Fantastic experience: Had my first dental check-up in years. Service was good, staff were professional and thorough, although I was hoping they'd offer me additional services such as straightening and or whitening. Update: just had a checkup and hygienist visit. Good chat good checkup. Hygienist was a bit brutal (left my mouth bleeding all over the place) but my teeth are seriously clean now, they even removed a stain on my front teeth. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had hygiene treatment today at Love dental. But this is 1st time for me to understand my gum situation fully and I do feel very happy with the 1 hour treatment with Qian. So now I can help myself with daily oral health care after a detailed and delicated education from her. I am willing to see her again within next 3 months for a much improved gum health condition.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just started my Invisalign journey, and I couldn’t be more grateful to Dr. Kunal and the amazing team for making the whole experience feel so smooth and positive from the very beginning. Dr. Kunal was incredibly gentle, kind, and supportive throughout my consultation and fitting. He explained everything clearly and patiently, never rushed, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident before moving forward. It’s rare to meet a dentist who combines professionalism with such a calm and caring approach and I really felt like I was in the best hands possible. Before starting the aligners, I had a cleaning with the lovely hygienist, Qian. She was so warm and friendly, and took great care to make sure my teeth were perfectly clean and ready for treatment. Fantastic experience: Had an emergency dental appointment on Saturday, 19th July with Dr Caroline, and it was a lifesaver, after I mentioned the issue with the wire behind my lower teeth causing a nasty tongue laceration. Dr Caroline was incredibly efficient, quickly and effectively trimming the wire that was causing the problem. The whole procedure was painless and took less than 20 minutes. I was so relieved and impressed with the prompt and professional care. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Rip off I paid £85 for a dental hygienist appointment that clearly included both cleaning and polishing. The hygienist finished surprisingly quickly and skipped the polishing entirely. When I asked about it, she responded with “oh, but healing will take long”—but that should have been my decision to make, after being informed of the pros and cons. I had to insist on receiving the polishing I had paid for. Even then, she only polished the top two front teeth and told me the appointment was complete. As someone in the medical profession myself, I found the lack of communication, consent, and thoroughness deeply disappointing. I won’t be returning and absolutely would not recommend this clinic based on my experience

I had my initial consultation in November—just in time to take advantage of their Black Friday deal—started treatment in January, and was completely finished by May. Fantastic experience: After years of frustration with recurring dental issues that multiple dentists couldn’t properly resolve, I finally found Dr. Kunal at Loveteeth—and I genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough. From my very first appointment, I felt truly heard. Dr. Kunal took the time to thoroughly assess the problem, explain what had likely gone wrong in the past, and clearly outline a plan to fix it properly. My issue involved an improperly treated crown and veneer on my two front teeth, which had been redone nearly eight times over the years. Despite the high costs, previous dentists struggled to match the natural shape and colour, and the work often felt rushed and impersonal. I had resigned myself to just living with it. But Dr. Kunal was different—he didn’t settle for a quick cosmetic fix. His focus was on the long-term health of my teeth as well as achieving a natural, confident appearance. Fantastic experience: Having badly chipped my tooth after a fall, I was given an emergency appointment the next day. The staff we super friendly and efficient, which put my nerves at ease. The dentist and her dental assistant were so so lovely and supportive after I expressed how nervous I was and talked me through everything they were doing; assessing my teeth, xrays etc, being very gentle and taking their time. After a long conversation about treatment I decided to go ahead and have the filling done. I was super nervous about the injection but they took it so slowly and it was hardly a scratch! Fantastic experience: I recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Love Teeth Dental - Sutton, and I am thrilled with the results! The entire process was smooth, and my teeth look amazing. The Invisalign aligners were comfortable to wear and caused minimal discomfort. I appreciated that they were virtually invisible, which allowed me to go about my daily activities without feeling self-conscious. As advised, the ability to remove the aligners for eating and cleaning made the treatment very convenient. I was able to maintain my regular oral hygiene routine without any issues. In my case I had severe underlying gum disease and with the advise and treatment from the Love Teeth dental professionals this was all resolved which meant my Invisalign treatment would turn out well. The results exceeded my expectations. My teeth are now straight, no more chips and my smile looks fantastic. In my case the treatment took longer than originally expected due the me also having the gum treatment but I would not have had it any other way, when my Invisalign treatment started I could see progress at each stage. All the members of staff including Dr Patel provided excellent support throughout the treatment. They were always available to answer my questions confirm my appointments and ensure that everything was progressing as planned. Overall, I highly recommend Love Teeth Dental to anyone considering any form of dental treatment as they offer excellent service. Fantastic experience: I have recently finished what feels like the most exclusive and best dental treatment in my life with Dr Sam Cope. I have done a large treatment for set of front teeth that were full of unstable fillings and made me uncomfortable for years. The treatment included a combination of crowns and veneers fits, root canal treatment, and a composite bonding. Throughout the treatment Dr Sam was very understanding and approaching. He started off by providing me with a thorough professional consultation and his personal recommendations with plenty of options to choose from and without insisting on anything. Once agreed on the treatment plan Dr Sam planned and carried out the treatment with multiple check up points to ensure I'm comfortable at all stages with the treatment and with the shape and feel of new teeth. Being in the dental clinic for 5-10 times I've never been rushed and always felt almost like I'm exclusive Dr Sam's client. Upon request Dr Sam managed to provide me with additional information to satisfy dental insurance claim. Thanks to LoveTeeth for the additional 10% discount on overall treatment. I received all the information regarding the treatments clearly and was given professional guidance & advice along the way. There was complete transparency relating to the financial side too, there wasn’t any hidden fees etc. The treatment went really well and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I cannot believe how quickly my treatment went, the results are incredible. All the staff are alway so polite and helpful but Dr Sam really is the nicest, most helpful and professional guy. Along with the fabulous dental nurse Shey. I always felt completely as ease and full of confidence whilst in their care. At one point throughout my treatment I had a minor problem (not Invisalign related) and the love teeth team could not help me quick enough. Fantastic experience: went to love teeth after not seeing a dentist in over 10 years due to fear from a pervious nhs dentist appointment gone wrong. was recommended love teeth , went in as i had chipped a tooth, and met dr sam cope and his assistant. ( both so lovely) told the staff i had a fear or dentists after my previous encounter, dentist sat down with me and listened to my fears and worries ect.. was so lovely and calming and polite and explained everything thoroughly. my teeth were in a bad way and my biggest fear was the judgement as i got alot of this from previous dentists. but with sam there was no judgement! we sorted out a dental plan to get my teeth all healthy. sam was constantly asking if i was okay and if i needed to stop during the appointment. and always checking in to make sure i could continue with the appointment, sam would put the tv on to distract me during the procedures . i’ve now had around 8 appointments with sam and i couldn’t be more happy with the service i received. just goes to show nhs dentist is free but lack of understanding fear in patients and lack of care i can say love teeth has definitely helped me in my fear and anxiety of the dentist, and im no longer scared of the dentists. and im very excited to continue my treatment in january. my teeth look and feel so much more better and healthy. absolutely love my new smile and i couldn’t be happier

