Negative experience: Dr Masih was amazing , I’m thankful to him. He is 5 stars . He is decent, kind, patient and very professional. Dr Isabel can be more nicer to patients. Some patients are anxious, Dr can be kind, nice and calm the patient and reduce their stress.

Fantastic experience: I have to say I have just been to see the hygienist, Sabina Sippy for a clean and polish and I would highly recommend her. She is the best hygienist I have ever had and puts you at ease straight away. That is very important for me as I am a nervous patient but I came out smiling after the treatment. She is very thorough, listens carefully and gives excellent oral advice. My teeth feel so clean and even some discolouration improved so much. She is a star and can't wait to see her again! What a star!

She treated me and my 2 daughters and was so caring and patient with one of my daughters who gets so nervous on her dentist appointments. Since being looked after by Dr Karki she does not find going to the dentist so terrifying anymore.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Bupa Haven Green for almost 2 years and the experience I’ve had here is second to none. I’ve been to other Bupa practices and they’ve disappointed as Bupa Haven Green have set the bar so high. I’d like to especially praise Dr Tina Harani! I’ve visited many many dentists and she is by far the best! I’ve now moved over 100 miles away from Ealing and still will try to visit Haven Green when I can, specifically to be seen by Dr Harani :)

Positive experience: General treatment and hygienist are good. However, they Kept wife in pain between appointments. As a private patient she is supposed to have priority. She is waiting 4 weeks for an extraction now which is getting more and more uncomfortable!

Fantastic experience: Over the weekend, I experienced a sudden dental emergency. Thankfully, the dental surgery was able to secure an appointment for me with my dentist, Naila Siddique, on Monday. Unfortunately, the pain continued the next day, and Naila extended her working hours to perform a procedure on my tooth. She is such a caring and kind dentist—truly an "angel"!

Fantastic experience: The dental clinic was clean and comfortable. The staff are also friendly and they made sure I am well attended.

Fantastic experience: They are well- staffed and everyone is helpful and polite. It can be slow to get through on the phone but if you don’t want to wait you can leave a message which does get a response. I had been in for an emergency appointment and the antibiotics weren’t working. Although very busy, the dentist herself telephoned between her appointments and arranged a prescription for another antibiotic to be emailed to me. She had already arranged a follow up appointment for me. I’m very grateful for this help. In addition, my regular dentist there looks after my teeth well; he explains what needs to be done, different routes to achieve a positive outcome and is supportive in whatever I choose to opt for.

Negative experience: The front office lady is keeping shut the phone while I'm talking today. She seam to unhappiness, unhelpful when I try to discuss. My gum is swollen TWICE when don't the filling with dentist Teresa. Completely not get the good advice. Frighten service

Fantastic experience: Excellent and clean environment and, amazing staff. Dentist Dr. Edris was amazing during my recent visit. He attended to me with excellent professionalism and skill. I was very much intrigued about his observations about my gum and system. He picked up an issue which I recently asked a Clinician but couldn't get a clue; although barely a decade ago, hinted a GP about it but was overlooked. He has reaffirmed what I once suspected was going with my voice and throat. His insightful observation has been a great help as I seek to address the problem. Many thanks to you and the entire team. Fantastic experience: I chipped a front tooth and was seen by the surgery on the next working day after I phoned for an appointment. The receptionist was really helpful in arranging the appointment and I was delighted with the dentistry performed and the results. It was excellent value for money and great service all the way through.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the dentist at Haven green for 15 years and have always been deeply impressed by the level of care given over that time. Their facilities are impressive and have always had a great experience with both the dentist and the hygienist who have given me great support with my dental and orthodontic health. All the staff there are absolutely lovely and very professional, would recommend to anyone!

She explained every step of the procedure clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect when having a crown inserted. Fantastic experience: I really love this dental surgery. The reception team are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Waiting times for appointments at the moment are long as with all dentists so would book your next appt as soon as you leave the current one. Premises are clean and welcoming. Dr Edris is absolutely amazing. So informative, encouraging and positive but realistic in what needs doing and will always give you an honest opinion about what is best for your dental future! He is a highly qualified Specialist Endodontist and, in addition, I found him to be kind, welcoming, caring and patient. He put me at my ease and laid to rest all my concerns. Fantastic experience: I have had two great experiences lately with Dr Tina and Dr Edris. Both dentists were super reassuring and helpful in guiding me to make the right decisions for my teeth. I have needed to be seen under an emergency appointment a few times and the receptionists have been so helpful and were able to put me through their system to be seen within a day or 2. All together super happy with the care and service.

I couldn't have asked for better treatment - she was really skilled and patient, explained everything very clearly, and nothing was too much trouble. Negative experience: Mohamed Edris is extremely RUDE patronising and condescending tone of voice who clearly has no respect especially with woman patients I lasted not even 3 minutes due to his lack of sensitivity and abrupt tone of voice Spoke with manager however no solution as all he did was defend his incompetent staff Lovely front of house however I am no longer a patient after 8 years of Ms Mukerji whom sees my children its a shame that Bupa have made such negative changes to what was once a great dentist!

