Fantastic experience: After attending the centre for over 20+ years I cannot praise the Herlington Centre more highly. My Dentist, Elvira, is not only such a lovely person but also a brilliant Dentist. She explains everything in detail and puts you right if you are missing out on your dental care. This visit, Millie was the nurse in situ and was again lovely. Visiting the dentist is now such a happy place rather than a chore, thanks entirely to Elvira and her team.

Fantastic experience: Another lovely visit to Elvira and her wonderful nurse Jeremy. Beautiful relaxing music shared as my very thorough check up started. Advice given throughout the check up and mirror used to help consolidate this. A very pleasant chat throughout making the whole experience so much more relaxing. Elvira immediately calms my nerves and I leave her room feeling very calm and happy.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment on Monday, 9th November, with Dr. Elvira Mawby at the Herlington Centre. From the moment I entered the room, both Dr. Mawby and Nurse Jeremy made me feel comfortable and at ease. They took the time to check how I had been since my last visit, and their friendly, professional manner helped calm my nerves—especially during my X-ray, which I usually find stressful. I would highly recommend this practice. All the staff, including the reception team, are kind, professional, and welcoming.

I had a phone call from emma cibityte adressing that my appointment would be cancelled and needed resceduling iv got adhd and autism so i was asking a few questions but emma was very patient and pollite answered all my questions the best she could aswell as helping me with other queries. Fantastic experience: It’s always a great experience visiting Bupa in Herlington. The whole team is friendly, and the clinic is always clean and welcoming. There’s even colouring available for the children, which keeps them entertained while we wait. My two children and I have been seeing Nurse Joanna and Dentist Beatriz for a few years now, and they’ve always been wonderful. I’ve never liked going to the dentist and usually feel quite nervous, but they always make me feel at ease. They’re fantastic with the children too!

The reception team did a very good job and I received multiple communications to confirm and remind me of my appointment. The dentist was clear on what was going to happen and I received feedback on my x-rays without being pushed to have any non essential treatments.

Fantastic experience: After my dentist of many years left the practice, I was given an appointment with Peter Oseghale. He explains what he is doing, is gentle & generally has a way of calming a nervous patient. My granddaughter recently had an accident at school & broke both of her front teeth. He saw her immediately, told us what treatment was needed, was extremely patient with a very upset 16 year old & wasted no time in making sure she got her smile back. I hope he doesn’t leave.

Elvira always remembers conversations from previous visits and today made me feel welcome and at ease. I felt very well looked after throughout and am confident I'm getting any treatment needed. Had a special problem today not able to move my head much, so Elvira moved position several times instead and I didn't even have to ask. Elvira always takes time to answer questions and gives useful advice and occasionally free samples. Happily booked my next checkup.

The surgery is modern and well equipped, plus having an attractive view out of the window and a TV monitor on the ceiling to calm any tensions during treatment. The Dentist, Elvira Mawby, is highly experienced, very thorough and an expert in the use of dental equipment, helped, in this case, by her Assistant Jeremy. Both are very sensitive to a patient's anxieties. Every step is explained and there are comprehensive recommendations for the important job of maintaining dental health. A very reassuring experience!

Negative experience: Terrible service could not remove my tooth on several attempts. The last injection they gave me left my gum so painful and I'm still in pain and I cant eat properly. They cancelled a follow up appointment claiming the dentist was ill.

Fantastic experience: What great service at this practice! Nothing too much trouble for my dentist Farzin who was very supportive during my recent visits to her with a problem tooth. Thanks to her and Elvira this has now been resolved and I am no longer in pain and I now have a long term plan to make sure I look after my teeth better. Have just had my teeth professional cleaned by Erum the hygienist at the practice, who put my mind at ease and did a very thorough job. Thank you. And a mention also to the helpful reception team!

Fantastic experience: Dr Elvira carried out a thorough and meticulous inspection. But that’s not all; she treats you as a person, not just a patient , she is interested in you and your family’s health and wellbeing and remembers the details six months later. Couldn’t ask for more.

Fantastic experience: Reuben is Autistic and has had the same dentist for 7 years and was very anxious about having a new Dentist. She was amazing, talking to Reuben and making him feel at ease. Emiliya is ADHD and had a negative relationship with the last dentist however she hopped, skipped and jumped out of her appointment screaming she loved her new lady dentist. Can’t thank you enough for putting my children’s mind at ease and making a trip to the dentist a lot easier then what it could of been .

