Fantastic experience: Daanish has been absolutely fantastic. I had an old root canal from many years ago that had developed an abscess. He explained the plan in a very understandable way and allowed me time to think about it. Showed me the xrays and explained to me so it made sense. The experience of getting a revision of the root canal, drained and medicated the abscess up to the sealing of it all was pleasant. He has very gentle hands and is constantly reassuring and asking if I was okay. He also listens to your concerns well. When i told him a bit of the bite was bothering me, he went on to fix it. He has a fantastic team including nurse Charlie and the others who were there on different appointments. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Takes time to explain the options and always takes care to make sure I am comfortable before and during procedures. I hated going to the dentist but the experience I have had at Corby has changed that.

Fantastic experience: I have just had a recent visit to the Bupa practice in Corby to get my wisdom tooth out. I was very nervous of the thought of it, however, the staff were amazing from the minute I got there on both days I was there, friendly, helpful, thoughtful and caring. Amazing Staff. Special shout out to Mono, Maria and the receptionist (sorry forgot your name) who went that little bit extra to make my visit less scary.

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth out last Friday and I was so nervous. The dentist and dental nurse. We’re so lovely, calming and friendly. I would recommend this service.

Negative experience: Terrible at keeping to their appointment times, never been seen at my actual appointment time. Today I turned up on time to then wait for 50 minutes for a check up that took two minutes. Would not recommend. No issues with the staff, all very pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient so when I knew I needed RCT I was very very nervous, I had treatment with Dr. Daanish Narvel and he was absolutely brilliant, so calm, reassuring and I did not feel a thing, I am very very grateful, also his nurse Princess was so good and again very calming, I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Recently visited the practice due to having a denture fitted after my 1st visits I was ready to move forward. This was a hard decision but right for me. Dan my dentist and the nurse princess made this a bearable experience for me. They are both very professional and kept me calm. I have since gone back for adjustments and again made to feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I found myself needing the services of this Dental Practice this morning (Sunday), I had lost a large part of filling. At reception I was greeted by Becks, being an extremely nervous patient I was particularly anxious in coming into a different Practice. Becks showed empathy and clearly explained the process for me. My wait time was less than half an hour before Lina came to collect me and take me to the Consultation room where I was met by Manu, the dentist. I felt listened to and treated with the utmost respect. Manu was gentle and caring, albeit i was still on edge I received excellent care and advice, I would not hesitate in recommending this Practice. Suffice to say that both I and my husband will be moving our Dental Care over to this Practice, and requesting Manu to look after us.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Charlie and Dr. Adeel enough, so polite and welcoming. I had to book an emergency appointment on Sunday, and I was seen within less than 3 hours. Antibiotics prescribed and the iodine completely helped with regards to the pain I was having from a previous extraction elsewhere. Thank you for a swift experience and Charlie for being so caring and showing compassion during my grim moment in life. THANK YOU

Negative experience: My dentist herself is great, the problem is the people taking the bookings. They haven’t got a clue and can’t organise a thing. The amount of times my time has been wasted due to booking not being correct for allocated time or surgeon not being in on the day is just ridiculous.

Negative experience: Needed an emergency appointment for severe toothache, got appointment same day within a couple of hours. Seen by dentist who explained that I would probably need root canal treatment, but because x-ray was not working couldn't proceed with treatment, then prescribed antibiotic and recommended to make another appointment for treatment, which could be in a week or two. Still had to pay for appointment to be left in the same situation, in pain and looking for a dentist to treat me.

Negative experience: Been trying to get through for 1and half hours now no one bothers to answer the phone. They cut you off every 15 to 20 minutes. Very poor service. So I tried Northampton it was just as bad.

Fantastic experience: I had such amazing service especially from Becks who I spoke to. I called in regards to my son and she went over and beyond to make sure we had the right advice for him and even went and checked with the dentist for additional information to ensure we were following the right path. She even called again to check up on him. It was a call of genuine helpfulness and empathy which was really appreciated.

Negative experience: They never answered the phone waited almost an hour and then when it started ringing they put the phone down!!, I was at work trying to get this damn appointment Would you answer the damn phone!

