They are all so welcoming and caring, something that is very important to me. They also explain to me everything they do and why they do it so I don't feel like I'm being charged for somwthing I dont actually need. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Recently joined Charlton dentist, I recently had root canal filling, whitening,deep clean and having some cosmetic work done to front teeth. After having treatment locally in two other dental practices which I never felt confident enough to proceed with the dental work I needed, I found Charlton!! Receptionist very friendly, the dentists are very professional, equipment very clean, very informative, tad pricey but you pay for what you get ! I have been very pleased with the service I have had so far and look forward to the rest of my treatment . If your looking for a new dentist, and want good quality and service, I highly recommend Charlton dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I have taken an appointment for my spouse’s dental checkup. The staff were very friendly and the doc Neha was very helpful in making us understand the current situation and helped us in a very constructive way with the treatment plan by taking an X-ray of the teeth. The overall experience is quite good. I would highly recommend the clinic for dental checkup’s.

Fantastic experience: Saw the same day, Very undersrtanding of road closures got there a bit late. I am so far very impressed how they helped with the pain effectively and made a plan. On to the next appointment, helpful reception, not anything to fault and would recommend.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Charlton dental are incredibly friendly and helpful. I am quite a nervous patient and my dentist Swati has been amazing since I came to the practice couple years ago. She is so calm and understanding, she has helped me feel more relaxed every time I visit. She has also started seeing my 18month old daughter as patient and whilst my daughter is very shy, Swati is so gentle and reassuring to her. Claire the receptionist and the team are very helpful in sorting out appointments to fit in around my work and childcare.

Fantastic experience: Very good dental practise, squeezed me in for an emergency appointment, then followed me up for the rest of the treatment very kind team, Dr Neha took exceptional care of me aswell as nurse Elsie and Claire on reception always with a warm welcome. Very good practice

Fantastic experience: I came across this dentist by chance on google and I’m glad I made the right decision. The booking process was very easy. I was a bit late arriving to my appointment but Claire was very understanding, which I appreciated. Dr Neha is great at her job, she took her time to explain everything and reassured me that I was getting the best treatments. I was quite tense as I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 10 years but I’m really happy with my experience.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment at my dentist’s office and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service I received from both the doctor and the secretary. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The secretary was incredibly polite, professional, and efficient, she greeted me with a smile, quickly handled my paperwork, and made the check-in process seamless. Her calm demeanour instantly put me at ease. The dentist was equally outstanding. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the procedures clearly, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The care was not only gentle but also meticulous, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. What stood out the most was the genuine concern for my comfort and well-being. Fantastic experience: Ash was amazing, she went more than the extra mile to ensure my elderly parents were safe, knew exactly what treatment they needed (and explained it to me). She worked longer hours than expected to get the work completed and without any sense of hurry. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful too... truly a great experience!

The whole team has made my fear of going to the dentist non existent. I no longer have any qualms about visiting Charlton Dental as they are all extremely professional.

Fantastic experience: So glad we were directed to this practice! I had an emergency and was told there was a spot open. The staff explained everything to me and kept me calm through the pain of extraction. Decided to make them my primary dental practice and they've seen my teeth through major events: wedding, pregnancy, and postpartum. I learned things during the latter two that have kept my teeth healthy through the transitions. Can't recommend enough!! Lovely staff that always makes me smile, coming and going.

