Frances talked me through the process, gave me something to fiddle with and even put on an audiobook as a distraction for me. She talked me through each step as she was doing it. Even better, my filling is such a good match for my tooth that I can’t even see it!

James was Fantastic and proved that the previous dentist was either incompetent or plain fraudulent. This visit was a 6 month check up and clean, and all was good. Also no charge as I am on their scheme.

The dental teams I have experienced put me at ease and make time at the beginning of the appointment to ask how you are before starting the treatment, coming across as genuinely interested.