Fantastic experience: Janet on reception was so lovely when helping me book an emergency appointment. She was then extra lovely taking care of me when I came in for that appointment. Dentist and assistant also very kind and helpful as I was very anxious about the appointment.

Positive experience: Certainly help in an emergency, however you can be left stranded if you need any follow up treatment. so probably best to find your own dentist for that. Really nice people though and definately there to help.

Fantastic experience: Thank-you to everyone at Bupa Dental Care Corby for the treatment and compassion i received today. Especially Dan and Becca, I was so worried about the appointment as I had a severe tooth infection that was re-occurring. Before I knew it I was agreeing to root canal treatment and on my way for a treatment plan to save my tooth. I was made to feel at ease and nothing was a silly question. I have heard some horror stories about the procedure, but honestly I did not feel anything it was painless! I can’t thank them both enough for finally making me feel less fear when needing to attend the dentist! Dream Team xx

Fantastic experience: I have had several appointments over the Christmas period with Dan, he made me feel safe and welcome and I felt he really listened and cared. I had Monika in with me on one of the appointments and she was very kind and welcoming too. Jo at reception answered all my questions and was also very welcoming. I recommend this dentist practice 100%.

Negative experience: Terrible, never answer the phone although you always watch them sit by whilst it rings right next to them, made an appointment in March got a very dopey woman who told me the best she could do was end of December, after being passed around through multiple practices none of them now know what practice I'm with, I have a chest infection so can't make it to my appointment, I've been calling for two days to cancel it and nobody has answered I found a way to do it online now but it says it has to be 48 hours in advance, I've been calling for two days straight with no answer, just so they can now say I've missed an appointment they don't have to deal with me no more honestly the worst practice you can fumble your way into.

Negative experience: Rescheduled a whole week for running late and then ran 45 mins late for the next one. Still in crippling pain. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: I feel very lucky to have an excellent dentist, I've got complicated dental health and Dan has been very helpful and supportive. Well deserved 5 stars

Fantastic experience: My 9 year old boy had a baby tooth that needed removed He was so scared but Maria, the dentist and Charlie was the dental care was so lovey it was a very hard tooth to remove My Stevie was in Agony and he hates injection but Maria reassured him and had the tooth removed I think the best dentist and very loving with kids

Negative experience: 40 minutes on hold, lady who answered the phone extremely rude. 40 minutes to be told no appointments but if you come we may be able to slot you in between appointments for pain relief Awful customer service would totally avoid

Fantastic experience: I’ve been registered with BUPA dental now for years. I was an extremely nervous patient and was struggling to find a dentist that was able to deal with this That was until I came across Evgeni Milanov. He has been absolutely amazing and was able to put me at ease while carrying out my treatment plan! yesterday I cracked my tooth and had to call the surgery and I was surprised that I got a next day appointment as an emergency I was told that this wouldn’t be with my usual Dentist and although I did feel extremely nervous I knew that I would be in safe hands. On arrival I was greeted by Bex she was very warm and friendly extremely polite and efficient. She told me that there would be a slight delay because there had been a lot of emergency admissions that morning which was absolutely fine with me It’s nice to actually be told this in advance she was also extremely knowledgeable about the private dental plans that they provide I asked for some information for my partner so that he can be taken on with the practice as a private patient due to his Dentist recently closing I was given all the information that he needed to register as well as pricelist and an information booklet… she was also able to advise me on payment dates and when the next payment run would be and what date he had to register by for the payment to be taken on the first of the month - I only had a 30 minute wait then I was called in by the lead nurse Who was also named Bex she was very polite, greeted me with a smile and made me feel it ease straight away when I entered the treatment room. I was Welcomed by Dr Manu she was was amazing I was instantly put at ease and she dealt with the tooth rapidly and I experienced no pain during my treatment at all!! Bex the nurse was really lovely and knew her stuff and she was able to provide Dr Manu with assistance without having to be prompted, this made me feel so much better made me feel completely different about any treatment I have to receive as an emergency in the future I would just like to say thank you to the team at Bupa dental you are extremely highly recommended by me and I appreciate the support from all of you today

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dental centre very clean, efficient, friendly welcoming and professional! I needed an emergency appointment and Spoke to Becks on the phone who was Brilliant got me booked in straight away and I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving on a Sunday! After that Maria and Shelby were also Brilliant I was out within 5 minutes with an antibiotics prescription for an infected tooth. Excellent service thank you.

