Fantastic experience: Once again Oraco Dental are amazing especially Tia on reception she always makes me feel welcome and I don't even have to say my name now because the dental staff know me and are only too happy to help. As always I would like to say a huge thank you to my dentist Nasar and his amazing dental nurse who's name I keep forgetting. Nasar is a awesome dentist and he always puts me at ease. I had an appointment yesterday Wednesday 21st May 2025 and even though it hurt when Nasar was injecting the local anaesthetic into my gums to freeze the area that needed dental treatment, once Nasar started drilling I didn't feel a thing a part from the vibration from the dental drill and when Nasar put the permanent filling in there was a bit of pressure but I didn't feel any pain. Thanks to Nasar and his amazing dental nurse I am definitely not longer afraid of the dental drill, in fact I have started looking forward to my dental appointments and I feel more confident when I have root canal treatment or fillings and it is thanks to Nasar and his dental nurse for making me feel welcome and Nasar never rushes he always books the appointment for longer than needed just in case I need to have a break. I don't take any breaks if I am not in pain and I am completely comfortable which is every single appointment I just let Nasar do what he needs to do and if I start feeling any pain I just signal to him and he either tops up my local anaesthetic or he gives me a moment to rest my jaw and then when I'm ready he carries on with his work. It is coming up to 3 years since I joined Oraco Dental Six Ways and I have had an amazing experience each and every time I visit and even though I am a NHS patient and get my dental care for free due to being on benefits, that doesn't matter at Oraco Dental Six Ways I get treated with respect and if I am in pain and need an emergency appointment Oraco Dental always accommodate me and are always happy to book me and emergency appointment for the same day or the next day. If you are currently searching for a new dentist I very highly recommend Oraco Dental Six Ways for your dental needs because you will be treated like an actual human being and they are wonderful if you are anxious or have a dental phobia, since being with Oraco Dental Six Ways my dental care has been 5 service. Looking forward to my next appointment with Nasar and his wonderful dental nurse.

Fantastic experience: I've had dental appointments here for years and all treatments I've had are very quick (only in the chair for roughly 2 or 3 minutes) As this place is near me, it's of great convenience and is easy for me to get to as I only need to walk a short distance. Thank you to all the team for all their excellent and hard work.

Negative experience: Been going to this dentist for nearly 3 years. Over the past year they’ve decided NHS patients don’t deserve treatment the same as non NHS patients. They will literally make you wait upwards of an hour after your booked appointment because they prefer to treat the non NHS patients due to their pockets being deeper. Absolutely disgusting treatment from a professional establishment. Should be fined for such a money hungry attitude…

Negative experience: I'm quite disappointed with the service. When I came for an appointment I had waited for three weeks, I was told that it was to see a dentist, not to the orthodontist as I'd expected. Since I wasn't sure whether the usual dentist deals with crowns, I asked to pay after confirmation from him. I was told it wasn't a problem but after 20 minutes of expectation, another receptionist told me that "even if the dentist" wouldn't be able to help me I still needed to pay in advance for a consultation. When I asked why would I pay for a consultation that might not be useful, she said it was up to me, to either pay or leave. I was going to spend a considerable amount of money in the clinic, but now will probably leave the clinic for good.

Fantastic experience: Using sons account as i dint have a google one,, my first time at this practice and felt so at ease shar on receptions service was exceptional and the dentist was also just as fantastic,, for a girl whom hates dentist tio the point im physically ill, id like to say thank you for putting me at ease. Negative experience: Worst dentist EVER - Gilani - rude, unprofessional, unpleasant person. Even different people who know him… know how he is… and have similar opinion about his behaviour. He think he know best ever- what is not true. He even told the dentist who working in same clinic don’t have right ‍♀️ He questioning opinions own colleagues from clinic. He don’t want make job what is a part of NHS. He told straight that on NHS he can only extract tooth and “patients can’t decide what he do” !!! His behaviour is disgusting!!! I heard how he joked about different patient :/ That person shouldn’t work with people. I’ll be make complain to NHS and all unhappy patients should start do this. Different dentist there was amazing - nice and he had a huge knowledge - but he not working there anymore and i can’t find his name because I don’t remember and stuff don’t want inform about it- insane… :(

Well 2 months on and just wanted to update , my process has nearly been completed , from start to finish it has been like no other dentist I’ve ever known, few painful times but every possible measure is taken to ease your nerves and nothing is done until your totally ready. I left today with a smile to be proud of, and it’s been a long time since I could say that. Thank you all so much. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Extremely grateful for the great service I received from Oraco dental Sixways and Dr Galani recently. I had an impacted wisdom tooth that became infected causing a fever, pain and swelling. The practice got me an appointment extremely quickly, saw me again later that week to issue a different medication, and removed the tooth quickly and painlessly a week later. They knew I was anxious but were really calming and reassuring! The follow-up a week later was excellent too. The service, speed of appointments, and care given were all exceptional. Highly recommend this practice, Dr Galani and his lovely assistant.

