get what you pay for! I have friends who have used cheaper alternatives but not had the same successful results, or the regular check ups. A special mention to nurse Sumeyye and receptionists Karen and Lindsey - they were always incredibly friendly and smiley when I went for my appointments. Thank you all!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist! Risha was absolutely fantastic, she diagnosed all my issues and made a plan within my first appointment. A few weeks later I had a filling put in and given that I have not been to a dentist in over 10 years I was afraid it would be painful but it was very comfortable and painless! Risha and nurse Sumeyye guided me throughout the entire session and helped me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

As a new patient, the dentist I met (Payman Sobhani-Ezabadi) explained everything in good detail and asked me questions to get to know more about me and what kind of treatment I would like. The hygienist (Katie walker) and nurse (Mari) were also very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was very nice and pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I joined Dental Beauty Bromley when moving to the area after a several years of not going to the dentist due to covid and moving around. Although I am an NHS patient, the service and attention to detail is on par with private and this is by far the best experience I’ve had with a dental practice in my lifetime. Owen the Dentist and Katie the Hygienist, who are always assisted by amazing dental nurses, have helped me to get my teeth back to a healthy place, after getting in a real state and they have given me confidence back to smile, as well as getting my mouth back to good health. I now like my smile and I am proud of my teeth again, it’s been a difficult journey and their kind approach and support throughout made this journey easy and I cannot thank them enough. Fantastic experience: Appointment on 10th February with my wife and granddaughter seeing Dr Coley. We have been with Dr Coley for a very long time, my granddaughter has been coming almost twenty years! In all that time Dr Coley and Rae have been wonderful. Attention to detail, patience in bucketloads and gentleness in all procedures. Karen, the receptionist must be mentioned as well, she is kind, helpful and extremely efficient.

Fantastic experience: I called Dental Beauty Bromley as I needed an urgent appointment and my registration with my previous dentist had lapsed due to hospital treatments and the Covid pandemic. Even though there were no immediate NHS spaces left, Lindsey on reception sorted an immediate appointment for the following day showing a real understanding of my situation. I was seen by Dr Parth Patel and his assistant Altlanta who were great at putting me at my ease. Dr Patel was very well prepared, and it was clear that he had read my dental history and health history and was fully prepared. I was delighted with the service I received as there was no fuss or delay. Just a great display of professional courtesy, care and efficiency. Lindseys, helpfulness and approach is a great representation of real care in action. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: My rating is based on my last visit on 26 Nov 2024 and my overwall experience under Dr. Payman's care at Dental Beauty. I've always been given the best care with excellent professionalism ever since Dr. Payman became my dentist and I registered. I'd met most of his team members due to the necessity of dental work was required and all the doctors always spent extra time to explain the procedures, made sure I was comfortable, painless and happy. Most importantly, the whole team have been accomadating all my additional needs in the form of telephone calls or appointment changes due to personal/family reasons.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this practice for a number of years now. Jan, has been my dentist and I honestly don't know how I would have got through the dentistry without her. Always very patient with me , how she puts up with my nervousness, I don't know. The entire staff there are great. Karen in particular is a firm fav of mine. She can jump in wherever she is needed, and on the front desk, she is amazing. Always has a smile and she Is Polite and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for her or any of her of colleagues where patients are concerned. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone. Even my children were happy to see this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dental Beauty, Bromley have been amazing in helping me find my confidence in my oral hygiene. My initial visits with Dr Paul Stevenson helped me reset my mental issues and fears of seeing a dentist. He also fixed some big issues I had at the time, but I had even bigger ones to tackle. He advised me of their Invisalign treatment as a way for me to resolve my serious issues with my teeth and hygiene. In stepped Dr Nikki Peter and the Invisalign product. The care and precision in setting up and managing the correction of my teeth and hygiene has been amazing. Dr Peter is great and she gave me the inspiration to carefully follow her instructions with dedication. I am so grateful for that because the end result has been amazing. My teeth and gums are healthy now and my confidence has been restored. I’m no longer embarrassed by my smile and, even though I have done damage that I will never recover from, I am in a better place now and going forward. I also want to acknowledge the amazing staff at Dental Beauty, Bromley and their super friendly Manager for always being so kind and helpful to me. It means a lot and I always look forward to my visits thanks to them. I was not prepared for the impact they would have on my life but restoring my smile has been life changing and for that I’m very grateful.

