Demi what an intelligent down to earth woman you are, you made my experience yesterday less like a "visit to the dentist" and more like a hair appointment and I thankyou for that Stoyan great hair! Fantastic experience: I had my first visit to this practice to have a wisdom tooth removed, something I was dreading! From the moment I walked in, Bethan at reception made me feel comfortable and reassured. The dentist Sreenath took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. The procedure itself was quick, professional, and surprisingly painless. I’m so grateful for the care and kindness I received, and really appreciate the personal text from Sreenath later on in the afternoon to check up on me, and it was nice to hear from him a few days after also. Thank you for that. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you’re nervous about dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a wisdom tooth extracted and a week later a premolar by Dario, he and his nurse were fantastic, constantly re-assuring and explaining the the procedure throughout. Not an iota of pain for both extractions. Marvellous, and the receptionists were also great. Highly recommended.

Take great care and are efficient in carrying out the procedures. Despite needing a few extractions and large fillings I was never in pain. Everything healed well as I followed the care instructions which I was given. Yes, I was nervous initially, but their calm approach was very reassuring and put me at ease. A highly professional team. The reception staff deserve a mention too. Always helpful, great customer service. No regrets in choosing to attend Eirlys Dental Practise.

On my return, I was seen by Stoyan, who was remarkable at explaining what the issue was. He took time and care. the next morning I received a follow up call where he had asked reception to check if all was ok, in my eyes, a lovely touch. Thank you for the 5 star treatment

Fantastic experience: Arrived for my first treatment with Stoyan feeling apprehensive. Demi greeted me and showed me to the clinic. Stoyan put on some music and got to work. Half an hour later my smile was restored. Stoyan and Demi make a great team and I would highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Had appointment on 8th July 2025 had Dr smaranda, I have a hole in my tooth was worried about infection Dr said 2 options root canal or extraction but told me no other information on which was a better option so I chose extraction they told me they can't remove it due to nerve being to close to the tooth and referred me to a hospital waiting list and put a filling in without cleaning out the tooth and I didn't ask cause I feel they rushed me so they can go to lunch (once the filling was put in I had to sign out so they can go for lunch) and if I asked questions I feel they would be annoyed at me and the assistant wasn't very professional she hit her head on the over light and put the suction tube almost in my nose but than put it right on the hole of my tooth causing bad pain and discomfort on 21st July 2025 I'm in excruciating pain and feel if they described or told me a root canal would've been a better option to begin with I wouldn't be in this mess now I'm waiting for NHS to call me to get me an appointment for the root canal 2 stars cause at least the receptionists were lovely and understanding

Fantastic experience: I have had a course of treatment with Stoyan and Demi. This involved root canal treatment and fillings. I can not fault the treatment i have received. All was painless and administered totally professionally. They explained everything to me and put me fully at ease. I even had before and after photos. I would not hesitate to 100 percent recommend them.

I am no stranger to having implants, the first time being over twenty five years ago, so I was very pleasantly surprised with the modern procedure used at Eirlys.The level of skill that Dario has and the latest technology used at Eirlys Dental made the process very straightforward for me as a patient. Fantastic experience: My initial appointment was with Dario and I had a wisdom tooth extraction by Sreenath and his lovely nurses Demi and Bethan. Sreenath was really calming, he put me at ease and got the tooth out easily and pain free. All the staff have been wonderful and getting the appointment was also straightforward.

Not my favourite past time if I'm honest, however I saw stoyan today and had such a nice pleasant experience throughout. Had pictures taken, X-ray, full examination, all fully explained in detail. Fantastic experience: I'm not one to leave a review unless I am really impressed with something. So... I attended my appointment with the plan to remove a temporary filling and replace it with a permanent one, turned out I needed root canal so that procedure was carried out very comfortably and professionally. Because this procedure was not planned and can take quite some time, they did not hesitate to go ahead with it there and then. I'm pretty sure it went into their lunch time, but you wouldn't have known as they continued at a steady pace and not once did I feel it was being rushed. I'm not a fan of visiting the dentist at the best of times but this experience has changed my view. I felt no pain what so ever throughout the procedure, nor through the healing. The practice even contacted me the next day to see how I was which I thought was a lovely gesture. I have no pain what so ever and the sensitive pain and ache I was experiencing prior to this appointment, has gone completely. All in all, amazing experience, the procedure went smoothly and the outcome was as the dentist had hoped for. The dentist himself (Stoyan) asked how I was feeling throughout the procedure and was very informative on what he was doing. The dental assistant (Demi) was also very reassuring and caring. A very chatty and happy pair. Highly recommend this dental practice and especially the dentist and assistant. The most comfortable, relaxed and painless appointment I've ever had. ☆ STOYAN and DEMI ☆

Fantastic experience: Came with my girlfriend for an emergency tooth extraction as she has extreme anxiety and depression that has recently been made worse by judgmental dentists, however after visiting this practice she was close to tears of happiness for a change. The difference compared to other dentists was like day and night. Specifically mentioning Smaranda and Emma. They were both the most compassionate, attentive, least judgmental medical professionals we've come across that felt like they were helping because they wanted to rather than having to. Thank you both so much, you're a credit to the practice.

