Fantastic experience: Just returned home from my dentist, Hampton. I'd had pain and discomfort from an infected tooth and needed an extraction. I was quite nervous but was put at ease by Dr Mamade and nurses in the surgery. I honestly didn't experience any pain and Dr Mamade was very professional and gentle. Fantastic experience: I have had an implant carried out at this practice. I cannot recommend enough, especially if you have anxiety towards the Dentist. Dr Dom Mamede has a wonderful bedside manner, he explained every step of the process and was very empathetic. He would continually ask if I was okay, what I was feeling and if I was in any pain throughout the proceedure and went the extra mile to make me feel calm. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Vasudevan today for a deep clean and honestly can’t thank him enough. I’m absolutely terrified of the dentist due to a horrible experience as a child, but he really put me at ease. He listened carefully, didn’t rush me, and was happy to split the treatment over two visits to make it more manageable. It was an NHS appointment but felt like private care – I’ve paid thousands in the past trying to get this kind of experience elsewhere. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ricketts is the best dentist I have ever had. I have complicated teeth and recently an NHS doctor did a bad job. Dr Ricketts redid a few of my previous fillings. He also managed to repair one tooth which last 3 NHS dentists said was impossible to do. He is a magician. And not too expensive, it's affordable. I'm so grateful to a friend of a friend who recommended me to go to him.

Fantastic experience: Dr Aikaterini is simply the best dentist we have ever had and we have had many over the decades, also one of the nicest friendly person! Over the last few weeks my partner has visited around 8 times owing to an emergency which led to her being rushed to A and E and the aftercare from Aikaterini was amazing, including 2 visits in around 2 hours following a second emergency in which she gave up her lunch break to treat my partner! She is an absolute credit to her profession. Also special thanks to Clare in Reception whose friendliness and professionalism (Not to mention her patience in dealing with us on so many numerous occasions Lol.) was second to none!

Positive experience: I would have given this branch one star if not for the dentist. The receptionists were inefficient and did not give accurate information. If I had known about other branches closer to me, I would not have chosen this one. The role of a receptionist is important in every service business. They serves as the front-of-house and first point of contact. Hopefully, the firm will provide additional training to their staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr Simran is a fantastic dentist, she explains everything she is doing, and why, she's kind, and caring and makes you feel at ease. I was devastated to hear she is moving on and I won't be seeing her again, as she really made me, a nervous patient, feel at ease. Wherever she is moving on to are extremely lucky. I have been assured thst her replacement is equally as nice. All the reception and dental nurses I have seen on my visits are equally lovel too. You have a great team. Keep up the good work.

Negative experience: Unpleasant receptionist staff, I felt my needs were neglected and felt very dismissed. The tone and lack of helpful suggestions from receptionists is appalling, I should not be made to feel like a pest when trying to enquire about a simple service.

Fantastic experience: My son’s dentist is Dr Varvaropoulou and have been seeing her for over 5 years. All my son’s are complimentary to her and say she is helping look after their teeth with regular check ups. They all receive a text a week prior as they can often if mums not in charge forget the date! One of my sons is ASD and Dr Varvaropoulou is amazing with him which, means he does not get anxious having regular check ups. Keep up the good work!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen a good many dentists in 50 odd years and even a few different ones at this practice, but the quality of the work on my tooth today and the previous appointment was outstanding. The work was done quick and painless and I was well informed. The care taken with the drilling and finishing of the tooth was outstanding. The dentist was Dr Vasudevan efficiently supported by his assistant. Full marks also go to the reception desk team.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gurung and her assistant treated me with care and did a very through job on fixing my problem. The time taken, communication and overall experience was much appreciated. Fantastic experience: Since moving to the new site @ Hampton getting an appointment and access to the practice are so much easier. I cannot fault my dentist Dr Pratima Gurung, she is kind, thoughtfull, thorough and really cares for you explaining exactly what she has found and during treatment what she is about to do to put your mind at ease, her examination and treatment is completely painless (including numbing injections), dental rectifications are carried out in a timely manner. The dental nurse working with Dr Gurung is a lovely chatty young lady and they both work well together. I would heartily recommend Dr Gurung to anyone who would normally be of a nurveous disposition. The reception staff are welcoming and always have smiles on their faces which helps towards a stressless experience.
