Fantastic experience: I just want to say that I was very pleased with my treatment in the dentist . Dr Mohammad Abdel Daym was excellent and the nurse was too didn't catch her name .I was very nerves from past bad experience . He explained everything before I had a filling and clean my teeth. He numbed the area well I didn't feel a thing and I had no pain afterwards. I came in with l toothache as well and he took my tooth out after talking through my options. He did an excellent job . He made sure that I knew what to do to look after my mouth where the tooth came out .

Fantastic experience: We had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Mari Tudor-Jones. She was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with my uncle who has learning disabilities and multiple complex needs. What really stood out was how she made him feel completely at ease — he was smiling and relaxed. Her calm and reassuring manner turned what could have been a stressful visit into a genuinely positive experience. We're so grateful to have found someone who truly understands and respects individual needs. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Sara gave me excellent treatment to straighten my front tooth following a sailing accident. There were two follow up appointments each two or three weeks apart to check on progress. Sara and assistant greeted me with a smile on each visit and their care and skills were most welcome and saved my front tooth. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to leave a review about the experience I had with my daughter today at the surgery and how amazing the two dental nurses were with her. She has snapped her tooth and was in need of an emergency appointment, this was the first time in her life she’s faced anything involving the dentist or even had an accident so her nerves were high and she was scared to say the least. The two women who treated her were fantastic from start to finish, reassured us both throughout and in general just dealt with the situation brilliantly. We’re not local and after driving almost 2 hours for the appointment, I was so relieved at the level of professionalism and care they had. Thankyou so much!!!

I’ve always been extremely nervous of going to the dentist, I would be sat there in the waiting room full of fear and dread, the irreplaceable team at Eirlys have literally taken me and built me back up again. The receptionists are truly beautiful inside and out, so kind, caring and supportive. My dentist is an absolute legend Dr Daym seriously thank you for listening and for helping to give me a reason to smile again !

Fantastic experience: The dentist and his supporting staff were all very friendly and helpful. I recently had a tooth extraction which was quick and virtually pain-free. Everything I needed to know (possible risks and complications, what to do to aid recovery, etc) was explained fully and clearly. I am also grateful, especially as a pensioner, that this practice still offers NHS treatments.

Negative experience: When my husband rang to get an appointment he had severe toothache and said he would probably need 2 fillings and was given a next day appt and told the dentist would probably do a check up and see to the fillings at the same time …. however he did a check up and 4 X-rays and he was given an appointment over 3 weeks later… still in pain and living on pain killers till then …..

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were both very impressed with Dr. Mohammad Abdel Daym and also with the attending dental nurse (I am sorry we did not get her name) We were shown great care and attention and quite honestly the dental hygiene and plaque removal was one of the best we have ever had. We were made to feel comfortable and relaxed, no mean feat for being in a dentist's chair. This was our first visit to the practice and we will have no hesitation returning for any further treatment.

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist. I’m sure it’s not anyone’s idea of fun, but to be fair, you can’t hate anyone at Eirlys because they are all so lovely.. They are all kind and caring. I see Athina and she is so kind. She explains what needs doing, what’s happening and when. I’m really anxious about going but they really are the best. From receptionist to Dental nurse to Dentist - they are all lovely. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I am on a dental plan at Eirlys and it's great value for money. I have regular checks and cleaning and my teeth and gums are now much more healthy than when I joined the practise. I was a nervous patient, but not any more. My lady dentist is so kind and gentle. I couldn't recommend this practise any more highly. Best dental service I've ever had by far!

After a terrible experience with West End Dental in Porthmadog I registered here and made an initial appointment with Athina Giovani. I definitely went in as a nervous patient but was immediately put at ease and had a very comprehensive treatment plan drawn up, with all treatment options presented along with costs so I could be involved in the decision making process. Treatment so far has been excellent, and going forward I won't dread going to the dentist. All the staff are lovely and attentive, a great team.

Amazing dentist, so gentle and made sure to talk me through each step. after 3 days of pain I’m now pain free and couldn’t be more thankful. Amazing staff so kind.

Negative experience: Hi my experience with my new trainee dentist name Samuel is zero confident in his work and comes across lazy i’ve had multiple cancellations with appointments because of him and after one year preparations for a top denture he decided to scrap that idea through lack of confidence with himself today he has struck me off through one missed appointment being 10 minutes late getting to my second appointment as I am registered disabled

Fantastic experience: Efficient receptionists. No long wait. Friendly, welcoming dentist and assistant. Thorough check of teeth and gums and a review of my tooth cleaning practice followed by quick removal of plaque build up. I was finished so quickly and went home with an appointment for next year's check up. I feel very fortunate to have such service on my doorstep.