Fantastic experience: Not like I want to go to the dentist, but try to go every 6 months to make sure my nasha's are kept in check. Well I had an issue with them and Stoyan and Emma did an amazing job. At first a quick check. And meds given.(took away the pain) Then retuning a week late. Stoyan was so professional, explained what he was going to do to remove the tooth, and made it so painless, (a blessing) . Thank you I would recommend them to others, as it was quick and easy. Cost worth it. Bad tooth gone and no issues after the procedure. Thank you Stoyan and Emma. Mouth now back to normal missing said tooth, but well done. Great service and professionally done. Fantastic experience: I can not express how incredible stoyan is my son sat in the chair for 2 hours today and has come out with the most amazing smile, stoyan is an absolute perfectionist and also has great music taste. Fantastic experience: Just had a filling and I could have quiet easily fallen asleep it was that relaxing! not at all like previous experiences I have had over the years. Stoyan and Demi are excellent at what they do, they showed me before and after images and talked me through the treatment and guided me on prevention of further dental issues. The cost for treatment is also very reasonable. Very happy with the service as a whole.

Fantastic experience: This is my first visit at this dentist. Each member of staff were super helpful and put me at ease, nothing was too much trouble for them. My hygienist and her colleague were fabulous! They listened to my concerns and explained each step of my treatment. I explained that I’d been very anxious to come to the appointment , they were very patient and kind.

Fantastic experience: We had an appointment at 12:30 today with stoyan and Demi we arrived 10 minutes early and was greeted with smiling faces from behind the desk we proceeded to get checked in and wait to be called into the dentist room, at 12:30 we were called in by Demi after sitting down in the dentist chair we starting talking about what we were in for today as a bit of back story my girlfriend had extremely bad tooth ache for the past week and have been trying to get into any dentist to be see her with no luck in til eirlys dental practice got back to us they we’re are last chance so grateful they could squeeze us in now back to today my girlfriend really doesn’t like the dentist after having bad experience with different dentist in the passed but stoyan and Demi were really lovely easy to talk to and made the whole experience much easier for both of us the dentist (stoyan) was so gentle she said she didn’t ever feel the needle go in we ended up having the tooth extracted as that was the best cause of treatment at the time all in all probably the best experience we’ve both had in a dentist for a long time no judging just happy to help which is exactly what we were looking for would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trusted practice and thank you again to stoyan and Demi ill be changing practice over to you guys

Fantastic experience: What a difference in dental care! I’ve used a few dental practises over the years, and have just moved to Eirlys. It’s miles apart from any other in this area! Greeted with efficiency and a smile. The whole reception team were knowledgable and kind. It can be a nervy time for patients. Dr Smaranda was so welcoming, putting me at ease immediately. She gave me a thorough examination and a detailed after care plan, with helpful and practical advice. Ably assisted by dental nurse emma who was very friendly too. The surgery was spotlessly clean, and we were booked in for follow ups and next years annual review upon leaving - fantastic service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank all of the staff at Eirlys Dental Practice enough for my recent care. I unfortunately broke a tooth and as a nervous patient was dreading being seen, but the reception staff and manager were so helpful and kind getting me booked in as an emergency. I saw Stoyan and Demi for the first time having the tooth temporarily filled and today they did the permanent filling. I cannot praise them both enough, they knew I was nervous and took such great care of me, talking me through, regularly checking I was okay and happy to stop if needed. Stoyan and the team at Eirlys are clearly passionate about dentistry and their patients. Thank you all so very much, you are a breathe of fresh air.

Fantastic experience: From joining the practice through booking appointments, arriving, the appointment itself… everything was enjoyable and easy. All staff are happy, I’ve never known that at a dental practice!! A lovely experience at a spotlessly clean practise, l feel very lucky to be on their books.