Fantastic experience: Great all round. Bex got me in to be seen, as an emergency, on a sunday within fifteen minutes. This was when the team was already double booked. Outstanding. Nice and chatty and friendly too. Dr Gupta diagnosed me, advised me, then prescribed me the antibiotics needed more or less straight away upon arrival. The Dr seemed very efficient. The dental nurse Monika was friendly and happy.

Negative experience: I had a two teeth including a wisdom tooth growing sideways into my jaw 6 days ago. The after care sheet provided did not state anything about possible infection symptoms and the pain guidelines override any relevance of an infection! To summarise my phone call at around 3pm today: “ That level of pain is not normal, you have an infection, we have no appointments available so go away and deal with it for 17hours and call us at 8am tomorrow!” For anyone, this would be a poor service but given a recent history of major head injuries and acute insomnia it is unforgivable, the female member of staff clearly has some training issues that need addressing! AVOID BUPA MOS Unit

Negative experience: Tried making appointment (as instructed by 111) for 2 days… on day 2 after half an hour of waiting on the phone I got disconnected, I tried again and again, left message, to request call back. Never actually got through, received no call back, while my bf is in pain, hasnt slept for 2 nights now, has abscess that bleeds and has a discharge… but he didn’t loose a cup of blood, and his swelling didn’t deform his face to the elephant man point, so 111 has been useless… the whole thing was a waste of time.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from the receptionist to the dentist and her assistant. Not one for going to the dentist but a crack tooth and toothache left me know choice and an emergency appointment from 111 I was nervous when I arrived, but was put at ease from the service I received. Can’t praise the staff enough. Definitely thinking of changing dentist to Bupa .

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. Bex on reception was lovely to chat to. Monika the nurse was very polite and welcoming, not registered at the dentist and inky went on an emergency appointment, knowing I had an infection I was expecting to leave with a prescription for some antibiotics but Dr Gupta offered to take the tooth out instead as she knew I was struggling to get registered with a dentist. Brilliant dentist.

Fantastic experience: I phoned up today for my sister at first they were full booked and I would need to ring up next day. As the day went on my sister was getting worse I rang them up for advice and they managed to squeeze her in on there lunch break. Fantastic experience: From walking Into the reception, she was lovely polite and friendly, and when I went in for my consultation the dental nurse Becks put me at ease and the Dentist Manu was very calming and professional. Didn't even realise she had taken a tooth out until she said all done and I was still waiting. So I would like to say thank you to all the staff because of how friendly they was.

Fantastic experience: Armed with severe toothache, a swollen jaw and a lot of pain, I came in here by mistake while looking for the emergency dentist with the 8-8. But the receptionist was fantastic and managed to squeeze in an emergency appointment for me and I didn't have to wait long either. The dentist was great, the appointment lasted around 5 minutes and I was soon on my way to collect my prescribed antibiotics. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional and I am super appreciative that they were kind enough to see me so quickly. It's a lovely practice too and I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Since initially being treated here by chance, I have continued using this clinic & consequently won't use any other even if it means visiting from Melton Mowbray. The staff and dentists are very friendly and unlike many other dental practices these days, it is spotless and very modern.

Fantastic experience: I was served by Bex on reception who couldn’t of been more helpful and kind, I turned up to the surgery after being in urgent care with horrific swelling and pain in my mouth and she helped me see the dentist within the hour. A massive thank you to Dr Manu Gupta for seeing me in between your patients I know you were fully booked and very busy but I honestly don’t know what I would have done without your help today. A wonderful practice and wonderful staff! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Bupa Dental Care were absolutly amazing today (15/11/2023). After sitting in an A&E department for 10 hours and still no better my wife contacted them and they had me in and out within 3 hours, now totally pain free All the staff were brilliant and a really good example of how a dental practice should be run.
