Fantastic experience: I am writing this review as a parent of the patients who are under 18. Both of my daughters are looked after by Jelena and she has been brilliant with them from the start! She always make sure she uses their names to greet them, and not mixing up their names. I could see she puts effort into this. (This comes from a mum who constantly mixing names up at home) Jelena is efficient and confident and this makes us feel reassured. She always explained the procedure to us ahead of time. Both of our daughters had teeth taken out by Jelena at the beginning of being her patients and they are still happy to see her for check ups. This is a true testament of how amazing Jelena is! Our daughter are very lucky to have Jelena as their dentist. Thank you very much!
Fantastic experience: One of the best dentists in Kent. I was always terrified of the dentist but not anymore. This team are highly professional amd experienced. The standard of treatment was 10/10, the procedure was completely pain free and the results were fantastic. Cant recommend them enough

Fantastic experience: After Covid and a house move, I was always hesitant to go back to a dentist knowing the impending work that would need to be done, so I put it off, that was until moving close to and being recommended Stradbrook. While I did have quite a lot of work to be done, my dentist Jelena and dental nurse Vicky have made it as pleasant as I could hope for, good conversation, constant compassion and a clean and professional setting make it as great an experience as could be hoped for. While I hopefully won't have any more work to be done, I know I'm in good hands if I do.

Negative experience: Terrible place, my special needs daughter was pushed from one dentist to another, no empathy or care, she refuses to go back, even on raising my dissatisfaction they still didn’t care

Negative experience: Ridiculously overpriced, and they seem to just rush through the appointment which led to the dentist not telling me about 2 fillings I needed to have done, despite me paying for X-rays. Have since moved to a different dentist and for 1/2 the price, I’m getting proper treatment and respect.

Fantastic experience: After a lifetime of dental fear ( I’m age 75 ) I finally plucked up a grain of courage to visit Stradbrook with a bad tooth. Absolutely terrified I met with Jelena and together with her wonderful assistant they somehow managed to stop all the shaking and near fainting to proceed with the treatment. Positive experience: The reception team, dentist and dental nurse were all warm, friendly, professional and efficient. The practise was clean and modern with lots of information accessible about what treatments are available there. I particularly appreciated the dental nurse checking I was ok throughout my procedure (wisdom tooth extraction) and the dentist explaining what to expect as he went along. I probably could score Stradbrook full marks if I wasn't still experiencing some of the swelling and pain I was, in fairness, warned about.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous experience end to end. Had been in pain with a tooth that needed extracting and was infected. After having inquired with a dozen different dentists around Kent, I came across Wendy at Stradbrook and I’m so glad I did. The team, and in particular Wendy was nothing short of fabulous. Supportive, understanding and deeply caring for the needs of patients. I was able to get a check in 2 days after my call and the extraction booked in with a dentist. More so than that, I was able to get the treatment via referral on the NHS which I really appreciated. I was initially seen by Jelena, who was super nice and made the experience lovely. My extraction was booked with Ravi who was clinically precise, and just an expert at what he does. I was in and out of the chair in about 5 minutes. Honestly team, well done! Fantastic experience: I had dental surgery on Tuesday 30th in preparation for an implant in 3 months' time and Mr Mark Haswell my surgeon, was thorough and kept me informed of the procedure at each stage of the operation. I was also given a sheet of the postoperative care of the mouth instructions. I was very happy with the operation carried out by Mr Haswell and his dental nurse. The next day the dental nurse called me to see how I was. I am now continuing to make good progress each day.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from start to finish. I currently have a mobility issue but need to see a dentist asap. When I arrived at the practice the receptionist made sure I was ok and did not have to try and get myself up the stairs. I have to say 10 out of 10 on this visit.

Negative experience: I've been treated far more kindly as an adult at other dental practices than I was as a child / teenager at Stradbrook. A filling I had done here in the past had to be fixed by my current dentist as it had been executed poorly.

Negative experience: My visit, though proffessional, seemed rushed to me. I felt like everyone wanted to wrap up and go home for the holidays. I also feel my exraction was not performed very well and am still in significant pain with exposed bone 7 days after my treatment.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this surgery. I have a very anxious 6 year old who needed some work done last week and Dr Jelena was fantastic with him. She made him feel in control, took her time to explain things and worked quickly and efficiently. She also was brilliant with my 4 year old for his first check. The lady on the phone (Helen) who arranged the appointments was also amazing, she took lots of information and recommended Dr Jelena.

Fantastic experience: I was due to have two teeth extracted and was very apprehensive. My wife brought me to the practice and we were greeted by a very friendly helpful receptionist, who asked us to fill in the consent form. We waited 5 minutes and I was called through by the dental assistant and led to the treatment room. The dental surgeon settled me in the chair and explained the procedure simply and calmly. He made no fuss, which was how I needed to be dealt with! The surgery lasted 20 minutes as anticipated and was successful. He stitched up the two wounds and helped staunch any bleeding by getting me to bite on a wedge of gauze. He gave me clear instructions as to how to care for the sockets, also a handout out to reinforce them. We paused a few moments in the waiting room to allow me to recover. The receptionist wished us well as we left. The day after, I am feeling okay and not experiencing any major pain. Testimony to the skill of the surgeon and his assistant. If anyone has to undergo this procedure, I would certainly recommend the Stradbrook team.

Fantastic experience: Just come back from stradbrook with a very happy 7 year old! we both panicked when her front baby tooth was bleeding profusely and ran straight to them in time for closing.
