Fantastic experience: Today my son had his fixed braces applied by the lovely Dr Anna and Rose. Throughout the whole process Dr Anna told Harley step by step what was happening&when finished she advised him how to safely eat ect so no damaged will be cause to his braces. Rose then provided Harley with a pack and explained the best was to keep the braces clean&also his gums healthy.I am super confident and happy with the service provided for my son..the receptionist (especially Lisa) have also been amazing in providing me with later in the day appointments due to work. We are really happy with the service so far&cannot wait to see Harley’s lovely teggies in the end,thanks so much girlies xxx

Fantastic experience: I approached the Dental Suite Loughborough after hearing great reviews online and by word of mouth as I was looking for a great cosmetic dentist to replace an old bridge and veneers which I had done initially at the London Smile Clinic. From my first appointment with Dr Kiren Johal and all the amazingly friendly staff there, I could tell I was in the best hands. Kiren’s attention to detail is unmatched which is evident in the final aesthetics. I couldn’t be happier with the results that have totally exceeded my expectations which were already pretty high. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending anyone to visit the Dental Suite and see Kiren as they wouldn’t be disappointed, far from it as my prior bridge was great but this one is next level!

I have been coming here for 8 years now and have always had a pleasant and comfortable experience. Very calm environment to be in always feel relaxed when Im having any treatment. Fantastic experience: I had a root canal done at my usual dentist which unfortunately failed, I was recommended an extraction. I decided to get a second opinion from the team at the Dental Suite. I was introduced to Vihesh and his colleague Claire who specialises in this area. He was incredibly knowledgeable, polite and answered all my questions clearly. He put together a treatment plan and successfully sorted my troublesome tooth. I have been pain free for over six months since the procedure. Thanks Vihesh and Claire! She obviously does the dental work well but is also very good at listening to my questions and taking the time to answer them well and in detail. She also discusses the processes and tries to make sure I am at ease and feel confident about the treatment I am about to receive.

Fantastic experience: My husband had an urgent appointment for root canal investigation. Appointment was with Vikesh ably assisted by Ella. He was extremely impressed with the quality of care and the treatment he received. This was followed by further treatment and a crown carried out by Kal (Dr Bohara) with excellent assistance from Gina. As always he received first class professional expertise combined with kind compassion.

Adam and the Dental Suite teams at Leicester and Loughborough have been exceptional in their care and are a credit to their profession. Fantastic experience: My teeth were in such a bad way, missing teeth, poorly fitting dentures, I knew I had to go private and the Dental Suite gave me what I needed. I was not a suitable candidate for implants, so I had to have dentures. Firstly I needed to visit the hygienist and Clare was amazing. The first time I sat in the chair, I cried my eyes out, I alway had fear of the dentist, but Clare reassured me and we got through the first appointment, the following appointments then got easier after each visit and now I can happily walk in and let Clare do her magic. Once my gums got to a healthy state, I was ready to meet Jamie, was a great guy, he’s chatty, patient and discussed my needs in great detail, giving me advice along the way. This wasn’t just have a mould taken and be given a denture, this is a precise process to give the best design and fit. I have now been left with a set of fully working teeth, which look very natural and have given me back my smile. A great job and I can highly recommend to anyone who has missing teeth, poor gums and most of all a deep seated fear of the dentist. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Dental Suite is a fantastic place to go to for all dental aspects. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with at all hours. The services which I had done from the hygienist to having dental implants fitted is at the highest standard and they provided great advice for keeping my teeth in perfect condition going forward. If you're looking to have dental implants fitted make sure you ask for Adam, who is a superior operator and his attention to detail from the initial planning through to the surgery and after care is second to none, whereby you won't be able to tell which teeth are the implants once fitted.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental practice and great staff. Been going here for a while now. I always had anxiety and panic attacks because I had very bad experience with dentist. But now I can't be happier they are so welcoming and friendly and calm u down. And from my experience Kam is the best hygiene ever cannot recommend enough. Fantastic experience: I have just come to the end of a years worth of treatment and what a journey it has been. The team at Dental Suite have been nothing short of amazing - professional , efficient , caring and clear with every single step of the process. I have had braces, teeth extractions, denture, and an implant - all of which have been done with with the utmost quality. Kal ( main dentist ) Anna ( braces ) and Jamie ( denture ) were amazing - always doing what was right for me and thoroughly guiding me through the process. There have been times when I have suffered pain - but seeing me at short notice was never a problem to ensure that things were all ok and offering me the reassurance I needed. Also very considerate that the front tooth was the main treatment area and never left me looking toothless ever! I cannot finish without saying that the girls in the practice are simply wonderful! I had most dealings with Tash and Lisa who are fabulous - very efficient and very personable! We had some lovely chats and Tash held my hand on a few occasions when the going got a bit tough! One of the things that will stick in my mind is how well the system works - each of the practices talking to each other and knowing exactly what's happening at every single part of the process. I had my implant put in on Friday and already Anna is making the retainer! I would HIGHLY recommend Dental Suite to anyone looking for a good dentist - I love them so much I've signed up for a dental plan and will be visiting for check ups and hygienist appointments on a regular basis! Fantastic experience: Fantastic with my children. Everyone is so kind and takes time to explain. Ana was most excellent when we went for an orthodontic appointment. Explained everything so well to my son and us. Thank you dental team.

