Fantastic experience: Spent a lot of time here recently in the company of the lovely Dr Arwa. A caring and supportive consultant (and her team), giving me every consideration during my near three hour procedure and subsequent follow up visits. I highly recommend her and the dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this practice for over 30 years and the team have always been fantastic. Over the past few months, I have had Invisalign treatment with Dr Vinesh Patel. He is an excellent dentist, explained everything clearly and I am really pleased with the result. I would highly recommend Hayes Dental and in particular Dr Patel to anybody looking for a dentist or considering treatment with Invisalign.

Fantastic experience: We feel extremely lucky to have found Mr Nalin. He was absolutely amazing with my 10-year-old daughter. In just half an hour, he managed to complete six fillings quickly, calmly, and beautifully. Anyone who’s ever taken a child to the dentist knows how difficult it can be, but he made it look effortless. He also fixed a small imperfection on her front tooth and the result is flawless her smile looks beautiful. Mr Nalin is a true gem in this area professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. We are so happy with the care he provided and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: In total had approx appointments with them. I moved to a different dentist as on a number of occasions they failed to give me advice on erosions on my teeth that were obvious. They didn't mention them. Lack of attention to detail.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Hayes Dental Specialists by family and I was not disappointed. Having been abroad for a few years, I was anxious about the health of my teeth and gums. Dr Patel explained everything very clearly and was reassuring about the state of my teeth/gums. He also explained the options I had for a potential issue and I was able to have time to think and make up my mind. I’m really pleased with the care I received at HDS and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Hates Dental Surgery for the past 10 years and I have always received excellent treatment and care from the specialists. I have been particularly pleased with their hygienist service and my dental check ups. Recently I also received a filling replacement by Dr Vinesh Patel which was done swiftly and painlessly. I did not have any strong sensitivity after the treatment as well. I recommend the practice as the dental treatments provided are excellent and trustworthy!

Fantastic experience: I would fully recommend Vinesh + his team at Hayes Dental. I have always been nervous of dentists having had a bad experience when I was young, however I needed to have a tooth removed and a dental implant placed. Vinesh and his team were recommended to me by a friend and they are excellent! They were kind and caring throughout the whole process ensuring I was comfortable with it all every step of the way - taking time to reassure me or explain the process (however many questions I asked!). The result is a shiny new impant, which looks great and has been pain-free ever since. I would 100% recommend if you're nervous about dentists (or if your not!), as they balance the professionalism with care + kindness.

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth on Wednesday and was offered an appointment that afternoon! Unfortunately I was not able to go so I was offered another the following morning. I saw Dr Nalin Karunaratne who was very informative and efficient. He and his assistant were so attentive which made my visit almost enjoyable!

Previous dental work had to be carried out under GA We were recommended this practise and they have been brilliant with my daughter. We booked the treatment and sedation and i was amazed that it went so well. All staff were calming and gave her confidence. Looked after her impeccably Highly recommend this practise. Fantastic experience: Great hygienist and dentist practice. I have been seeing Nicole for my hygienist appointment for over 7 years she’s brilliant and highly recommend. Nicole is great for nervous patients and I always walk away with the cleanest teeth.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a check up and needed a replacement filling. This was undertaken by Dr Vanesh Patel who was very thorough and professional. I have a severe gagging condition, which requires me to take frequent breaks from opening my mouth, and Dr Patel was very understanding and patient with me.

Fantastic experience: This is has top be the best practice by far. It goes from strength to strength. I would particularly like to thank Nalin Karunaratne who was beyond superb. Nalin managed to combine expertise, warmth, friendliness, advice and above all respect for the patient. One word summed this all up "Wow". Nalin is beyond the normal superb and the type of professional you would travel a 100 miles to see. Who would had thought going to the dentist would be an enjoyable occasion. Fantastic experience: This is my local dentists practice and I have been going here for some time. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I see Dr Kunal Datta for my regular checkups. He also recently fitted a crown and the result is excellent. As always, Kunal explained things clearly so I knew what to expect.

