Fantastic experience: I recently had an implant done by Jag and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, he explained every step clearly, making sure I understood the process and felt comfortable throughout. His professionalism and attention to detail are second to none. The service was absolutely five-star and I can honestly say he is number one in the business. I highly recommend Jag to anyone looking for the best dental care – you’ll be in the safest hands!

Negative experience: I was promised an Airflow hygiene treatment for a 45-minute session, but only received a basic deep clean under the gums that lasted not even 20–25 minutes. No visible stain removal was done. Waste of money and very disappointing.

Negative experience: Bad experience, don’t like the way they treated me and definitely not going there again. Dr Jagdeep S Deogan is rude and I think slightly prejudice against me

Fantastic experience: Just had my first annual review for my dental inplants. All went so well. All staff are so friendly and treated me so nice it is almost a pleasure to attend the review. The inplants have made me smile more. I would recommend anyone thinking of having dental implants to go to Bridge Dental and Implat Clinic.

My appointment was informative, thorough, with full advice given regarding the future management of my dental health. I was very impressed with Sarah’s knowledge and skills which were commendable. I feel very privileged to be a client at this Practice. Reception and admin staff lovely as always. Comfy, clean Reception Area. Excellent. Updated review - End July 2025 - Had my routine check with lovely Dental Therapist Sarah, assisted by the Dental Nurse and an observing Student. Full explanation was given before proceeding as to what was going to take place. Excellent, thorough oral assessment, including a check for any abnormal tissue or enlarged head / neck glands. Treatment second to none. Excellent standard of care and advice with no problem answering any questions which arose. Again, a totally excellent, thorough, holistic, assessment as above with Dr.Katie my Dentist as always, assisted by the Dental Nurse. The balance of care with Dr.Katie is just right; remembering to address the human in the chair and not just the teeth, as life events can affect dental health… Dr.Katie demonstrates obvious professionalism with clear depth and breadth of knowledge along with evident wisdom and kindness. Greeted with a smile always, even when it’s been crazy busy in the past. Ps. Fantastic experience: After a disappointing start when given the wrong directions for the car park and left waiting for 45 minutes the initial consultation went extremely well and I am looking forward to receiving some implants treatment. I have my new implants now and I must say this dentist practice is positively exceptional! From the beginning to the end I cannot find one fault and I am so very very pleased with my new implants ! I was nervous and sceptical at the start but the lovely lady Sonia put me at my ease straight away and explained everything to the tiniest detail. Nothing was too much and I could ring or text her at any time - her service alone was the best I have ever received! Dr Osman who performed the surgery was also exceptional and could not fault his professionalism! Altogether a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: A year ago Moss and Sonia took me through the implant of a top front tooth. My regular dentist had tried very hard over a two year period to save what was left of my old tooth but we finally had to admit defeat. My regular dentist recommended Bridge Clinic and an implant. I was more nervous than I can say.I was very nervous about the procedure. Moss and Sonia were so kind and patient that after my 3 appointments I left wondering why I had allowed myself to get into such a silly state. Yesterday I returned to the clinic for my one year on check. The tooth is perfect, my gum is healthy and my smile is as good as it's ever been.

Fantastic experience: I have always been nervous of going to the dentist and have had some terrible work done over the years with no thought to how my teeth would be over time. I called Bridge and arranged an appointment with Jag and it was the best decision I made. I feel confident to smile and my teeth have been transformed. Still some work to be done but I trust Jag and even injections do not hurt. I tell him he is good and knows what he is doing which he smiles and says “I hope so” but he truly does. A special shout out to Hannah, Charlotte and all the reception team who are so personable and make the whole experience a joy (kind of) and not a dread of visiting a dentist! Thank you so much

It was completed in 40 mins and didn’t feel a thing not even the anaesthetic! He and his team were very friendly and made the whole experience very reassuring I cannot speak for all of the services and specialists however looking at what I did see and experience I would set this whole practice as the benchmark for modern dentistry! I had a root canal done by nicki and his collegue and they was amazing from start to finish talked me through everything and reassured me so much as I was so nervous. Fantastic experience: I have suffered with my teeth for many years which caused my jaw to lock causing alsorts of issues and pain. Following a hospital visit with the result of having had a total of three very poorly fitting dentures over the years to try to resolve, I decided that Bridge Dental & implant clinic were my last hope before booking a trip to Turkey!! Every member of staff at Bridge from the receptionists, to Sonya, Moss, and Laura, are all amazing. Following months of research and reading many reviews, I decided to give Bridge a try. From the very first consultation, Sonya explained every option available thoroughly and answered every question I had, (and I had lots)!! Laura has been equally amazing. Having what was left of my teeth removed and implants fitted, is definitely one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make! During the procedure Sonya put my mind completely at ease, and as Moss began the procedure I knew I was in great hands. This is only day 2 of having my temporary set fitted, but already I know I made the right decision by putting my trust in Bridge and their staff. I never wanted that Hollywood smile, I wanted a set of teeth that looked natural and allowed me to smile with complete confidence while being pain free. Bridge have made this happen and I am forever greatful! Thank you so so much! Fantastic experience: Sonya and Dr Osman gave so much information, spending meticulous time to explain everything. My mum had issues with implants placed elsewhere and we wasn’t sure what exactly went wrong. Although Sonya is a dental nurse she gave so much information, to the extent I thought she was a dentist. Dr Osman is an implant specialist, which is the only person you would want to conduct a dental implant procedure, if only we knew this beforehand. It’s a shame we didn’t start the implant process at this clinic initially. The knowledge and skills of the staff are impeccable and felt at ease to know we could trust this company for corrective treatment options.