Negative experience: First, I would like to clarify that I have not yet experienced full treatment from the dental suite and hence unable to comment on this aspect of the service. I however had my initial consultation and have been greatly let down by the misleading information (or the lack thereof) and feeling pushed to proceed with cost that isn't justified and believe it can benefit you who are considering to seek treatment as a new patient. My partner and I called in to book appointments and we were specific in that we are primarily seeking dental implant treatment whilst potentially being interested in moving over from our current dental care provider. We were told that we would be charged £93 each for the consultation by when we will know the exact breakdown of the costs to consider whether or not to proceed. The representative therefore booked us with the principal dentist who is also the implant specialist. On the day of the appointment we were taken for X ray first and the dentist immediately said that a CT scan (costing £150 each) would be required before he could understand more to give us a quote. I wasn't particularly pleased about this because this was not communicated to us at all during our appointment booking and hence I raised my question to the girl who was assisting. She informed me that we were in fact NOT booked for an implant appointment but general dentistry which triggered my further concern and the need to speak to the clinic manager. Upon speaking to the clinic manager who was trying to help (irrelevant details omitted from this engagement) I was reassured critically 1) the scan fee of £150 was included in the whole treatment plan, insinuating that this would be taken off in our later quote proposal and 2) the whole implant process would cost around 2k when I raised the point that the national average for single tooth implant is around £1700 to £2500, incl. London. Based on the above, I proceeded with the CT scan on the day and found out after that the single tooth implant will cost another £3400 of which £600 is for another appointment to 'closely assess where to place the implant' and £1100 for vaguely put high quality crown. *This information allegedly could not have been provided to me before the CT scan; the £150 CT scan not included in the fee proposal. To make matters worse, they openly market online that crown costs £600, which I can only presume is not of quality because the ‘high quality’ one apparently costs £1100. I am sharing my experience to hopefully resonate that many clinics nowadays are being opaque with their charges until a disclosure point of you having paid enough and gone through enough process that you feel that you have to proceed. The sales tactics overshadowed the care element. I did not envisage this to happen with the dental suite yet unfortunately that has been my experience and perception. There should be a clearer communication from the outset regarding the need for further scan for implants and I highly question and doubt the need & validity of £600 to further investigate where to place the implant following a scan after a scan. I also don't believe from my research that the proposed cost of £3400 plus £150 plus £93 justifies a single tooth implant. Thanks for you time in reading and I hope this provides help to you in seeking care at DS.

Fantastic experience: My first of many appointments. I am dental phobic, but was treated with dignity and respect and feel confident that all my issues are being dealt with in the best way.