Fantastic experience: This is my go to dentist. Best I've ever been to. The care they take with patients where you actually feel like a human being rather than a number on a conveyor belt is refreshing and genuine. There dedication and hard work makes them a top flight dental practice. They always have time and patience for me as an autistic adult and I feel truly calm and at ease in their care.

Fantastic experience: The Hayes Dental Specialists clinic is my local dentist. I am not blessed with naturally strong teeth, and have had a fair amount work done here over the years. The clinic is well run and the staff are helpful and cherry. A couple of years ago I was introduced to Dr Kunal after the failure of a crown. Dr Kunal did the initial assessment, set out the options and we agreed on a treatment plan. Dr Kunal’s care and attention has been exemplary throughout. When a complication arouse half way through the treatment – failure of a second crown - a new plan was discussed, options and risks presented and discussed and new plan agreed. No drama, just total professionalism and clarity. The change of plan occurred at a point when orders had already been placed with external parties for the next stage of the original plan. Orders were changed before I was out of the chair. The following week I was back at the clinic and the new plan put into action. My treatment plan completed about 6 months ago. I could not wish for a better end-result or a better experience overall. I’m very grateful to Dr Kunal, his team and the clinic. High quality care.

Fantastic experience: I would like to recommend Nicole. She has been my hygienist over the past few years. She is always friendly and communicates what she is doing at all times. She gives thorough advice on maintaining my teeth and gums long term, together with suitable products to use.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Hayes Dental Specialists for a few years now, since having a number of dental implants and other work carried out during and post COVID. Nicole, my hygienist, has been excellent during my time with the surgery. I highly recommend Nicole if you are considering a change in dental hygienist. Equally, I can honestly say that all the staff at Hayes are pleasure to deal with. My dental surgeon Wissam is so patient and understanding it would be remiss not to thank him in personally this review.

I booked an emergency appointment and the receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Also the charge is reasonable. I don’t have dental insurance but still go for Peivate because they have better service and quicker appointment. Highly recommend them!

Over the last 6 months or so, I’ve had Invisalign treatment from Dr Ravi Desai. Always putting you at ease, and being very thorough in his works. I’ve had a couple of issues with my wisdom teeth and he’s been so quick and diligent in his treatment. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Hayes Dental Practice is my regular dentist, and following on from a toothache, it became apparent after root canal work that I would need a tooth removed, the nerve having died. Investigation showed that my action of choice (an implant) required specialised treatment in the form of a sinus lift. My experience of the procedure throughout was well handled. My only issue is the cost of the procedure, but this would doubtless be the same at any other dentist. Overall, I am very happy with the staff professionalism and attention to detail. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: An implant is not the nicest journey to go on, but Dr Kunal Datta & his team were excellent through out the process.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years. The practice went through a turbulent period when first acquired by the Portman Group about five years ago with many of the original team of dentists and reception staff leaving. Substantial investment has been made by the new owners and the staffing seems to have settled down with specialists now working at the practice (root canal treatment and complex extractions) which means that patients no longer have to go to another practice/ hospital for more complex procedures. Excellent care from Dr Vinesh Patel on the last two visits.

I had some serious dental issues and a genuine anxiety of going to the dentist and fear of being judged. The reception staff are so lovely, not a single moment of judgement, only compassion and help. Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to a dentist in an embarrassingly long time, I was very nervous about my visit but Dr Vinesh Patel was very reassuring and took the time to ensure I was comfortable. He's awesome, a really nice personable guy. I had a problem with a wisdom tooth and he was able to extract it there and then, no fuss, first visit. We then arranged to have a full checkup and work out a treatment plan for some of my other issues, all taken care of over the course of a few weeks and honestly my teeth have never felt better. My experience at Hayes Dental was great, very welcoming people that understand how to reassure a nervous person. Their communication regarding treatment options and ongoing maintenance was fantastic and I would recommend this team to anyone and everyone.