Fantastic experience: Dentist Dr. Mitra Mukerji is outstanding. Caring, expert and all round intelligent and kind. The team around her are focused and friendly. It’s a really nice practice. Katie Scott my hygienist, who I have seen for more than 5 years, is just excellent. She has referred me to the dentist when needed so all round feel you feel in good hands here. Negative experience: My wife had an appointment with the Dentist earlier. I went for a little walk around the park while she was being seen to. On return i sat down in reception whereby one of the receptionist asked if she can help. I informed her that my wife was seeing a dentist where I was told very sternly that I should have informed her. As I had already explained I was waiting for my wife there was no need to for her comments. I decided to wait outside after. The manageress did come out to say I can wait inside as it was quite cold but the damage was done. Shame as the wife’s dentist is very good

Fantastic experience: I love this dentists. I've been seen there for years by many different dentists and hygienists and they are so professional and friendly. They do amazing dentistry, are honest and upfront about costs, and are really good if you're nervous. I couldn't recommend them more, they are the best dentists I've ever been to!

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment a month ago and was really satisfied with the care and attention to detail Dr Elena Foroshani provided me, keeping me comfortable and informed during the consultation and recommending information to suit my needs after not seeing a dentist in years. Had my second appointment this month and felt at ease during my filling treatment, she was in tune to my reactions and discomfort and made sure to give me breaks as requested. Glad to have got an amazing dentist to look after my teeth more than I have already!

Fantastic experience: Always friendly and helpful, this is a wonderful practice. I have been coming here since 1978 and in that time have only had three different dentists. My current one is Emma Foord and my hygienist is Sabina Sippy, both superbly professional and certainly make going to the dentist a pleasurable experience rather than a frightening one.

Fantastic experience: Had my 1st visit yesterday and had a lovely dentist who gave me a full check up, which was my 1st one in 8 years and surprised me with the work needed, which wasn't as much as I thought would it would be. I will definitely be returning for regular checks and to get my teeth sorted as and when I can afford it. Would recommend to others if they need a dentist.

Positive experience: Tina Hirani is excellent. However I was disappointed that Bupa no longer allow their NHS patients to have a “Dentist’s clean” as part of their NHS check up. I was advised to make a separate appointment which seems crazy when there was enough time during the check up. It seems like a money making exercise. Surely Bupa should prioritise this preventative aspect of a check up, rather than create hurdles and extra cost for their patients. 5 stars for Tina Hirani. 0 stars for Bupa policy.

She is an excellent dentist (from my 60+ years of experience) and, whilst you know it will cost money when she says something needs doing, she’s always right and always does a great job. Fantastic experience: Waiting time for an appointment are becoming almost too long, reflecting the surgery’s popularity. Having said that I was seen by my dentist within a week to check on a failed filling. She repaired the damage and organised an appointment for me six weeks in advance, her first fee 30 minute appointment.

Positive experience: I had an appointment with Dr I Salem and was very happy with the level of care received when undergoing a painful procedure. His advice and explanation relating to the process was appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Haven Green are a first class dental facility. I am fortunate enough to be an NHS patient, so I’m very happy. It seems to be an Island of competence and calm in the mayhem of British dentistry at the moment. I am of course delighted not to have any idea how much treatment here costs for those younger than me who aren’t able to get onto the NHS!

She is, without doubt, one of the most exceptional dental practitioners I’ve ever encountered. Beyond her undeniable skill and professionalism as a dentist, what sets her apart is her remarkable way of interacting with her patients. Dr Hirani has a calm, graceful presence that immediately puts you at ease, and she has this unique gift of making you feel like the most important person in the room. Somehow, she remembers the tiniest personal details – like my daughter’s degree course and subject of interest – and brings them up with genuine warmth and curiosity. It’s these small but meaningful touches that show she really listens and cares. In a time where rushed appointments and transactional service are all too common, Dr Hirani stands out as someone who gives 101%. You feel seen, heard, and cared for in her chair – and that’s before even mentioning the outstanding dental care she provides. She is a truly fantastic dentist. The only downside to leaving this review is the risk that she’ll become even more booked up… but some things are worth sharing, and Dr Tina Hirani is absolutely one of them.

He is an exceptionally gifted dentist who has always provided me with first rate dental care across a variety of different types of treatment. He has a reassuring and confident manner and always takes time to answer any questions. He is familiar with all of the latest technological innovations in dentistry and uses them with real expertise. I would recommend him to anyone of any age, especially those who may be nervous about seeing a dentist, because he will immediately put you at ease. Dr Khalid is well supported by highly professional staff. The dental nurse Sandy is extremely efficient and experienced and always keeps me comfortable and reassured with her confident and friendly personality. I would also single out Kajal Suryakant on reception who is very efficient and knowledgeable in guiding patients and has a warm and professional manner whether in person or on the phone.

Negative experience: While Dr Naila was excellent, the receptionist is not really professional, I have called 24 hours before an appointment to reschedule because I'm sick she just said all the time, you need to pay 55£ for late cancellation ( I don't want to cancel just reschedule! And I'm sick with a throat infection still they are forcing me to go, you have lost one client here

Negative experience: Always feel not welcome and judged from the get go. Not a nice dentist, or at least to me he is very condescending but when my husband goes he never gets the attitude. Feel they need to send their dentists to a management/ patient course because without fail Dr edris has been quite rude in the way he has spoken to me. He has questioned weather or not I remember the conversations we have had regarding my children’s previous appts and been very rude in his way of making me aware of the issue with their teeth. I will not be returning ever and do not recommend this dentist. Rude and prejudice. Need to look at fixing this, not the type of review you need but I need to be honest.
