Fantastic experience: Really smart, professional, skilled and friendly. I'd worn my teeth through grinding at night without realising, however was very conscious that I although I needed to repair chips and add a bit of density back to the teeth affected... I really wanted to keep it very natural looking. Jayme understood clearly and the results are better than I expected! Two years down the line, its one of the best things I've done for myself. If youre hesitating about finding out more, I'd definitely recommend speaking to 360 dental!

Fantastic experience: If you’re searching for the ideal Dental Practice look no further, you have found it! I was recommended 360 Dental through family and although i was naturally reluctant at first, i can truly attest through my personal experience this was the best decision i have made. This is truly one of the best Dental Practices i have been to and the staff at 360 exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff at 369 are all very supportive, caring and kind. Not only have they made my visits better but they have made my entire journey exceptionally smooth from the beginning. They have accommodated to my schedule and ensured there was a clear timeline which made my experience a far lot easier. Jay was a big part of my journey and had made me feel that i was in the right hands. She was lovely, kind and has supported me through every step ensuring i was happy with everything. Jayme performed my composite bonding and through his impeccable skill, i now have my dream smile. I could not have entrusted my journey in better hands. As a person who is naturally anxious, Jayme made me feel very comfortable and explained each step of the process as we went along. The level of care, detail and sophistication put into the end result was exceptional. His skill is truly unmatched. He has potentially changed my life and I am very grateful for my smile. Negative experience: Had really great experiences with the doctors and dentists here. Always really friendly. The reason I give it 1 star is because of how they treated me and my mental health. On the way to an appointment I had a panic attack and missed it. I let them know and that my mental health was bad. I still got a request for payment for missed appointment. I kind of understand they have to do this, but as a loyal customer for years and the fact I was due to have some treatment costing over £1,000 it just didn’t leave a nice taste in my mouth (pun intended). What made it worse was then how they dealt with me afterwards. They said they support me with my mental health by sending a reminder message the day before. They send that to everyone and to claim that was personal to me to support my mental health seemed insensitive and basically a lie. Then they suggested I get a dentist who comes to my home if I suffer from panic attacks. They didn’t seem to want to resolve anything so I could continue using them and to suggest a home doctor so I don’t leave the house, may seem like it’s helping, but it really wasn’t. All in all to be going through a difficult period and to have them emailing me back and forth and clearly not wanting me as a client any longer was very stressful and wasn’t needed at a stressful time. I know money is the most important thing in a business, I’m not naive, I just thought the people and customers were also important to them but that isn’t the case. Such a shame that great dentists and hygienists are let down by whoever manages their admin/comms. And if you suffer with your mental health - definitely avoid.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at 360 Dental for a while now, and from the beginning, everyone has always been incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I struggled for a long time to find a dental practice I could fully trust—until a friend recommended 360. I knew right away I’d found the right place. When I decided to improve my smile, 360 was the obvious choice. I had a few consultations with Dr. Jayme, with Jay supporting me throughout the entire process. My main concern was that my teeth were quite square and barely visible when I smiled. I also wasn’t happy with their overall shape. During the consultations, Dr. Jayme explained everything in detail and answered all my questions thoroughly. Fantastic experience: A very welcoming and amazing team, from the receptionists to the dental team. Really happy with the end results and with the support and treatments I received. I can say in all honesty it’s the best dental practice we have ever visited. All the dentists and assistant staff are top class - the very best ! We are both in our advancing years.

Fantastic experience: I recently received treatment from Dr Stewart Mclean. I'm a nervous patient after some previous bad experiences at other practices. I'd had two failed fillings in one tooth and was informed by my previous dentist that I'd need a root canal or extraction instead. I booked a consultation with Stewart through a recommendation from a friend. I was glad I did as he was so kind and talked me through everything helping me feel at ease. He booked me in for a replacement filling and on the day walked me through the procedure with minimal discomfort and made me feel as relaxed as I could be. Two weeks on I feel confident saying my tooth is pain free for the first time since October last year. Getting to save my tooth and find a lovely new dentist has made me so happy. I'd definitely recommend Stewart and his practice.

