Sorted my top dentures for me,they now fit lovely all because she took the time to get them right. I had to go back 3 or 4 times for fittings, but I didn't mind because of the service they provide. So I want to say a big thank you to all the staff,I really appreciate everything you've done for me.

Fantastic experience: Dental staff and service are great. However getting through to them on the phone is proving to be a nightmare lately. I need some emergency work doing. I finally got through after 35 attempts. Only to be told I'd have to call back tomorrow as all appointments have gone. OK, I called back today. Got through on first attempt. BUT. After selecting option 1 to "carry on waiting". I have now been listening to their offers, types of treatment and methods of payments for 28 minutes. Finally got through I mentioned this. Was told it was the system they use. And they can't do anything about it. I really think that they should get rid of that system and go back to the old fashioned "engaged when busy". Rather than a system that is purely a promotional tool. 28 minutes on hold? That's excessive by any standards. Looks like they've sorted out the phones. Staff and treatment great. Will up-grade the rating I gave. They deserve a 5.

Seen people recently saying they've just registered so I rang and they said they aren't taking any on I'm desperate for NHS treatment as well think I agree with the below comment if it's too complex they don't want to deal with it as I sent photos disgusting NHS dentists clearly don't want to see people if treatment seems to expensive as they want you to go private money money money will be taking it further

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist since it opened and up until now, the previous dentist did nothing. In the past couple of years having Margaret as my dentist, she has been amazing, she puts me at ease, explains everything she is going to do and continually asks if I am ok. I can remember the first time she asked when my teeth were cleaned by a dentist, my reply was never until now. For anyone who has a fear of dentists, she is the best. She is a credit to dentistry for you

Negative experience: I was referred to them as an emergency by NHS 111 in October 2024 but, despite sending them a photograph of the dental problems, two news stories being published in the local press and my MP getting involved, was ignored. Eventually they contacted me on 14 May 2025 (eight months later) offering the free emergency treatment that I'm current receiving from another local dentist on a fee-paying basis.

I'm lucky to find an NHS dentist less than 50 miles from my home and I'm glad it is this practice. My autistic daughter feels comfortable with being seen here, which is rare for her. That alone shows how good they are.

Fantastic experience: The pre-appointment contacts were good and form completion easy but somewhat tedious as the form was on record at the practice and can be amended/ checked there. That said the admin staff were most polite and efficient, so too the dentist and assistant. A very satisfied customer so thank you all very much.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice since they opened and had various dentists but my current dentist, Afroditi Fialova, is wonderful. The best dentist I have ever had and I am 76 years old and have been through quite a lot of them in my time. She is patient and explains everything. I would recommend her to anyone, but particularly those who, like me, are terrified!

Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth extracted today with Margaret, I was so anxious as I’ve only had one done before and had to have sedation because of my fear of needles in mouth , the tooth today I needed out there and then because of pain , Margaret spoke to me through the whole procedure and I was saying I’m so nervous about hearing the tooth being pulled and bless her heart she sang while doing it , she’s an absolute blessing and I left feeling so much better Thankyou again
