Fantastic experience: Visited Wish post a surgery for a complex tooth removal to get the all clear to return to my normal eating and care routine, Charlotte did an excellent job in not only giving me the all clear but also a quick clean to remove the impact of the mouthwash used post surgery. Great service just as I always get from my regular dentist Tom. Highly recommend them

I was concerned because I had implants and was looking for the same level of care I received at my previous dentist. Negative experience: Great dental treatment and has been for years, however with the demise of the dental only plan customers now have an extra £144 pa to fork out for additional services which they have not requested and may never need. This in my opinion has tarnished what was a great high street local dentist practice.

Fantastic experience: Went for my Hygienist appointment with Lauren. Very professional treatment and keen to make sure you are comfortable with the procedure. The treatment will be paused if you are uncomfortable or there is sensitivity with a hand signal. Very helpful at Reception explaining the new add on health services. It was noticed that my plan had been changed to 30 minute Hygienist appointments instead of 20. This will be corrected reducing the cost of my plan.

The reception area is fab with its comfortable seating, drinks and gaming machine, it makes for a very relaxing and comfortable wait. As the Dentist and Practice changed hand's l have just continued with the Dental Practice at the given time. l have a Dental Plan in place which takes care of the charge's, but not any Laboratory Charges which have to be paid for separately if you require any specific personal treatment's. You can ask about the Dental Plan and what will and will not be included and covered in it. l hope that you have found this small posting useful and informative?

Fantastic experience: Having had multiple single implants over several years I needed a full upper implant bridge to correct missing teeth from a broken implant and give consistency of shape and colour. In addition, my lower front teeth also needed restoration My Sister recommended Tom at Wish Dental, so went for an initial consultation with him. Tom is a young dynamic dentist enthusiastic to put into practice modern dentistry techniques whilst having a friendly but professional demeanour After the initial consultation, Tom arranged for me to see Wayne the cosmetic dental technician at Hall Labs about the construction of lower veneers and a full upper bridge Little did I know what a challenge I had set for them to use the implant posts I already had On meeting Wayne he put me at ease with his wicked sense of humour, though again professional. On assessment he said he could compensate using the implant bridge some of the bone loss you get when losing teeth. I admit I was just a little sceptical on the latter point but felt Wayne was highly adaptive utilising modern processes and as talented as Tom. Tom quickly restored the lower teeth with veneers, what a transformation. Then over the months Wayne and Tom painstakingly spent hours creating the bridge, taking on and off the old implant crowns to ensure the implant bridge was a perfect fit Once happy with the final bridge fit it was fitted and all Tom and Wayne promises came true and I soon back to smiling and eating anything and I mean anything What a team and what an outcome surpassing all expectations. I cannot sing the praises enough in taking my case on and coming up with such an innovative functional but aesthetically pleasing solution Thanks also to all the lovely staff at Wish Dental and Hall Dental laboratories for literally changing my life

The staff are extremely welcoming and happy with superb customer service skills. All staff including my dentist Sion are fantastic however Lauren my hygienist was superbly attentive, she even dabbed my lip regularly during my treatment. The brand new premises with onsite parking is the icing on the cake - if you’ll forgive the inappropriate analogy for a dentist!

Fantastic experience: Truly five star, probably higher. Ive been a patient since 2017. High functioning ASD with a degenerative heart and lung condition. The long term vision of Dr Owen has finally reached fruition with the new clinic which has expanded the capacity for even more highly skilled professionals so the options for appointments are better than before. ( Fab for people with packed schedules ) Accessibility clearly has been a priority. The calmative surrounding create a relaxing abeyance even for the most nervous of patient. Despite this being a busy practice the reception team have are friendly and only to happy to help with any queries or concerns. I highly recommend this practice and the professionals who clearly only have the best interests of the patients at heart with an honest approach to treatment options.