Negative experience: Dentist was lovely but totally uninterested in sorting out the health concerns within my mouth (which I would have happily paid for) without me signing up for excruciatingly expensive cosmetic treatments. I am probably going to need/want implants, but I'll get them from a dentist who prioritises sorting out the immediate health concerns over hustling me into a room to sign up for cosmetic work. I felt like I paid £100 for a sales pitch. This experience is exactly why we need to prioritise and value our NHS.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of The Dental Suite for over 30 years and recently have had a Maryland Bridge and an extraction apart from many different treatments over the years. I have always found the service and professionalism of Kal and his team to be excellent and have complete trust in their clinical ability. I feel very lucky to receive such brilliant dental care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a really good experience with Dental Suite both at Nottingham and Loughborough, Kam, Natasha, Adam and the team have been great throughout. I had gum graft surgery and hygienist treatments. All went really well and I’m very happy with the survey outcome which was all managed quickly and efficiently. The hygienist treatment was the most comfortable I’ve ever had! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been using the dental suite for about 5 years now, having first had some orthodontic work done and now seeing them as my regular dentist. I have always found the team to be friendly & helpful, especially as I am quite nervous when visiting. Natasha & Kam who do my regular scale & polish are especially good as I used to go years without seeing the dental hygienist out of worry but they always help put me at ease :)

Fantastic experience: Apologies for the name, my son has taken over my account somehow. The Dental Suite is an amazing dental practise and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone. I have been through a programme of work here and my life has been changed! I had a horrible crown on my front tooth done by an NHS dentist and Kirin has fitted a new crown and veneer to my front teeth and the work is incredible. So much attention to detail and care is taken to ensure you have the very best outcome. Kirin and her assistant Claire are truly amazing and have given me my confidence back. I am so so pleased with all the work done here.

My last visit needed me to have many extractions, I was quite nervous, but Hussien and Rose made me feel so relaxed that I never noticed that they had done all the extractions , he did say he was good at taking teeth out on my last visit , he certainly was , thank you Hussien. Fantastic experience: Following the extraction of a large molar I had a dental implant. All this treatment was carried out by Adam Patel at the Loughborough and Nottingham clinics. Adam is a highly skilled dentist, his confidence enabled me to feel at ease during this intricate procedure. Kalise Carter and Natasha Mclintock were Adams support team and they listened carefully to everything he asked them to do performing quickly and proficiently.

Fantastic experience: I had a chipped front tooth only two days before leaving for a three week holiday. The Dental Suite offered me an 840 appointment with Rosie and Hussein Although it was only the a small chip I had the gun numbed and an injection which were almost painless ( I am terrified of dental pain after an unhappy childhood experience) and the small cavity was cleaned, filled and polished and I was ready to leave after only 20 minutes! Now I feel confident to go on holiday and am more than delighted to give the practice five stars!. Hussein was excellent. I had not met him before but all my experiences with the dental team in Loughborough have been equally thorough and good I recommend them Rosie Featherstone y

Fantastic experience: Had my first assessment appointment today after being with another practice for 30 years. A truly lovely experience. The practice is modern well staffed and offers a huge range of dental services. Hussien, my new dentist..was friendly relaxed and very professional .. conducted a thorough examination and took some x rays .. I had a full assessment and he talked me through my Options clearly but with absolutely no pressure just good advice and guidance. Rosie the attending assistant then took me to a private consultation room to talk me through cost options and answer any questions.. very friendly and clear again with no pressure at all. Overall it was a great first experience .. and I feel very comfortable in my new dental home ! Lastly a quick shout out to the lovely Lisa on reception .. who gave me my goody bag .. which whilst I am 55 . Made me feel about 10 although now far less scared of my dentist :-)