I had an implant completed which was carried out with care and skill. I recently had a bonding done on a chipped tooth and they did a great job. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient with many health issues and a fear of Dental treatment, I have not been to a Dentist for some time I have to admit. I want to thank Nalin my appointed Dentist, his Dental Nurse and the Reception staff for putting me at ease, they were kind, caring, knowledgable, polite, patient, thorough and quick in treating me and very professional. Negative experience: My experience at Hayes dental was awful. 1st off I went there for a consultation with the orthodontist. Very rude, I paid 60£ for a consultation that was rushed, and I felt even the dentist did not want to see me as client. Ok. I was refereed to another dentist for composite bonding. He was very nice and polite. He did my composite bonding on my 2 front teeth. I thought that’s what I paid for. All I wanted to do was close a gap in between my 2 front teeth. My bonding initially was quoted 850£ at the end I was charged 890£. Which I was unhappy about but thought I had made a confusion about the price. Bonding done, it broke within a month, I went back it was redone somewhat!!! I look like Dumb and dummer. I hate my over priced bonding. I work in a cosmetic injection clinic, I’m very conscious about bad , crooked teeth now. Don’t waste your money and time!

Fantastic experience: Received same day appointment when in pain. Everyone is friendly and my problem was sorted out with the aid of a special full range X-ray machine which identified my problem tooth. Anne was meticulous, gentle and extracted a back tooth which was not the easiest with skill. The hygienist I saw on the Sunday is a brilliant hygienist and above all pain free.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very friendly, from the Receptionist to the Dental Specialists. I’m always able to get an appointment when I need one and the Dentists are extremely knowledgeable in all the treatments I have had.

Negative experience: I Had a very sharp pain with my wisdom tooth. Made an appointment, asked for price, have been told that will have extraction the same day. What did I get? Different price for consultation and x ray. Have been told that I got massive infection, that we shouldn’t remove the tooth, we should wash it out first, next time I should come and we will cut the top. And if I will still want tooth extraction they’ll make an appointment in month and a half at the hospital. I went to two different practice, where doctors said that there is no reason to keep the tooth, had it extracted yesterday by dentist (not a surgeon). Sorry if the doctors in this practice followed the procedure to pull out money from people or weren’t qualified enough to extract my tooth. But I didn’t have nice experience here.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased. I was in pain, people reacted immediately, and I was admitted and treated with medicine as soon as possible. During the manipulation, the doctor was very careful. A kind and polite person. He explained all possible options to me in advance. He did the best for me.

Fantastic experience: I got registered at Hayes Dental Specialist less than a year ago, after visiting my previous dental surgery for years. I attended following an exceptional recommendation from my son. I have always been impressed with the level of service I receive. Staff are very polite, however, my dentist Dr Kunal Datta has always delivered an outstanding level of care to myself. He never fails to explain any procedure he will perform and always ensures that I understand and give permission before carry out the procedure. I find him to be very patient and professional and without a doubt I recommend him 100%. Throughout my treatment, he worked very closely with Candice, who always has a smile on her face, and always there to give a calming, reassuring word. Following my implant, I was able to smile again, simple because of the care I had from Dr Datta and Candice. I recommend them 100% and can only say, you will never be disappointed. Standards are exceptionally high, infection control is 100%. First class service. Please arrange a visit and experience this for yourself. You would NEVER be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I'm one of those people who have an irrational fear of dentists, so much so, I haven't been for years... I was so surprised at how understanding both the dentist and hygienist were. Luckily, not requiring any work and just a clean, the hygienist took things really slowly and even used a different technique to reduce the chance of triggering any pain, as I also have hyper sensitive teeth. It wasn't an issue at all. I thoroughly recommend Hayes dental. If you're nervous, let them know and they'll help you throught it... Next check up booked!