Fantastic experience: When your own dentist refers you to THEIR dentist... it's a good sign that you will be in the right hands. I had significant work carried out by Jayme and the team over the course of a year after I had to have a tooth removed and an implant done. So, as well as the implant, I pretty much had a lot of rehab work - porcelain crowns and composite bonding on lowers. It was not exactly a quick and easy job but I was tired of suffering with patch-up jobs on the NHS that were not lasting the course - and I can't begin to tell you how pleased and happy I am with the results. Jayme discussed the different cost options and looked at the long-term outcomes as well. When faced with stressful situations (teeth! dentists!) I tend to zone out a bit and can't take all of the info on board, but Jayme even did wee videos for me - to look back at and to consider in my own time in terms of what options to go for. The quality of Jayme's rehab work - and of the implant work that I had done at 360 is absolutely outstanding. I know this, because I've seen the reaction of other dentists to the work. The focus is on restorative, the strong and the complementary and the naturally attractive approach. You really could not get a better person and a better practice to be with in terms of looking after your teeth in the long run and in terms of skill and experience in the UK. (And just to add - every single member of staff at 360 have gone above and beyond the call of duty - genuinely lovely, caring, kind individuals - who work hard and who are clearly valued members of a great team)

Fantastic experience: Having looking into getting my teeth straightened 360 dental came out on top in every way. From not putting a premium on prices due to location down to the warm friendly family like atmosphere when entering the premises. Cleanliness is a high priority. Staff are warm and welcoming and make a great coffee, Anita & Mia especially. Jayme is a professional with a keen eye for detail. I am more than happy with my results would strongly recommend. 10/10 thank you guys

Fantastic experience: I went to Jayme after having had some composite bonding with a different dentist (well-known cosmetic dentist in Manchester) who had ruined my smile. Jayme recognised all of the problems which were causing my smile to look strange and explained what could be changed to achieve a much more natural looking smile. And lo and behold , he did that! I now have a much more natural smile which suits my face and I have the confidence to smile again. Fantastic experience: 360 Dental was recommended to me by my sister, she had some composite bonding done with Jayme and was really happy. I needed work doing to my top teeth - having old veneers replaced and I really wanted my overall smile made better. After having a video consultation first, I booked an appointment and from the minute I walked in I was made to feel so comfortable, Jayme was fantastic, he gave lots of advice and guidance about what would work best, I had whitening first and then the work done over two long sessions, you get to wear a video headset to watch a film while the work is done which is a lifesaver! I am absolutely over the moon with the results, thank you Jayme!, from start to finish the service and aftercare was fabulous.

Fantastic experience: Where do I even start? I went to 360 Dental earlier this year with a very specific mission: I wanted my teeth to look straighter and whiter so I could actually do something my face doesn't know how to do - smile. Over the course of the last few months I've been so well looked after by every member of staff at the practice. They are all polite, professional and know how to have a laugh. Stewart McLean has a super power and he has somehow turned my RBF (I won't say naughty words, but the "R" is for "Resting" and the "F" is for "Face") into a face that laughs and smiles a lot. Stewart and the rest of the team, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience, your helpfulness and your sense of humour during these last few months. I am absolutely thrilled with the final results. Now I just need to find a husband to appreciate these top gnashers (or another cat - either will suffice) Love you allllll!

Fantastic experience: My experience was great. The place is a bit hidden and looks small from outside but the environment is cozy and relaxing. Their receptionist Kayla is joyful and kind. The care and the service in every visit was truly amazing. No pain felt at all in every visit I did, their staff is prepared and you can appreciate the passion and dedication when doing their job. Their main priority is to make the experience as comfortable as possible and me falling asleep while being visited it's what surprised me a lot, not something that usually you'd expect from a dentist appointment. Shout-out to Dr Alejandra and Katrina as their professionalism and customer service is excellent. Absolutely recommended!

I have always been nervous going to the dentist but all the staff were so lovely and Stuart the dentist talked me through everything and made me feel at ease. Negative experience: After 6 months of treatment and spending more than £5,000, I decided to not continue with them. The last appointment was a disaster. I informed them (6 weeks prior to the travel) that I will be away for about 6 months and they should find a suitable and stoppable stage to stop my treatment till I come from my trip. However, first, they insist to set the last appointment just 1 day before my flight (before that 3 weeks free). Second, on that day, after sitting on the dentist chair, Jayme told me that there is a defect in the permanent crown (a black point) (and that the laboratory fault as he said) and asked me whether if I want to continue with this crown or leave the tooth without a crown! and do the crown during my holiday! THAT WAS UNBELIEVABLE. UPDATE: Now, I am writing this review after 8 months of the treatment and I have tried to not writing any review about them just after the treatment to avoid judging them quickly. But I am still not satisfied with my previous treatment with them and I do not recommend them to any one close to me. I feel that I have to write this review as I was (unfortunately) chosen them according to their 5-star review here.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend enough my dental implant in 360 Dental Care. Alejandra made me feel extremely welcome and confident since the first time I visit the clinic, and this is something amazing for someone scared for dentist since I was a child. She was so understand with me and patient. She gave me all the options for my case making me feel more safe and confident with those visits. I really couldn't be happier with the service Alejandra gave me. My experience was brilliant from the beginning and can't thank Alejandra enough for the care and attention I have received.

