Fantastic experience: Recently had an appointment with vibha who did an amazing job on my teeth , thought I was going to lose my tooth at the bottem , but she manged to save it in a process I never thought possible , she put so much time & effort in explaining everything & making me feel at ease & Asifa who was assisting her also amazing both staying beyond working hrs to do a perfect job , carnt thank them both enough.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a clean done by the lovely Fariyal, as always she left my teeth feeling amazing even with my braces being a hassle to clean, she was careful and it was pain free, I would recommend Fariyal to anyone who’s feeling anxious about the dentist as she’s very bubbly and puts you at ease instantly.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a hygiene visit with Fariyal, she was amazing! So caring and attentive with me, I was very nervous before visiting the practice as I hadn’t been in a very long time, she actually went out of her way to give me a call beforehand in the hopes of making me more comfortable after hearing her voice and chatting to her for a while I already felt more at ease, we split the appointment into two visits and after the first I was actually excited to come back and have my upper teeth cleaned, I was super happy with the results & Karen the receptionist was also super helpful at arranging my appointments with short notice she was lovely to me whilst waiting for my appointment. Negative experience: My experience: Joined - first check up on the 09/05/25. Went fine. Needed work done - appointment for 13/05/25. Cancelled by them on the day, rebooked for 04/06/25 Successful appointment on 04/06/25, The Dentist tells me to book in with the hygienist. Next available booking is 18/08/25, take that. Cancelled by them on the day, told that the next available booking is 21/08/25, or it'll have to be in October. Agreed, even though I won't be able to book time off this time, as I have been for all the previous appointments. Arrived 20 minutes late to the appointment as a result. Told I'm too late. I won't be Rebooking again for October. I'm not flexible enough to deal with whatever is going on in there. Long waits on bookings are understandable, but there's no point if they aren't going to be kept. Otherwise, staff were friendly they seemed to do good work, from the little I saw.

Fantastic experience: 14/4/25 update - This dental practice literally saved my Majorca holiday! Due to the care and patience of the dentists, dental nurses and receptionists, my ongoing tooth issue was resolved and I was well enough to go on holiday. I can't thank them enough! They have always there for me when I needed them. Friendly, warm staff who support an individuals needs and take the time to explain things.

Fantastic experience: I do not give excellent reviews lightly but today I had excellent treatment at Bupa Dental Care Sale. A few days ago I broke off a root canal filling put dating from 2017. I did not realise that I had done so much damage until I found that my tongue was very sore everytime I swallowed. I rang for an emergency appointment and was given a slot today. Dr Casson was excellent. He explained that the pain was coming from my tongue which had been cut as a result of it brishing against the broken tooth cap. He smoothed down the offending parts and repaired the base. He explained all the available options very clearly, showing me earlier Xrays. All round excellent experience and very profdessional treatment. When I came to give a review for a check up appointment I had last week, I found that I had not 'posted' the vary positive review I wrote before Christmas. So here is is- better late than never.

Fantastic experience: Having suffered with anxiety and nerves all my life going to the dentist is a very difficult task. I am normally early to all appointments I have as a way to deal with said nerves, so today was a bad day as I got the time wrong and started to feel myself getting flustered to put it mildly, however the amazing receptionist (sorry I didn't catch your name) seen my distress assured me not to worry or panick as she would speak to the Dr (Dr yang) and see if there was anything they could do to accommodate. They did and I managed to get seen by the amazing Dr Yang and I was made to feel comfortable whilst in the chair and all i can say is they went beyond expectations and were so kind and made what could have been a hellish experience for me very pleasant. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. 10/10 across the board. Thank you

Due to some trauma caused by a dentist in my childhood (not one at Bupa Sale) I have a lot of anxiety surrounding the dentist. Every time I see a dentist at the practice I explain my trauma and anxieties to them and they are always so helpful, compassionate and understanding and most importantly for me, they respect my wishes as the patient. I cannot praise the staff enough!

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: I've now had work done on my teeth, and I'm more impressed with Dr Yew than ever. * * * I had left an earlier review in which I said I thought the subscription plan was too expensive. I misunderstood the monthly cost - and it is much less than I'd thought! (Apologies to the surgery.) That was the only reason I left fewer than five stars, so I'm amending my review. On the first visit, Wei took x-rays and checked my teeth. He came up with a treatment plan to work on one tooth, and everything else looked good. He was careful, gentle, and thorough. Last week I saw Ibraheem, the hygienist, for a "clean & polish." No pain, no discomfort, and he was also careful and thorough. The staff, assistants and reception, is helpful, responsive, pleasant and polite. This dental surgery is a win-win! One aspect especially helpful to me is that they can see me in one of the ground-floor examination rooms, as I have difficulty with stairs. I had great difficulty in finding a new dentist after COVID who was taking new patients and didn't cost a fortune. So glad I came across the Sale BUPA office. I recommend them without hesitation! * * * UPDATE: I had a filling replaced yesterday. Dr Yew was great. I'd certainly recommend him for any dental work you may need.

Fantastic experience: Recently had to book an emergency dentist appointment at another practice and part of my treatment included finding a place to get a full check up and hygienist appointment. After phoning round many other practices with no luck, the receptionist (I missed getting her name) at Bupa went above and beyond to help me and got me the appointments I needed at short notice. I cannot exaggerate how helpful this was and how much put me at ease! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to see a dentist for around 8 years and was very worried about the condition of my teeth, my girlfriend persuaded me to book in, I was greeted by a lovely reception team and I was seen for a thorough check up by Wei who was very professional and polite, he spoke through everything with me and I'm now booked in for treatment within the next couple of weeks which I'm more than happy about.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined and went in yesterday for my two appointments one for the dentist and one for the hygienist. The place is extremely welcoming what a lovely receptionist Charlotte who is extremely helpful and very welcoming such a lovely person also don’t forget Rachel at the desk also who I also spoke to later to renew follow up appointment after I’d finished. The dental treatment and the hygienist did some really great work and made me feel at ease and explained everything to me thoroughly probably one of the best places I’ve had the privilege of having dental treatment at and I’m more than happy I joined and I’m sure they’ll help me to continue to look after my oral health.