Fantastic experience: Emergency appointment for a cracked tooth, couldn’t be more helpful, did everything they could to make me comfortable, ended up having an extraction. Wasn’t the cheapest but for a first experience it didn’t put me off future visits, great team of dentists and super friendly receptionist.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dental Care, caring and thorough well worth using Chatlton Dental Practice Patchway Bristol. I made a emergency appointment today (Saturday) and was seen within the hour. Claire on reception was so helpful and got me in straight away. DEV the Surgeon was so kind and supportive along with Tee the dental Nurse. I usually see Ashmitha for my treatment and she is so good i followed her from my previous practice. 10 out of 10 for everything at charlton Dental and would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Ash and the whole team are literally angels here not just take care of your teeth at the highest professional level possible, but also to change your life! I’m 100% I’m alive because of them right now, I went in there a wreck on the verge of giving up everything in terrible pain, but Dr. Ash very quickly became one of the people I trust most in this entire world! She gave me hope, inspired me to keep going and with each session she is making me a woman I’m becoming so proud of! She doesn’t realise this fully but she’s my role model from the moment when I met her and I’m sure it’s the same for many of her patients! It’s not easy to be this incredibly good! Fantastic experience: I must admit I hadnt been to the dentist for a very... Very long time and then I started getting painful teeth. I was very nervous about booking an appointment due to dental horror stories my delightful family have told me in the past. I put my big girl pants on and made my enquiries. My initial check up with Ash was great she put my mind at ease right away and checked out my teeth, unfortunately I needed to have fillings but no problem to book the next appointment. Fillings all done now and I can not fault Ash, she is brilliant! I'm so happy to have found such a kind and caring dentist

Fantastic experience: I've been twice now always from a warm welcome from Clare on reception, dentist Ash and her trainee Elsie are both very professional and friendly. First trip was an initial check and a few x-rays. 2nd was a clean and polish. Both quick and painless, first time paying for my own dental work so no comparison but seemed reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Although I was aprehensive of booking an initial consultation after trying for NHS dentistry in Bristol. I must conclude that I was presented with an initial appointment on a Saturday and a full treatment plan was provided with costs and time frame. The practice is run professionally with all staff both friendly and accommodating with further Saturday appointments. My dentist (Ashmitha) and dental nurse put me at ease throughout each appointment and I can highly recommend the practice, thankyou. James Morris

Negative experience: Booked in for a teeth cleaning, they were 20 minutes late and didn’t seem to notice until i pointed it out. Cleaning was rushed and not done properly, the full 30 minute appointment was not utilised, when i rang to say i was not happy i was told i would receive a call back to which i never did. Definitely would not return or recommend and not worth the £80!

Fantastic experience: First time going here and Ash was lovely, I'm very nervous but she spoke and calmed me, letting me know exactly what was being done and what future treatment is needed. There was no over giving advice or telling me how bad my teeth are, just reassurance and helpful advice. Highly recommend her, especially if like me your nervous of dentists.

Fantastic experience: As a side effect of medication, I have needed multiple extractions. I told Ash about my phobia of needles and she is ever so comforting and reassuring. If the dentists' equivalent to a doctor's bedside manner is a 'chairside manner' then Ash has it to perfection.

Negative experience: I have been there for a while now paying check ups and Xrays and clean ups for me, my husband and my 2 children. Just in March was my last xrays, check up and clean up. Went to my country of origin to do a whotening and they found cavities, this was in May. I cannot trust them anymore. This is outrageous .

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dental practice. Always a friendly greeting from the receptionist. I've known Ash for a number of years, previously when she was at an NHS Practice. Ash left to set-up Charlton Dental, I remained at the old practice, but then the practice no longer did NHS treatment. I left that practice and joined Charlton. At first I had dental insurance but scrapped that as it was cheaper to just pay for any treatment. Ash is very friendly, and explains all processes and prices. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Charlton Dental.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I've ever had. I had ash for a dental implant after losing my tooth to poor dentists years ago. The procedure went completely smoothly! Haven't needed any paracetamol, a little bit of swelling but completely manageable. A detailed, informative list of what to do after the procedure was provided to me as well as followup calls with ash which allowed me to ask extra questions. Overall really impressed with Charlton dental! 10/10 and currently recommending to friends.