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit today at the Herlington centre. The hygienist, Erum Khan and her assistant, Jerry, were very helpful and efficient. The receptionist, Harjik, was kind and caring, and she did a wonderful job in getting me registered on a Bupa Dental Care.l plan. The practice is well managed and people orientated - they were more than happy to address any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: Millie the dental nurse was kind and caring throughout my sons treatment, she showed kindness and compassion with my sons Anxiety and the dislike of dentists. We all hate dentists but bupa is a very friendly smiling practice always their to help. Following todays visit with Millie and christian i was made to feel welcome and talked through my procedure i was made to very welcome and talked through every step.

Fantastic experience: I had my regular routine appointment with Beatriz today, as welcoming as normal even if , she told me , she had had already a very busy morning and it was only 10am ! Joanna working with her was also very friendly. My last X rays were from 2 years ago so I decided to have some done today. I think it is better to know what is going on. All is all right for me, happy the way it went, I have to say that I was quite shocked at the bill , I think prices are getting very steep and that is a consideration for most of us. May I suggest that the heating in the building is reduced... It was incredibly hot in the waiting room and then I saw quite a few windows being open as I got out of the building...

Negative experience: I see everyone's else review and I am wondering if its the same dentist we are all reviewing. My kids have been on the nhs plan and we have been using this dentist for years. As a person of color have been spoken to in belittling manner when I take the kids for their appointments on several occasions by the Dentist Elvina.I wonder if it's because we are on the nhs.I thought it was just me so I wasn't looking forward to the appointment.Their dad took them and my daughter came back to say i dont like how dad was spoken to by the Dentist as he was shouted at when he went in the room with her for her appointment and was told to stand outside in a ride manner.He also complained even if I didn't tell him about my personal experience with the dentist and the kids. We would be looking for a better place for my family. THANKS

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with the care i received and finished look! I have a heart condition which makes laying flat difficult for prolonged periods of time. Through the whole treatment they both made sure I was OK and carried the work out quickly but amazingly! Fantastic experience: The truth is no one likes going to the dentist, but this practice is amazing. From the moment you walk in the receptionists all meet you straight away with a friendly smile and make you feel at ease. My treatment today was carried out by Elvira and nurse Joanna, they are a fantastic team! They constantly checked on me throughout the treatment, making sure I was comfortable and if I needed a break or some water. They made me feel at ease. Elvira talked me through everything she was doing and stopped every now and again to show me with a mirror. The treatment was pain free. I would 100% recommend this practice and if you have a choice of dentist Elvira is an excellent choice. She even gave me a sticker when she was finished!

Negative experience: I had a really frustrating experience with Bupa Herlington. I called to book a scale and polish, and was quoted £59. But on the day of my appointment, I was told I would need to pay extra for X-rays, even though I had them done just six months ago and had copies. The reception staff were really condescending, and when I spoke to the practice manager, Mandy suggested another dentist will do my scale and polish. Then, she called again and I was quoted over £170 for a check-up, scale and polish, and X-rays, APPARENTLY NECESSARY??? It was a lack of transparency and poor communication all around, and I won’t be coming back. They lie and quote high prices without justification. Other reviews speak for themselves. ****I didn't visit - another lie and they didn't RESOLVE ANYTHING, I asked to be removed from their list due to constant bombarding emails/messages. They gave no solution and didn't care.

Fantastic experience: I had a filling completed this morning by the Dentist Beatriz and the nurse Joanna. We were a little late starting the session but this was due to unforeseen problems with the previous patient and it was good that I was told this when I was called in. Beatriz explained everything she was doing well and carried out the procedure very efficiently. Joanna made sure that I was comfortable in the chair at all times. Although fillings are not the most pleasant things, the whole experience was good.

Fantastic experience: The service at Bupa Dental Care at Herlington Peterborough provides a first class service. The reception staff are very genuine with their warmth and welcome and efficient when booking follow up appointments. The dentist is extremely professional and knowledgeable in their field giving advice and recommendations at any opportunity. Reassurance is also given. The dental nurse is also very polite and provides a robust support service. I moved from another practice to Herlington due to the retirement of my previous dentist after nearly 40 years so was very apprehensive but I have been overwhelmed by the level of treatment I receive. Thank you team.