Fantastic experience: My first time going to Love Teeth and it was amazing! I walked in and the reception was lovely and clean, tidy and smelt amazing. I was greeted by Tate who was lovely, bubbly and welcoming. She asked me how i was and i explained about a pain on my gum and she went outback and got me a sensodyn toothpaste. It is staff like that who go above and beyond to make your visit as good as it can be. The girl who i had my hygienist appointment with was also lovely and talked me through each step and made sure everything felt good. I am so happy with my results and will 100% come back!!

Fantastic experience: Just had my teeth cleaned at the Sutton branch and it’s soo pretty in here beautifully decorated and amazing staff! I arrived and the reception team Phoebe and Tate were so friendly and gave me a warm welcome and offered me a drink and seat! Simona was my hygienist and she was so patient with me, answered all my questions as it had been a while since I had attended a dentist and had a lot of fun sensitivity and inflammation! I booked the prophy clean and what I loved is that even when I got there they still confirmed with me if that was the treatment I was opting for so no upselling and talked me through the difference ms. The clean was soo gentle I actually checked my teeth to see if she had done them! Usually I find them awfully painful and avoid the dentist but this was so great I’m considering the dental plan and coming back in 6 months! My teeth look and feel better and the sensitivity I had before actually went away completely after! I would highly recommend! Also I booked the appointment the day before and was seen at 9am! No complaints from me, I’ll be looking to see what else they offer outside of dental care! Thank you xxx

Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental appointment with Dr. Cope, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! I had my old composite on my front tooth replaced with a new, bright white one. Dr. Cope and his team were amazing—so detailed and gentle, which really put me at ease throughout the whole process. The best part? I can finally smile confidently again! The new composite tooth looks fantastic, and I feel like a whole new person. If you're looking for a dentist who truly cares and makes you feel comfortable, I highly recommend Dr. Cope. Fantastic experience: Visited the hygienist Ruba yesterday and it was quite easily the best and most effective clean I’ve ever had. Ruba was quick friendly and very efficient (and far more pain free than I’ve had at my previous dentist) in spite of the work she had to put in on restoring my smile - and I came out with noticeably whiter, absolutely sparkly totally clean teeth! Even hubby noticed (and he wouldn’t normally notice if I lost an arm) It really is hygiene at the next level. Thanks Ruba!! I will be back.

Fantastic experience: I've been to this place several times, I was lucky I got Karoline as my doctor: she saved be from a very strong toothache, it wasn't even obvious the pain was coming from a tooth, my whole jaw and neck was hurting. GP was saying it's a muscle spasm. Karoline listened to me, checked this and that and fixed me :) she did my crowns too, just as white as I wanted them. Karoline is the best! And she is so soft with my son that he thinks dentist is an easy thing :)

Negative experience: Love dental practice WAS great years ago but last three times I was there it was awful! I will not go back. It seems that they are only interested in making money and don’t care about their patients. I will find a different practice. And I wouldn’t recommend it!

Negative experience: Worst service i have ever had with Caroline Daoud! Ll never go back again.I was on way to lose my life ,becouse of her .Not professional service not giving a diagnosis and trying to take more money.She did not know what to do .Extremely unsure of her abilities and doesn't know what to do,she could kill me .I had to go to another specialist surgeon who saved my tooth and my life,becouse of 7 days continue infection.

Fantastic experience: Great service from love teeth, always friendly, polite and professional. The dentist's are skilled, knowledgeable and very accommodating to nervous patients. Plus as a bonus the practice has the look and feel of a luxury spa so you start to feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door. I’m having Invisalign and the progress my teeth have made in such a short time is amazing. They have gone from yellow stained and very crooked to almost straight and white. I’m confident that once the treatment plan is completed I will have a complete new look and be able to smile confidently. This branch is really easy to get to with its town centre location. Parking is easy as it’s a minutes walk from a large and free to use Morrisons car park.
