Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. Puts you at ease as soon as you walk through the door

Positive experience: Punctual, welcoming, informative and pleasant. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the price of a deep clean has gone uo again and I think this is expensive.

From the receptionists, hygienist, dental practitioner and the assistant nurses; I can’t thank them enough. Specifically I’d like to give special thanks to Dr Simran Mehat and Kaycie Hutchinson. I’m in my late 20’s and haven’t visited a dentist since early high school - having a few issues build up i.e cleaning and fillings required, the team have helped with everything and I haven’t left feeling uncomfortable or judged in the slightest. We all know dental care can be expensive and so having great care on top of this is what makes it worthwhile here at Whitehall.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist appointment with Maisie. She always tries to put me at ease knowing how jumpy I can be. She also is very understanding and gentle. Wouldn’t go to anyone else. Her assistant is also lovely. Just had wisdom tooth taken out. Really nervous but Divla and the lovely practice manager who was assisting put me at ease. Took longer to go numb than it did to remove the tooth, would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Needed an urgent appointment to repair a chipped tooth. Quick response and Stephanie Created a perfect match to my tooth. Whilst the treatment is expensive the outcome was worth it and I felt at ease throughout.

Positive experience: My experience with my Dentist, Dr Stephanie was 5/5 as always. Im concerned about the cost of one small filling. I was expecting it to be maybe 2/3 of what it actually cost. The costs are spiralling, Im not suprised so many people just dont go anymore. If I hadnt worked, had savings etc I would be paid for as an NHS Patient and not spent a penny of my own money!! Ironic!

Fantastic experience: Whitehall Dental Care has been, by far, the best Dental clinic I have visited. I've moved around a bit so have been to a few dentists and found WDC to be the most professional and welcoming. I have had some really lovely appointments with Steph where I have been made to feel really comfortable and at ease. Yesterday I had a hygiene appointment with Beth who was very kind and more than happy to answer all of my questions. The two are a dream team and a true credit to WDC!

They always take time to ensure I'm happy with any work and very honest about what is and isn't needed. I see Steph atm and 100% recommend her. Makes me feel very comfortable and has helped me get my teeth in better order. So kind and helpful. It's absolutely worth paying private to be a patient here.

Fantastic experience: Called in unannounced to enquire about new patient status & was met with a warm welcome. Registration was straight forward an 1st appointment made. Met my new dentist 3 days later for check up and was made welcome and put completely at ease ( I have a fear of dentists ). Inspection over, a complete bill of health and appointment made to see the hygienist later. Would I recommend this practice.................most definitely.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment on 31/1/25 with Dr Simran Mehta for a tooth removal (lower back) after quite some time the tooth which was well broken, hence I wanted it removed, was proving a bit (a lot) of a problem so Dr Mehta called for a follow Dr , Dr Divya Dureja to come and take a look, well they were both brilliant, I was in there nearly 2 hours and at no time did I feel stressed or in pain. I cannot speak highly enough of the two doctors and their assistant’s who were also brilliant. First class all round Thank you 10/10 Garry Wilkinson ( a very satisfied patient)

I've always been anxious at visiting dentists but when I went here I was put at ease straight away.My dentist Stephanie always explains everything she's going to do in great detail from start to finish .I recently had composite bonding to my front teeth and the end result is just amazing, I can't believe what a difference it's made to me and worth every penny. So if you want a dental surgery where your put at ease as soon as you walk in , highly experienced dentists, wonderful hygienists and dental nurses, friendly receptionists and superior dental treatment then this surgery is for you.

Fantastic experience: Im a really anxious person. From receptionist to my hygienist (josh) I think his name is, he is great. Making sure im ok at all times. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I would follow him to any practice. I'm not the easiest of people (tears and shaking from nerves) Tuesday I went the whole appointment without making him stop. He's reassurance; answers any questions you have, could be the equipment or what he has said. Brilliant

Fantastic experience: Nice welcome from the reception team, especially Nicola and Donna, and then into the chair to be expertly looked after by Maisie and Elise. Went for a full hygiene and airflow which I’ve not experienced before and didn’t fully know what to expect. Sometimes if you have a a few sensitive teeth the thought of descaling and pressured water might be a worry but the whole clean was carried out sensitively and I felt nothing. Maisie did a fantastic job and my teeth have never felt so clean.

Fantastic experience: I had a terrible toothache and needed to see a dentist urgently. My regular dentist wasnt available so I chose to come to Whitehall road. I saw a dentist (Amir) there and he was completely professional and thorough, he explained everything in detail and was very considerate to my needs. Used numbing cream because I told him how nervous I was about the anesthetic and was extremely careful while taking my tooth out as it was quiet rotten and we thought it might break during extraction. Luckily it came out in 1 piece and I was thrilled I wouldn't have to go for surgery. I really dread going to the dentist like alot of people but can honestly say I will be happy going back to Amir if need be.

I have always dreaded a visit to the dentist due to past experiences but Whitehall Dental Care from the moment I walked in and spoke to the reception staff I was at ease. The dentist Steph totally took on board my fears and advised me at all times what she was doing. I was totally at ease. After the examination Steph explained the plan going forward for the treatment I needed. All the staff were so friendly. Highly recommend.