Fantastic experience: Eirlys were absolutely fabulous with me. I had an emergency appointment due to agonising toothache, and the extraction ended up being a little complicated. But Addys and her assistant (whose name I didn’t catch, sorry!) were beyond phenomenal with me. I’m very dental-phobic and I have AuDHD so I’m quite sensitive, and Addys was very gentle in her explanations and was very kind. I wasn’t made to feel as if my dental problems were my fault, the only thing she was concerned about was getting me out of pain. I’m not the easiest patient, I have a very small mouth which makes things much harder to see, and I was definitely making some funny noises due to the anxiety! But everyone, including the lovely folks on reception, made me feel very taken care of. Thank you ever so much ❤️ *edit* Still 5 stars for Eirlys! Recently had another appointment for a surgical extraction with Dr. Sreenath- the wisdom tooth had a curved root and was difficult to get out, but he and Bethan took care of me beautifully. I was even given a little tooth stress ball to help give my hands something to do and manage the anxiety, which was so lovely. I’ve become a permanent patient at the surgery under Dr. Stoyan, who is also utterly fantastic- the whole surgery are phenomenal. As an autistic person, dentistry is a sensory nightmare for me, but here I’m never made to feel strange or like a burden. They also don’t pressure you for treatments you don’t want- they make their recommendations and then it’s up to you. Can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Stoyan is honestly the best and kindest dentist I’ve ever been to. He is gentle and made me feel so comfortable. He extracted one of my molars and when I had an issue a couple of days after he saw me straight away. There is no judgement from him and he can have a laugh. He makes the dentist a pleasurable experience which is not something I’ve ever said before, as I HATE going to the dentist. I would highly recommend.

It was fantastic work the 2 dentists performed on me, it wasn't easy for them. The gum has now nearly healed completely all pain has gone and I’d like to say a big thank you to both of them. Fantastic experience: Was in agony all weekend! Managed to get emergency appointment via 111 for the Tuesday morning, service was top class appointment was supposed to be at half past but was seen 15mins before appointment time was in and out within 30minutes had a tooth extracted, such a great fast an none painful experience 5* treatment was sent home with prescription for antibiotics been 4days and healed up nicely. Thank you! STOYAN & DEMI Highly recommended!!!!

Fantastic experience: I'm terrified of the dentist... needed periodontal (deep clean) and a filling today... Had treatment undertaken by a young lady called Leah. I explained my issues before treatment began. She was understanding, took her time and put me completely at ease throughout both procedures. Negative experience: 25 minutes and counting on the phone listening to Musak, Dentist excellent, measure of care excellent, receptionist phone answering RUBBISH! Wife's in pain, can't book an appointment due to no contact, RUBBISH! 30 Minutes now, giving up, will try in the morning, Thank you for your help.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for years and it’s an amazing dental practice and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I was very nervous due to bad experiences with other dentists when I first came here but now I do not feel nervous and don’t dread coming to the dentist. The reception team are amazing and so helpful, friendly and supportive. I’ve had to come today For an emergency appointment and as always the service has been fantastic. My dentist is Christos and I can’t express how good he is, he makes me feel at ease and is so patient and calm, and is so passionate about his job and making you feel comfortable, he is amazing at his job, I always feel relaxed. Would highly recommend Eirlys Dental Practice especially if you’ve had bad experiences I can assure you, you will be looked after with professional and care here

Fantastic experience: I was very very nervous awaiting my wisdom tooth extraction to the point I cried my eyes out in the chair. Sreenath took the time to talk through the process, was very confident about the procedure. I had no doubt in my mind that he knew what he was doing. It was me! But his calmness and reassurance got me through. Couldn't believe how long it didn't take! I was in and out in about 15mins! I honestly worked myself up way to much. Can't fault him or the practice. I'm on day 2 and haven't the need to take painkillers at all. Wonderful ⭐️ Thank you all so so much Sreenath and team ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Stoyan & Demi were amazing with my partner Graham. Really put him at ease, explaining all aspects of his treatment. As it turned out he needed to have a badly decayed tooth taking out. Having had bad experiences with other dentists in the past, he was very nervous. He didn't need to be as it was all over very quickly and pain free. We think Stoyan's earnt his nickname of the extraction king

Fantastic experience: I had a check up appointment with Stoyan the dentist, he was really helpful and explained everything in detail to me, I felt very relaxed and looked after. His nurse, Demi was amazing, she was also very attentive and helpful, walking me back to the reception and explaining what treatment I had and what was needed next. I felt looked after with them both, and wouldn't hesitate to see them again.

Fantastic experience: What a lovely practice!! Greeted at the desk by smiley receptionists’ Jacob and Sue couldn't be more helpful and calming for my first appointment at Eirlys. I was seen by Stoyan one of the practices head dentists and a dental nurse Demi and they were amazing! Very informative and helpful and made me feel so at ease! My son had also been seen by another head dentist Gwen and dental nurse Bethan a few months prior to my visit, and he can’t wait to go back!

After a traumatic experience over ten years ago, I've been terrified of dental visits. But everyone here is unbelievably kind and reassuring. The staff are so patient and kind that it feels like I'm being looked after rather than just treated. Their prices are reasonable compared to the NHS, and waiting times are minimal – every penny spent felt truly worth it. If you're putting off a dentist visit because you're nervous, concerned about prices, or worried about waiting times, this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve always been a nervous patient and don’t trust dentists easily, but Dr. Stoyan and his nurse Demi made me feel so comfortable from the start. They were kind, patient, and really put me at ease. A big thank you as well to the receptionists, Sue and Jacob, for booking me in straight away when I had a terrible toothache.
