Fantastic experience: I have a dental hygiene appointment at Bupa dentist Knaphill today. On arrival at clinic , receptionist is very welcoming and very friendly. Also hygienist is a very professional and explain me about my gums and teeth health. After cleaning my teeth I feel very fresh. Dental clinic is very clean and staff are very friendly. Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff at Bupa Dental Care - Knaphill! I have just had a wisdom tooth out and was feeling quite vulnerable and nervous. The smiling, friendly and light- hearted reception staff certainly eased the situation and are always very helpful. My nurse Iona held my hand and was very kind during the procedure. I am so grateful to have had such a wonderful dentist- Rebecca was very reassuring explaining everything I needed to know about the procedure and the aftercare. As well as being extremely efficient and professional, she always has a lovely bright and caring way about her which has always helped me feel safe and calm.

Negative experience: Booked an emergency appointment told 132 on the ohone its was 135 that is just the appointment then they then write you a prescription thats private and is not part of your appointment like other dentists that i have seen so another 85 pounds for your meds they dont warn you of this where other dentists even private emgancy includ your xrays and antibiotics in that price and its cheaper so avoid to not get scammed and riped off

Negative experience: Booked an appointment for 3 pm 4 days in advance. In the morning of the appointment, they called and said dentist had called sick, acceptable. The rebooked me with another dentist the same day, at 14:20, fine. I got there at 14:00 and after 10 minutes they said the new dentist had an emergency and had already left.

Fantastic experience: Not all dental surgeries are the same I've been seeing Mr Dean for well over 15 years now he's the best dentist I've ever come across really, he had got me from sitting in the seat with my back arched terrified to not even having jabs.... She has always taken the time to explain treatments thoroughly and concisely. She has a brilliant way of putting you at ease. Over the years we have built up a fabulous rapport. Today, I saw the hygienist for the first time, Magdalena. She was gentle and thorough and was friendly and understanding. The latest reception team are relaxed and welcoming. Fantastic experience: I saw Omesh today for a difficult extraction & root canal treatment for a crowned tooth with the infection on the roots threatening the tooth next to it. I was pretty scared of the procedure, but I can honestly say I never felt anything but a bit of pressure, & it took very little time.