Fantastic experience: I have been trying to find a dentist for me and my son for some time and kept getting told, we are not accepting NHS patients or the waiting list is 6 months plus. Oraco registered us over the phone and booked an appointment straight away. The lady on reception was very friendly and professional, my little boy was talking about her all the way home. The dentist I saw was polite and professional despite me not going to the dentist for some time. My teeth arent In good condition but he approached the work required well and they scheduled our next appointments quickly. There is a small car park out the back, which is handy too.

Fantastic experience: This is the only dentist I've ever visited. They are always very welcoming and happy to help if you have any issues. Never a problem booking a time and date to suit my needs. The treatment is always carried out with professionalism and care, with future advice. They also look after my elderly parents with care and patients, would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I needed a new dentist and approached Oracle dental sixways was advised I may have to join the waiting list, however when I went to set up an initial consultation there had been a cancellation which I took immediately, my new dentist was able to advice me on the best course of treatment and this started a wk later, due to being on holiday my new denture was delayed in final fitting.... this has now been done and further treatment booked. Highly recommend this practise and so pleased with the treatment I've had so far.

Negative experience: I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated and spoken to at this practice. I came out the practice crying. I am currently staying with my mum in Walsall, due to my mental health being an issue. I needed an emergency dentist appointment due to my wisdom teeth being sore. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist already, so this took a lot of courage to ring. Unfortunately due to my mental health being terrible I have neglected myself and I genuinely cannot look after myself currently. When I saw the dentist his attitude was terrible, he kept sighing and there was no empathy or respect. He stated I needed to find a dentist in my hometown (which I understand the NHS is difficult at the minute, I’m an NHS worker myself), he told me people cannot be treating this like an NHS walk in centre etc. His manner and attitude towards me was unacceptable and I hope to take this further with the practice. My fear for dentists have worsened and i don’t think I’ll ever be seeing a dentist again.

Negative experience: My experience at the Oraco dental was extremely disappointing, because I was booked to do a filling i have paid £23.80 for consultant/xray and £40 towards filling a total of £63.80 paid towards my bill leaving a balance of £1. 40p. I was in the dentist office he was about to attend to me when he noticed i have a balance of one pound forty pence left to pay. Arjun Patel said if I don't pay the remaining balance of £1.40p he will not do the treatment unless I paid the balance, he also said it was the practice policy. He even told me other people walk out and don't pay. I believe that shouldn't applied to me even though I said I will pay after the treatment I also have to walk passed the reception to leave the building. He didn't show any humanity, respect, or compassion towards me, there was no need for his behaviour. I felt that he was discriminating again me because of my colour (Black)"Given the fact that I told him once he finished with the treatment I will stop at the reception and complete the payment of one pound and forty pence". £1.40p He still refused to carryout the treatment insisting i pay the money first I have been attending the practice from last year 2021 since then I have never missed a payment and was seen by the same dentist Arjun Patel 5 or 6 times. My first visit to the practice he put on a show as if he was welcoming but going their more than once i see his true attitude comes out I even write a lovely review on my first visit to (Oraco dental sixways) but this experience I wouldn't recommend anyone to that practice again. I have uploaded my receipts to show my payments as my evidence.

Negative experience: Booked appointment for my mother at the Lysways Street practice. Absolutely rubbish, first she had a scheduled appointment for which they only half completed half the appointment because apparently "the room they do cleans was occupied by another dentist" and was called back for a second appointment for a cleaning . She went back for the second appointment and was only offered a scale. I've been to 4 dental practices in the Walsall and Birmingham area in my personal experience and all have offered scale and polish as standard routine part of the appointment and all have this equipment in their individual rooms. This dental practice only offers a scale and then said the polish is extra at an extortionate rate of 75.00 absolutely ridiculous. And from the feedback I have received from my mother the scale was not even thorough. A scale and polish is offered as part of NHS band 1 treatment if your offering a scale then why are you charging for a polish? It's like they are scamming customers trying to get more money out of you with private services by not offering you what's included in the NHS service that you are already paying for.

Negative experience: I was looking forward to my dental appointment as I have been searching for a dentist for some time and this practice had outstanding reviews. I saw dr Patel to treat a cavity. After examining my problem and using some Cold endo liquid to check if the nerve has died, I didn’t feel anything and the dr told me the nerve is probably dead and I have to get a root canal. I was really stressed about this and went to my dentist in Romania to make sure I was given the right treatment. My dr used the Cold as ice endo spray to check if my nerve is responding. Surprise, this time I could feel a freezing sensation on my tooth , which makes me wonder how come I felt nothing when Dr Patel did this test. I finished treating my tooth back in Romania and I am very happy I did not take the chance. I would like to mention that the dr did a scaling on my partner which was done very poorly. I genuinely don’t understand all the good reviews and I suspect they are fake. Please be careful who you trust with your teeth , they won’t grow back again.
