Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist after experiencing ongoing issues with my previous NHS dentist. The dentist saw me as an emergency appt and relatively painlessly extracted the tooth. The dentist (Simon) was professional and it was as painless as possible. I am a very nervous dental patient after a traumatic dental experience and I did feel quite relaxed as he clearly knew what he was doing. The admin receptionist is very pleasant. The dental nurse was friendly and reassuring. Thanks - I won’t go elsewhere now.

Fantastic experience: I had my dental bridge done at Bupa about six months ago, and I recently went back for a check-up. The service has been excellent from the start. The staff were professional, kind, and made the whole process smooth. My bridge has been holding up really well, no discomfort or issues at all, and the aftercare has been just as good as the initial treatment. Fantastic experience: I had all my dental work done through Bupa Dental Insurance, which I was able to get through my employer—this really helped keep the costs down. I knew one tooth was going to take a lot of work. A root canal and crown fitting. Before anything was done a full treatment plan and costing was provided to me, no nasty surprises at all. The team at the practice were always friendly, efficient, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The dentist was absolutely spot on—professional, skilled, and everything went perfectly with the treatments. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Definitely a five-star service—highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have been using Bupa Lobley Hill for about a year and have no complaints. They are very reliable and accommodating with a range of available appointments for both dentist and dental hygienist. One of the issues I had with my previous dental practice was that they were not pro active in booking you in for check ups plus regularly cancelled appointments. However Bupa Lobley Hill are very organised and have never cancelled an appointment on me. My teeth are not the best but the staff are not judgemental and just want to help and are really friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Friendly amenable reception staff, good service from the dentist and hygenist too, previous experience with an NHS dentist was one of poor service and a reluctance to carry out necessary work, and even reluctant to carry out a scale and polish! Since switching to Bupa dentist in Gateshead, all my visits and treatment to the dentist/hygenist has been spot on, and my teeth feel better for it. Well worth the monthly fee.

Fantastic experience: As someone who once had a paralysing fear of the dentist and hadnt visited one in over 10 years, the staff have been outstanding. Reception are kind and personal, especially Karen put me at ease every visit. The Hygenest and Dentist are completely understanding and gentle and kind. Every visit has gotten easier and easier and I genuinely am so comfortable when I go now after 2 years my fear is virtually non existant. Thank you to all the team, you have helped me beyond what is expected in your job and I am forever grateful.