Fantastic experience: The level of care and understanding has been amazing. I had a emergency appointment after getting severe toothache. I felt I had had the best check up I’d ever had at that fist initial appointment. I then had to have 2 teeth extracted with Kal, Kalise and Lisa. Fantastic experience: The staff were warming and welcoming upon arrival, they are all very polite and reassuring when I was feeling nervous. Gina was super helpful on finding me an appointment and Dr Ahmed looked after me to his best ability, after visiting 2 dentists this week previous to this appointment where I felt neglected, it was nice to feel valued and actually looked after. Fantastic experience: Although I am only half way through my treatment at The Dental Suite Loughborough I wanted to leave a review of my experience so far. From my very first consultation I have been cared for and treated by an amazingly caring team. Nothing is too much trouble and no question silly for this wonderful team. They explained exactly what they were going to do and took the time to listen to my fears, reassuring me and checking that I was ok during the extraction of 8 teeth ( I didn't feel a thing ) Even though I've still got more treatment in the New Year I can smile now with confidence, something I haven't done for all my adult life. Wishing all the team a very merry Christmas, see you in the New Year REVIEW UPDATE It has been 6 months since my last review and now my treatment is complete I thought I would share my experience. I don't usually give a 5 star ⭐️ review unless in my opinion they have provided a 5 star service. There is absolutely nothing that I can say is a negative. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always warmly welcoming and happy to help with any questions or concerns. And as for the treatment itself - 10 stars I couldn't be any more pleased, thank you Jamie for giving me my smile back My confidence has grown and I can smile without feeling conscious. Fantastic experience: I wasn’t registered with the Dental Suite (I am now!!) when they assisted me with some urgent treatment but the treatment I received was fantastic. I had two fillings, performed by Hussain and very well assisted by Gina. Throughout, they put me at my ease, I didn’t feel a thing, they were constantly asking me how I was feeling and the end results were fantastic. Thank you Hussain, Gina and the ever helpful Lisa on reception!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic customer service and experience. I cannot recommend The Dental Suite highly enough. I have had to have quite a bit of treatment and they have been amazing. Special mention to Dr Kalpesh, Dr Kiren and hygienist Ella

Fantastic experience: Fantastic hygiene appointment Kam and Kalise! Very thorough and caring. Used to coming out of a hygiene appointment with jaw ache and feeling a little wore out at my previous dentist, but not with these guys!! Actually looking forward to my next dental appointment!!

Fantastic experience: I had an implant fitted over 5 years ago by Kal and I am very happy. I am currently having another implant fitted by Kal and his assistant Amy. The staff are very friendly, helpful and highly professional.

Fantastic experience: Claire on reception very welcoming and friendly. Hussein the dentist very thorough and really explains what he is doing in detail they both take pride in there work. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Lovely and friendly service with Claire and Hussein for my invisalign journey. Always happy to explain and take their time showing they care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: Best Dentist I have ever had. I am being treated by Sarja and Claire who have been very profesional and make sure that I am comfortable, they also gave me honest advice which I greatly appreciate. The waiting times have always been less than 5 minutes and all the staff I have dealt with have been perfect. The switch from NHS to private is well worth the cost.

My first appointment I was beyond anxious but now I no longer dread the dentist which I never thought I’d say! Fantastic experience: Been to see Kiren and Claire for my appointment, I’ve recently had cosmetic bonding and it is 5* start to finish. Claire and Kiren are just the best and made me feel comfortable from the first moment I walked in. Can’t thank them enough!!!

Fantastic experience: Kam (the hygienist) and Kalise (the nurse) were very informative, giving good everyday dental advice. They also did a fantastic teeth clean and were very friendly!

Fantastic experience: I had my first hygienist visit today with Ella at the dental suite and wow my teeth feel so clean. I walked in to service with a smile from Kalise, Lorraine, Natasha and Sophie. Thank you to Ella’s nurse Amy also who was exceptional Great team at the dental suite I will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Anna has been fantastic throughout the process and is extremely knowledgeable, professional and wants the best service for all of her patients. The whole team have super in booking appointments that suit me and can fit around work. Thank you very much to the super Kalise who goes the extra mile to make sure that a top customer service is provided with a smile and that patients are seen to in a timely manner that suit their schedule.

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving treatment at the Dental Suite in Loughborough since January this year. Today 4th October 2021 was my final appt. I want to thank Kam and his fantastic nurse for their brilliant service on my initial appt. Secondly, I want to thank Jamie for his friendliness, professionalism and skills which have now given me the confidence to smile again. This practice is second to none!