Fantastic experience: The care and treatment i have received here are amazing. Have suffered from Dentist PTSD, several procedures done in my early twenties left me unable to be within 100 meters of a dentist, not joking. The staff and doctor, Ashmita, here were absolutely incredible and patience with me. Not only did they boost my confidence and took their time with me, but after 3 visits i got a dental implant, something i never thought in my life i would ever be able to have, among other treatments. The doctor worked with me on a dental treatment plan suitable to my needs, as you can imagine i had a lot of issues not having visited a dentist for more than a decade, and the price was not bad considering all the work i needed to have, cavities, implant, cleaning etc. They went above and beyond to schedule my appointments in such a way my work was not affected, a service i could not find elsewhere. They are friendly and professional. Additionally the office is extremely clean and well equipped and they are able to offer a multitude of services. I highly recommend this place for anyone who either has a phobia like me or is just looking to find a capable and professional dentist.

Negative experience: Worst practice ever . Phoned and booked an extraction . Used my holiday to be able to attend and when I arrived was booked for a check up only . Not mentioning that was 2' time when happened. Hope none is using this practice as they are just reaping people off.

Fantastic experience: I Have been scared of dental treatment for as long as I can remember. My dentist Ash has always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She has always been great with treatment, explaining what would be done/how and itemising bills and making it so I can control the financial side of my treatment. I would recommend this practice to anyone in need of dental care

Positive experience: Very considerate. Need to make sure that prices are shared and itemised bills are provided, especially when requested. There have been occasions when an itemised bill has been agreed to be sent but not received.

Fantastic experience: It started in January. I had a broken wisdom lower tooth and I was in excruciating pain. I fortunately got an appointment on emergency basis where root dressing was done to get temporary relief. It helped me a lot. However that tooth had to be extracted for which I got an appointment on the 15th of February 2024. It was a surgical extraction and hence I was extremely nervous. That was my first encounter with dentists, dental surgeons. I was anxious. However, everyone there at the clinic made me very comfortable. The entire staff is extremely friendly and the dental surgeon was an expert. I highly recommend Charlton Dental clinic at patchway, Bristol.

They have managed to stop me dreading my dental visits and try their hardest to provide a painless experience. Best dentist surgery I've been to!

Fantastic experience: Attended for deep cleaning with airflow and front left canine white filling, and I left so much happier than expected! I was expecting for my tooth to not appear so bad but in fact it looks like a brand new tooth which I wasn't expecting at all. A massive thanks to Swati & Yan! Fantastic experience: Great first experience at Charlton. I took my 11 year old son for his first check up at a dentist in 2 years ( our previous clinic had their nhs dentists leave). The dentist we saw was great with my son, who was a little nervous. If like many you can’t find an nhs dentist I recommend registering as a patient at Charlton. Even though it’s private my sons check up on cost £15.

Fantastic experience: After not having a good experience at a previous dentist, I was very sceptical, hesitant and anxiety ridden with visiting a new place, however; they were all so welcoming and understanding and never pressured me into receiving any treatment and went through every step in great detail. From the receptionist through to the dental teams they are all so lovely and reassuring. Definitely recommend this dentist to anyone who is nervous about visiting the dentist. A fab team!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing!!!!! I lost my dentist of 30 years in lockdown, I broke my front tooth which was my worst nightmare! Charlton dentist was so welcoming & understanding, they managed to fit me in on a emergency appointment the same day, the receptionist was so lovely & made me feel at ease, ash the dentist was amazing & within a week of treatment it’s all done & couldn’t be happier!! Thankyou so much all of you, you are very much appreciated & would definitely recommend.❤️

Fantastic experience: Really nice and friendly staff. Ash is an amazing dentist. I was alway scared of dentists since I was a child and was feeling very nervous before each appointment. Since I go to Charlton Hayes dental I no longer have those feelings. Ash had to fix several of my old fillings and it was perfectly fine, no pain during or after, I can't be happier with the care I am getting from them.

Fantastic experience: I first visited Joana back in February when I broke my front tooth, she rebuilt it and did a great job. Following this I decided to visit again for a filling, the procedure was completely painless and you cannot even tell there’s a filling there