Fantastic experience: I recently finished treatment with Jayme and his amazing team. I had extensive treatment over the last 12 months, crowns, veneers, bridge work and root canal treatment As someone who has a genuine fear of dentists all my life it was incredible I even set my foot through the door, but from the first phone call and throughout all my treatments I was shown nothing but kindness and had the most incredible care from Jayme and every single member of his team. I never experienced any pain and by the end of my treatment was happily dozing off in the chair during treatment! Negative experience: Bought a retainer from here for £150, it ended up leaving in me in quite bad pain and for some reason moving my wisdom tooth and now my wisdom tooth is infected and now I'm looking at extra treatment to get it removed which is going to cost, really disappointed. Now I think I've got pericorontis because my gum is starting to swell around my wisdom tooth this has only started from this place

Fantastic experience: I needed a Restorative Specialist to replace an old crown that was beyond the expertise of my own Dental Surgery. Fantastic experience: When I first contacted Jayme and his team they were quick to respond and requested a few photos. I then received a brief, friendly video from Jayme with a quick summation of my treatment options. On my first visit I immediately felt at ease and within a few weeks I began my treatment. My teeth were badly eroded through grinding, had large gaps and were badly discoloured so I needed five visits in total to achieve my bright new smile. During these visits the whole team at 360 Dental Care Ltd were so friendly and welcoming and always made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Jayme is a brilliant dentist and has given me the exact smile that I was looking for. Even towards the end of the final treatment he was making tiny adjustments to ensure that my bite was perfect. Before the treatment began I used to regularly bite my tongue and gums but six months after the treatment was completed I have completely stopped doing this. Fantastic experience: I chipped my front tooth and had it fixed elsewhere only for it to chip within 8moth. At 360 dental I received amazing and quick treatment. Dr Jayme was able to fix it within the week. I did a free online consultation and then was invited to the surgery for a quick look before I went ahead with any treatment. I went onto to receive my treatment and all the staff could not have been nicer, Dr Jayme took time to ensure my teeth matched and looked fantastic by the end of the appointment. Fantastic experience: I’ve always been self-conscious of my teeth, I had a huge gap in the front 2 teeth, teeny tiny teeth next to them and Dracula fangs! A previous dentist half-heartedly attempted to fill the gap in the front 2 teeth 15 years ago, but it wasn’t great and I’d recently noticed that they were looking shabby and tired. I decided it was time I had the problem fixed properly and started my quest to find the right dentist. I was drawn to 360 Dental Care Ltd., mainly because of the excellent reviews and contacted them via email, forwarding pictures of my rough looking gnashers. The very next day I received a lovely video, starring Jayme, advising me of what could be done, with an attached financial breakdown. Next, I visited 360 Dental Care Ltd, for a consultation with Jayme, who thoroughly explained his recommended procedures, with absolutely no pressure, then affixed a ‘trial smile’ to demonstrate what could be achieved – it was amazing! I opted for tooth whitening, followed by composite bonding on the top 8 teeth and was booked in with the lovely Hayley for a 3D scan, so they could order my tooth whitening trays – none of that blue goo that makes you gag – bonus! Eventually, after tooth whitening, I was booked in for the composite bonding, there was no numbing needed, there’s no filing down of your teeth and though I was in the chair for 3 hours, it flew by with the help of Netflix on the video goggles; I was so relaxed, I almost nodded off! When Jayme had finished, I was so nervous when the big reveal came, I was reluctant to look in the mirror and once I did, I was lost for words, my teeth are brilliant! It took me a few weeks before I stopped grinning at myself in the mirror, oh who am I kidding, I’m still grinning at myself in the mirror haha. I’m so delighted with my new smile, my life-long self-consciousness has completely gone and I’m literally grinning at everyone. Anyone considering contacting 360 Dental Care Ltd., I would recommend them enormously. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, huge smiles on all their faces. They even ask what music you like, so they can tune into the appropriate radio channel when you visit, they follow up all visits with a phone call, to make sure you’re OK and turn the air conditioning on when you’re prone to hot flushes! Best investment in myself I’ve ever made, worth every penny and I’m absolutely delighted. Thank you ALL so much for making the whole process a fabulous experience.