Negative experience: Few months ago i went to Bridge Dental for my regular check up only. I wasn't prepared for any treatment and for cleaning my teeth. No one asked for my permission and they didn't told me about the fee and that woman started cleaning my teeth. When i went to the reception they charged me around £140. I was so shocked and disappointed . Its a huge amount for me to pay. I'm very disappointed. You shouldn't do any treatment without discussing with the patient and you should tell them about the fee first specifically when i went for my check up only.

Fantastic experience: My experience over the months to complete a front tooth Implant has been first class with Jac and Hannah. I had to have a serious infection dealt with at the same time and they both made me feel extremely comfortable and happy. Not once was I in any distress. Fantastic experience: I have a history of trauma with dental practices in the UK, which made me very anxious about dental care, especially due to my heightened sensory sensitivities from autism. I decided that if I wanted better treatment and care, it would be worth investing in it. A few months ago, I registered with Bridge Dental Practice and recently had my first major hygiene treatment. I’ve never felt so cared for during a dental appointment. The time and effort they took to reassure me were fantastic, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I pay for the monthly dental plan so get 2 x dental checkups and 2 x hygienist appointments every year. Last week was my second appointment to see the hygienist Sara and Natasha. They were fantastic! My husband had a major stroke 6 years ago and the help and care they give with helping into the chair and reassuring him is excellent. Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough about this practice!! I put off having an implant for over a year as I was so frightened of the procedure. I wish I’d met Moss and Sonya sooner. Their care and professionalism was outstanding. Sonya explains the whole process and is there with you all the way, Moss is an amazing dentist, the whole thing was pain free, problem free, and he offers his knowledge and advice on not only the implant but others areas of concern. During my implant treatment he had also sorted several other problems he identified that I wasn’t aware of. They are both, as are the nurses, amazing, perfectionists and so relaxed and friendly in their approach. I 100% recommend this practice!! Thank you both so much and to all of your team too !!

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service and care. Only just started using this practice last year, and all I can say is wow, I wish I'd switched here years ago. All staff are very professional and give a very high standard of care and advice and made me feel very relaxed knowing I'm in good hands. I had developed a fear of the dentist from the last place I used to use, and this team have truly restored my trust and removed my anxiety. I can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: After a really bad experience elsewhere I was put off going any further with my planned treatment. I met Sonya from Bridge dental to discuss options available to me who instantly put me at ease and made me feel my previous negative experience is not how they do things here. I am so glad I went ahead and began treatment. I have now seen several dentists in this clinic, each one of them have listened and helped me overcome my worries and fears at each appointment. I wouldn’t want to go any where else for any dental treatment now.

Fantastic experience: I first visited Bridge Dental with pretty bad anxiety when it came to my teeth/smile due to poor advice and treatment from another practice. Since then I've probably seen half of the staff members in some capacity with extremely satisfactory results. Jag and his assistants Charlotte and Hannah, hygienists Sophie and Sara have all played a part in creating a smile that not only looks good, but is healthy and stable. It's not all about the money either, I had a consultation with Nikhil and Jag about a troublesome tooth potentially needing an expensive root filling, instead they both told me to give the tooth time to heal on its own (which it did). Sound advice from experienced professionals. I can't say I'll ever "enjoy" visiting the dentist but Jag and the team at Bridge Dental have definitely taken the anxiety out of it and delivered above and beyond where others have failed.

Fantastic experience: I had my Invisalign fitted by Bridge Dental & Implant Clinic. Dr Katie Shooter and her assistant Lauren made the experience so enjoyable. I’ve been so pleased with the results and the service from the clinic has been great. I’m always made to feel welcome & so much so during my final braces consultation Lauren played music in the dentists office to my taste! My teeth look fantastic and I’m over the moon!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this dental clinic for many reasons. First of all, I was recently given an unregistered emergency appointment that I could book the day before which many other practices in Derby did not allow. Secondly, I was treated by Dr Shooter, who is a wonderful dentist! She really took her time to listen during the consultation and offered a more conservative approach to my symptoms which highlights that they are not all about money making. Thirdly, the dental coordinators were lovely and welcoming too.