Fantastic experience: Having always been terrified of the dentist, my husband recommended Dental Beauty as he always has a great experience as a patient. Nikki, Ildi and receptionist Lindsey were fantastic, they really put me at ease throughout my visit and really looked after me. Nikki was great during my appointment, super calming and telling me everything she was doing throughout really put my mind at ease. Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this dentist and would not recommend them to anyone. I initially went to have a chipped tooth fixed, and ended up needing three fillings. However, the filling on my front tooth fell out three times within a short period of time. Each time, I had to go back to have it redone. After the third time, they told me that it would be my fault if it fell out again and refused to fix it. I paid a lot of money for this subpar service, and I would advise only going to this dentist if you are using NHS services. The private care here is not up to standard. I felt very frustrated and disappointed with the lack of quality and professionalism at this dentist. Not only did the filling on my front tooth fall out multiple times, but the staff's attitude towards addressing the issue was dismissive and unhelpful. I expected better treatment, especially considering the amount of money I paid for private services. It's concerning that they were quick to blame me for the filling falling out, Overall, my experience at this dentist was extremely negative and I will not be returning. The repeated issues with the filling on my front tooth made me question the competence and reliability of the dentist and their staff. It was frustrating to have to keep going back for the same problem, only to be met with excuses and blame-shifting. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude towards my concerns left me feeling undervalued as a patient. Additionally, the fact that they were unwilling to address the issue after the third time the filling fell out, despite the amount of money I had already spent on their services, was unacceptable it’s not even been a YEAR and has fallen out 3 times. It was a clear indication to me that the quality of care at this dentist's office was below standard. This experience has definitely put me off using this dentist for any further works. AVOID private dental care at this dentist

Fantastic experience: I came back to Dental Beauty having made the mistake of going somewhere else more local to me. The other place had exaggerated a few minor issues leaving me feeling that my teeth were a big old mess. Having finally plucked up the courage to return for a second opinion I was hugely reassured by Dr Stevenson. He was able to show me with X-rays and experience that my teeth were pretty normal for a middle aged bloke and would likely last for years to come without expensive treatment. I was fuming with the other place but very grateful to Dental Beauty for not trying to upsell or scare me into unnecessary treatment. A quick scrape and polish later and I’m done. My teeth look and feel great and it didn’t cost me the earth. Thanks Dr S and the team. I’ll be making the longer journey more regularly.

They were kind and friendly. Also explained everything about my toothache and the procedure and I felt less nervous. I also want to say thank you to Helen, their wonderful and kind receptionist who helped urgently book me on for an emergency appointment today. The service was amazing, fast and waiting time short! Fantastic experience: Although this dental practice is now under Dental Beauty Bromley, (formally Bentley Kenward) my wife & I have been using this practice for years and many of the dentists & staff are still there. Our dentist is Chris Louca who we have great confidence in & has been there for many years and is highly skilled & experienced, also extremely good with patients. However we must say that all the dentists, nurses & staff are very good, efficient, professional & friendly. With particular mention of Helen on reception a long standing member of staff with all the same attributes as above along with dental nurse Rae.

Fantastic experience: My mother and I started visiting Janahee(Jan) for more than a year now, and by far the best dentist experience we've ever had. Jan always relays all the possible treatments we can get, and most importantly, is very gentle and never applies any force on the jaw which was always an issue with other dentists due to my mother's old jaw surgery. The staff is super friendly and the cleanliness of the practice is exceptional. I can't find any negative observations to add.

Having broken a tooth, I needed an urgent repair which they managed to make happen despite the Christmas holidays. Robyn in reception ensured I got an appointment when I needed it, then Paul (dentist) and Jenni (dental nurse) were both extremely professional and reassuring whilst they carried out a surprisingly pleasant appointment to resolve my issue. I was very happy to meet Dr Risha at our first consultation. She explained the entire Invisalign process to me in detail and I immediately felt very comfortable to proceed with the treatment. My overall experience as a new patient has been delightful. I was impressed by the quality care, attention, and service during all my visits from all the staff at Dental Beauty. I always feared going to the Dentist or a hygienist for fear it would be torturous each time, but not anymore thanks to Dr Risha, nurse Csilla and Hygienist Debbie for their gentle care at every appointment. Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars, I would. My first time of visiting the dentist and it was amazing, the receptionists were awesome especially Carol and so polite. No discrimination between NHS patients and Private Patients. The Dentist, Parth Patel, was also outstanding . My kids teeth examination and cleaning was really good, and they were happy. He was also patient and the kids keep saying the dentist is nice. Best teeth cleaning for my kids that I have ever had in years. And he also gave them good advice on how to keep their teeth clean and how to brush their teeth. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good dental practice.