Fantastic experience: Started going to 360 when I couldn’t find an NHS dentist - it is worth every penny when you have such great service. The receptionists, hygienists and dentists Alejandra and Adam and their dental assistants are all brilliant. I’m moving an hour away soon and unless I can find an NHS dentist, I’ll be sticking with 360 and travelling because they are worth it!

Fantastic experience: I have had traditional braces treatment when I was in school, but I was not very happy how it left some gaps between my teeth , that treatment looked so unfinished for me and left me unsatisfied for many years. This is when I decided to get another orthodontic treatment and I came across this clinic when I was searching in google with a 4.8 star and great reviews . The staffs and Dr Jayme was really welcoming , they explained the treatment plans and costs very clearly and also cleared my doubts at every point . Fantastic experience: I can't recommend 360 Dental enough. I'd been unhappy with ikon white spot treatment I'd had at a London-based dentist and approached 360 Dental to see if they would be able to help fix the issues I'd been left with. The initial consultation with Jayme was extremely thorough, and I was happy with the treatment plan he set out for me. I had a programme of whitening treatment followed by bonding work to make my front teeth more even. Due to my previous experience I was really nervous, but Jayme and the team were so friendly and professional I was put completely at ease. I was able to tweak my whitening treatment when I found my teeth were a bit too sensitive, and Jayme also did additional touch ups on the bonding work to make sure I was 100% happy. I am absolutely thrilled with the work I've had done - it's been a year now and I still can't quite believe these are my teeth! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I’d been wanting to address my smile which had been a deep rooted self conscious issue for the vast majority of my life. I avoided smiling with my teeth in pictures because my bottom teeth were crooked, my bite was off and my two front teeth were incredibly predominant compared to my teeny-tiny lateral incisors. During my time at 360 Dental Care I had them straightened with Invisalign, whitened, and bonded over a period of 12 months. 360 Dental Care stood out to me as it had the qualities of a dental practice that I felt would help achieve the results I wanted. The practice was immaculate yet comfortable and the team were amicable and professional. Communication between the practice and I were prompt throughout the entirety of my treatment. The process was smooth. It took only a few days to receive a very thorough and personal presentation from Jayme, where he explained step by step what would be required to fix my smile. He went above and beyond to find solutions to help me gain a smile that would unlock a whole new level of confidence I didn’t think was possible. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. You are given the time to contemplate on the recommended treatment and are given the freedom to decline things that you do not wish to do. I can whole heartedily say it was one of the best invesitments I have ever made. I no longer cover my mouth when I laugh, or smile with my mouth closed (a detail those around me have observed). Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend 360 Dental Care Ltd to anyone in the Manchester area and even the outskirts (worth the commute). They managed to fit me in within a week to see Rebecca (hygienist) due to a cancellation which was great. I had a big build up of plaque/tartar due to it being over 5 years since I last visited a dentist. The difference after one professional clean is night and day and well worth the money. She talked me though everything in detail and gave me handy tips to help in future. Fantastic experience: I went to dental 360 in Manchester to have a front crown that was discoloured replaced. I got wonderful advice and treatment from Jayme and his team and now I have a smile to be very proud of and often get compliments about my teeth . Jayme took an awful lot of care to get the colour match of my new crown absolutely perfect and also made other recommendations to make my an overall improvement to my smile. Fantastic experience: I ummed and ahhhed for years about whether to go for Invisalign and bonding. My teeth we were never terrible but were never great. Following having Jamie fix a minor chip in my daughter’s teeth, I realised how much of a difference could be made by small changes.. It is the best money I have ever spent. The team were fantastic. Jamie is a perfectionist, but also very relaxed, knowledgeable and informative. You feel safe in his hands. Michelle the hygienist is also fab. And the wider team are all great. I love my ‘new’ teeth-all mine but what a difference! And would say if you are considering it, go for the initial appointment. Once you see the potential transformation which is shared at the start you will be convinced. Forget handbags and shoes, watches and nails. You wear your teeth all day every day, and the difference which Jamie and the team can make is honestly amazing.
